Recommendation of final dividend of 13.50 ( Rupees Thirteen and Fifty Paise only ) per equity share of face value of 5 / - each to the Shareholders of the Company which shall be subject to their approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting . Please note that the final dividend will be paid to the Shareholders within 30 days from the declaration at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company . 3. Re - appointment of Mr. Ajay Saraf ( DIN : 00074885 ) as an Executive Director of the Company for a period of five ( 5 ) years with effect from May 25 , 2021 till May 24 , 2026 , subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company . 4. Re - appointment of Mr. Ashvin Parekh ( DIN : 06559989 ) as an Independent Director of the Company for a second term of five ( 5 ) years with effect from August 25 , 2021 till August 24 , 2026 , subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company .
