10 105 175 200 150 50 Key Updates for Q1FY27 5 ➢ Received Letter of Award from NHAI for Barabanki to Mustafabad HAM project in the state of Uttar Pradesh o The Quoted Bid Project Cost is Rs. 1,728 Crores ➢ Received Letter of Award from NHAI for Mustafabad to Biswariya HAM project in the state of Uttar Pradesh o The Quoted Bid Project Cost is Rs. 1,755 Crores ➢ Signed Concession Agreement with NHAI & Incorporated SPVs o The Company has signed the concession agreement with NHAI and incorporated two new SPVs namely Barabanki Mustafabad Highway Private Limited and Mustafabad Biswariya Highway Private Limited for implementation of the 2 new HAM projects ➢ Received Letter of Award from the Lucknow Development Authority, Uttar Pradesh o The Company received the Letter of Award (LOA) from the Lucknow Development Authority, Uttar Pradesh, for the construction of a 4-lane flyover on an EPC basis. o The project is valued at Rs.194 Crs and is scheduled to be completed within 24 months. ➢ Ganga River Bridge in JV o EPC of 4 lane Major Bridge Over Ganga River with Footpath on Bhairoghat-Dhobighat-Jalkal Campus, Connecting to Trans Ganga City to Kanpur City, including Approach Roads, Additional Approach Roads and Protection Works in District Kanpur . o Total Project cost of Rs. 559 Crores in JV with SPS Constructions (50%) and is scheduled to be completed within 24 months ➢ Received Letter of Intent from the Airports Authority of India (AAI) o Detailed designing and EPC work of Pantnagar Airport in Uttarakhand for a project valued at Rs. 302 Crores to be executed over a period of 24 months
