This Statement is the responsibility of the Bank's Management and has been approved by its Board of Directors. Our responsibility is to issue a report on the Statement based on our review. 2. We conducted our review of the Statement in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagements (SRE) 24 l0 .,Review of Interim Financial Information performed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity", issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ("ICAI"). This standard requires that we plan and perform the review to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the Statement is free of material misstatement. A review is limited primarily to inquiries of Bank personnel and analytical procedures applied to financial data and thus provide less assurance than an audit. We have not performed an audit and accordingly, we do not express an audit opinion. 3. The financial results incorporate the relevant returns of 20 domestic branches reviewed by us and 01 foreign branch reviewed by the local auditor offoreign branch specifically appointed for this purpose. These review reports cover 23.5g % of the advance portfolio of the Bank and 64.45 % of the non-performing assets of the Bank. The hnancial results also include un-reviewed results of 3628 branches of the Bank. In the conduct of our review, we have also considered review reports submitted by the Inspection teams of Bank of 330 domestic branches and 03 foreign branches to the Bank Management. These review reports cover 30.73%of the advance portfolio of the Bank and20.22ohof the non-performing assets of the Bank. In the conduct ofour review ofthe Parent, we have also considered the review reports submitted by the Inspection teams of Bank of 330 domestic branches and 03 foreign branches to the Bank Management of the Parent. Apart from these review reports, we have also considered various information generated from Centralized Database at Bank's Central Office. We also performed procedures in accordance with the circular issued by the SEBI under Regulation 33 (8) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, to the extent applicable. 4.
