We wish to inform that at its meeting held today , the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the Audited Financial Results ( Standalone and Consolidated ) for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021 . IndianOil A Maharatna Company In accordance with the Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 43 of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations 2015 , it is further notified that the Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs . 1.50 per share ( i.e. @ 15 % on the paid up equity share capital ) for the financial year 2020-21 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of the Company . The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM . This final dividend is in addition to the Interim Dividend ( s ) of Rs.10.50 per share paid for the financial year 2020-21 . Pursuant to Regulation 33 of LODR , please find attached herewith the following : ( i ) Statements showing the Audited Financial Results ( Standalone and Consolidated ) for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021 .
