Q1 FY27 Performance Highlights 5On Consolidated Basis “We are pleased to report a record quarterly performance, with total income growing 49% YoY in Q1FY27 and PBT rising 435%. This performance was supported by double- digit volume growth in the Lubricant and Export divisions. We expect the export demand to remain buoyant in the coming quarters as well. The Company’s newly launched portfolio of Ester based fluids is rapidly gaining traction with several significant important OEM approvals and we remain very optimistic about the future growth volumes for this range. The Company is now focused on developing innovative new products to address the emerging opportunities in Data Centres, Energy Storage and Electric Vehicles—sectors that are expected to offer substantial growth prospects in the years ahead.” Mr. Gautam N. Mehra Chairman and Managing Director Key Highlights • The Company reported a record quarterly performance with the highest- ever quarterly revenue of ~Rs. 1,513 crore and Profit Before Tax of ~Rs. 387 crore, representing YoY growth of 49.2% and 434.7%, respectively. • The Company recorded double-digit volume growth in the Export and Lubricating Oil businesses on a YoY basis; however, domestic white oil sales recorded a degrowth. • The Middle East crisis created uncertainty around feedstock availability and caused logistical challenges at ports, sharply impacting April volumes; however, volumes began normalizing after April. • The quarter witnessed a sharp rise in crude oil and refined product prices, coupled with tightening supply conditions, resulting in significant price increase in our input feedstocks and across our product portfolio coupled with inventory gains during the quarter. • The Company remains optimistic but cautious as it manages a period of significant daily volatility in key feedstock supplies. • The Savsol Ester5 automotive lubricant range continues to accelerate with sales growth 4X of the industry growth, reinforcing the strategy to pivot towards a more premium product portfolio by leveraging its advanced ester technology.
