Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June , 2026. The security cover , pursuant to Regulation 54 , of the SEBI Listing Regulations is also enclosed . 2. Declaration of an Interim Dividend @ 450 % , i.e. Rs.4.50 / - per equity share of Re . 1 / - each , for the financial year ending 31st March , 2027 and fixation of Tuesday , 4th August , 2026 , as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of the afore - said Interim Dividend . In terms of the SEBI Listing Regulations , the extract of the Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June , 2026 shall be published in the newspapers .
