( c ) Fixed 9th November , 2021 as the Record Date for determining the members entitled to receive the Interim & Special dividend ( Dividend ) . The Dividend shall be paid ( subject to deduction of tax at source ) on 25th November , 2021 to equity shareholders of the Company whose name appear on the Register of members of the Company or in records of Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on the Record date . A Copy of the Un - audited financial Results ( Stand - alone and Consolidated ) for the Q2 & HIFY 2022 ended on September 30 , 2021 alongwith the limited review report of the Statutory Auditors thereon and the newspaper publications being issued by the Company are enclosed .
