2 積水樹脂株式会社 Copyright ©2026 , SEKISUI JUSHI Corporation All Right Reserved. Highlights Summary of 3Q cumulative results (sales and profits increased) Full-Year earnings outlook (unchanged) Repurchase of treasury stock The acquisition of 1,000,000 shares was completed on January 9, 2026. Net sales increased due to the steady performance of existing businesses, as well as the consolidation of RIKEN KOGYO Inc., which is engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of snow and wind protection products, into the Group. On the profit side, despite the impact of continued investment in human capital and growth toward achieving the long-term vision, as well as amortization of goodwill associated with M&A activities, operating profit increased by 19.7% year on year. This was driven by sales expansion and the impact of the finalization of provisional accounting procedures related to the FYE March 2025. The full-year forecast remains unchanged from the initial outlook announced on May 13, 2025. In 4Q, the business environment is expected to remain highly uncertain due to persistently high prices of resources and raw materials, as well as rising costs such as logistics and labor. On the other hand, steady accumulation of sales in existing businesses, the continued penetration of price revisions, and expected contributions from certain businesses supported by seasonal demand are anticipated. As a result, the full-year earnings forecast has been maintained.
