Key Highlights 4 ❖ Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 24,263 lakhs in Q1 FY27; delivering a robust YoY growth of 44.2% ❖ Footfall for the quarter stood at 12.3 lakhs a growth of 33% YoY ❖ Park wise footfall for the Q1 FY27: Bengaluru – 3.4 lakhs, Kochi – 2.5 lakhs, Hyderabad – 2.9 lakhs, Chennai – 2.4 lakhs, Bhubaneshwar – 1.0 lakhs ❖ EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs. 12,199 lakhs, up by 39.4% YoY ❖ ARPU in Q1 FY27 stood at Rs. 1,904, an increase of 7% YoY ❖ Resort business revenue stood at Rs. 961 lakhs, up by 92% YoY in Q1FY27; delivering best-ever quarterly performance ❖ Chennai Park June quarter Highlights: Revenue - Rs. 4,499 Lakhs; Average Ticket Price – Rs. 1,255, SPH – Rs. 595; ARPU – Rs. 1,850 ❖ Hyderabad and the resorts business emerged as key growth engines, delivering their strongest Q1 performance to date ❖ Enhanced customer experience and premium offerings translated into improved revenue realization per visitor

Key Milestones 2000 – Kochi Park commenced its operations under the brand name “Veegaland” 2005 – Bengaluru Park commenced its operations under the brand name “Wonderla” 2012 – Three star rated leisure resort adjutant to Bengaluru Park started operations with 84 luxury rooms 2008 – Veega Holidays merged with Wonderla Holidays Limited and Kochi park was renamed as “Wonderla” 2002 – “Wonderla Holidays Limited.” incorporated to build the second park at Bengaluru 1998 – Veega Holidays were incorporated to build the first park in Kochi 2014 – Company went public by listing at both NSE and BSE. 2016– Hyderabad park commenced its operations 2023 – Company got Local Body Tax exemption for 10 years for the proposed Chennai Park. 2024 – Bhubaneswar Park commenced its operations, Construction of Chennai Park is in progress 27 2025 – launched THE ISLE in Bengaluru Park, Commenced operation for Chennai Park
