Overview of Financial Results ■ Net sales steadily increased as a result of strengthening OMO*1 and CRM*2, and establishing a system for providing repair and maintenance, and other services ■ Profitability improved due to the strengthened three growth foundations*3 from previous fiscal years *1 OMO is the abbreviation for Online Merges with Offline. OMO is an approach that merges e-commerce and stores to offer customer experience value, enabling customers to obtain information, shop, and use such channels. *2 CRM is the abbreviation for customer relationship management.
