This standard requires that we plan and perform the review to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the Statement is free of material misstatement. A review is limited primarily to inquiries of Bank personnel and analytical procedures applied to f,tnancial data and thus provide less assurance than an audit. The financial results incorporate the relevant returns of 20 domestic branches reviewed by us andOl foreign branches reviewed by the local auditors of foreign branches specifically appointed for this purpose. These review reports cover 28.25 o/o of the advance portfolio of the Bank and 64.42 o/o of the non- performing assets of the Bank. The frnancial results also include un-reviewed results of 3489 branches of the Bank.
