The 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on 28th , September , 2021 through Video Conference ( " VC " ) / Other Audio Visual Means ( " OAVM " ) facility ; 2. Re - appointment of Mr. Ram Chandra Agarwal , as Chairman & Managing Director , w.e.f. 22nd November , 2021 for five years , subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company .
