3 Management Commentary Mr. Arvind Kamath Chairperson and Whole Time Director Q1FY27 Total Income includes Revenue of Rs 16.5 cr from JNK Chemdist Limited which was not part it in Q1FY26 “We have started FY27 on a strong note, with Total Income growing by over 80.6% YoY to Rs. 186.0 cr in Q1FY27, compared to Rs. 103.0 cr in Q1FY26, EBITDA including other income grew by 3.1x on YoY to Rs. 21.9 cr and PAT grew by 8.5x on YoY to Rs. 9.6 cr. The strong performance reflects healthy project execution and the continued traction in our business. Importantly, we have maintained an EBITDA margin of 11.8% in Q1FY27, representing our ability to deliver strong growth while maintaining a stable margin profile. We remain focused on sustaining this discipline as we scale the business further. Our order book as on June 30, 2026 is Rs 1,801 cr, and our growth visibility remains strong, with a bidding pipeline of Rs. ~6,000 cr across domestic and international markets. We are seeing a healthy opportunity set across both international and domestic markets, with increasing participation in international projects. This provides us with strong visibility for order inflows. At the same time, we are taking further steps to diversify our business into new and adjacent opportunities. We are entering the off-shore, metals & minerals and focusing more on renewable energy. Importantly, JNK Chemdist has started adding value to our focus on renewable energy segment. They are executing the green hydrogen project and actively pursuing more opportunities in related categories. We believe this expansion will broaden our addressable market and enable us to participate in emerging investment opportunities across renewable energy and related industries, while building on the strengths and capabilities we have developed over the years. Overall, we remain focused on executing our existing projects, converting the strong opportunity pipeline into new orders and expanding our presence across newer markets and segments. With strong execution, a healthy pipeline and the ability to leverage our existing capabilities into new growth opportunities.”
