Appointment of Mr. Aakash Moondhra as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company , pursuant to Regulation 17 ( 1B ) of Securities and Exchange Board of India ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations , 2015 w.e.f. closure of this Board Meeting . However , Mr. Lalit Agarwal shall continue to remain the Managing Director of the Company . Amendment to the Code of Conduct to Regulate , Monitor & Report Trading by Insiders pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India ( Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations , 2015 ( ‘ PIT Regulations ' ) and various circulars issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India ( SEBI ) in this regard .
