Press Release SOL Group: The Board of Directors reviewed the consolidated sales as of September 30, 2025, confirming a good progression Consolidated revenue amounted to €1,311.6 million (+11.1% compared to €1,181.0 million as of September 30, 2024) The Board of Directors of SOL S.p.A., a company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange and the operational holding of a multinational Group with more than 7,500 employees, active in the field of technical and medical gases and home care services, met today to review the Group’s sales performance from January to September 2025. The first nine months of 2025 were marked by a global economic environment characterized by moderate growth, a slowdown in international trade, and ongoing geopolitical uncertainties. In this context, the SOL Group achieved sales of €1,311.6 million, an increase of 11.1% compared to September 30, 2024 (including a -0.6 percentage points foreign exchange effect and a +1.8 percentage points change in consolidation perimeter). Performance was positive both in Italy, where sales rose by 9.4%, and abroad, where sales increased by 12.1%. The Technical Gases Division reported sales of €633.3 million, up 9% compared to the first nine months of 2024. This growth was driven by higher prices reflecting increased production and transport costs as well as inflationary trends compared to the same period of 2024. The Home Care Division, operating under the Vivisol brand, confirmed strong growth thanks to the rising number of new patient prescriptions. Sales in this division amounted to €678.3 million, up 13.1% compared to the corresponding period of 2024. “The SOL Group continues its growth path in an uncertain economic environment,” said Marco Annoni, Vice President of SOL S.p.A. “We are expanding both organically and by seizing interesting opportunities through acquisitions and partnerships.” “We confirm our goal of consolidating in the final quarter of the year the solid sales performance achieved in the first nine months of 2025,” added Aldo Fumagalli Romario, Chairman of SOL S.p.A. “The SOL Group will continue to grow through new production and distribution investments, the evaluation of further acquisition opportunities, and the development of innovative and diversified projects.” ******************** Pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 154-bis of the Unified Finance Act of February 24,1998, the manager responsible for preparing the financial reports Marco Michele Leccese declares that the accounting information contained in this press release corresponds to the results documented in the books, accounting and other records.
