Pasquale Lambardi , Chairman of the Board of Directors of Relatech , said : " Since the beginning of the year , despite the market difficulties imposed by the pandemic , the Group has pursued its objectives with a focus on new M & A transactions : closing of the acquisition of Gruppo SIGLA and Dialog Sistemi , and anticipating the closing of the remaining 40 % of the capital of Mediatech .
