Security Cover Certificate as on September 30 , 2025 for unsecured listed debt securities of the Bank. (Reg. 54 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015) 3. Statement of Deviation/Variation in utilization of the funds raised for the Quarter ended September 30 , 2025 . The consolidated unaudited financial results include Group's share of net profiV(loss) after tax of <3,160.7 8 lakhs and {9,837.54 lakhs for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025 respectively, as considered in the consolidated unaudited financial results, in respect of Associates, whose financial results have not been reviewed by us. These interim financial information have been reviewed by other auditor whose report has been furnished to us by the Management and our conclusion on the Statement, in so far as it relates to the amounts and disclosures included in respect of Associates is based solely on the report of the other auditor and the procedures performed by us as stated in paragraph 3 above. The consolidated unaudited financial results include the interim financial information of 3423 Branches (3421 domestic branches and 2 foreign branches) included in the standalone unaudited financial results of the Parent which have not been reviewed, whose results reflect total advances of tl ,95,32,237 .04 lakhs as at 30 September 2025 and total revenues of 17,41,748.41lakhs and { 14,01,355.57 lakhs for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2025 respectively, as considered in the standalone unaudited financial results of the Parent.
