The results will also be published in the newspapers as prescribed under the Listing Regulations . b ) Approved that the 33rd AGM of the Members of the Company will be held on Friday , September 03 , 2021 at 3 p.m. through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Video Means ( VC / OAVM ) c ) Recommended the appointment of Joint Statutory Auditors in terms of RBI Guidelines having Ref .
