QUALITATIVE INFORMATION ON OPERATING RESULTS DURING THE CURRENT QUARTER (1) Explanation on Consolidated Operating Results In the three months ended June 30, 2026, the Fujifilm Group recorded ¥826.5 billion in consolidated revenue (up 10.3% year-on-year) reflecting revenue increases in the Medical Systems, Semiconductor Materials and Imaging businesses. Operating income decreased to ¥51.2 billion (down 32.0% year-on-year), despite higher earnings in the Electronics and Imaging segments, primarily due to increased fixed costs in the Bio CDMO business in the Healthcare, one-time costs incurred to strengthen the organizational structure of Business Innovation segment, and the impact of rising raw material costs. Consolidated income before income taxes amounted to ¥52.1 billion (down 27.6% year-on-year), and consolidated net income attributable to FUJIFILM Holdings totaled ¥37.4 billion (down 30.4% year-on-year). The effective currency exchange rates for the U.S. dollar and the euro against the yen during the current quarter were ¥159 and ¥185, respectively. FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation (4901) 2

Healthcare In the Healthcare segment, consolidated revenue amounted to ¥256.8 billion (up 12.4% year-on-year). Consolidated operating loss amounted to ¥12.7 billion. The Medical Systems business posted higher revenue. Sales of endoscopes continued to increase in key markets, including Japan, the U.S. and Europe. Medical IT sales also grew, with solid sales of systems and services, mainly for the SYNAPSE Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), in Japan, Europe and other markets, alongside sales of ultrasound diagnostic equipment, which experienced strong sales in Japan and Europe. In April 2026, we launched SYNAPSE LEAD Cloud, a cloud-based picture archiving and communication system, as a new addition to our PACS lineup. Moreover, in June 2026, we released the upper gastrointestinal scope EG-860Z and the lower gastrointestinal scopes EC-860ZP/M and EC-860ZP/L as a new lineup of magnifying endoscopes for ELUXEO, the endoscope system with LED light source. We will continue to leverage our proprietary technologies to provide a wide range of products and services that meet the various demands of medical settings, to contribute to further improving diagnostic efficiency, enhancing the quality of healthcare, and maintaining and promoting people’s health. Sales increased in the Bio CDMO business, driven by the expanding operations of the large-scale facilities at the North Carolina site in the U.S., which commenced operations in the previous fiscal year. In June 2026, we announced the co-development with HORIBA, Ltd. of a high-sensitivity inline Raman measurement system that enables real-time visualization of the cell culture and purification processes in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Moving forward, we will proceed with verification for practical implementation and contribute to the stable production and reduction of manufacturing costs of high-quality biopharmaceuticals, including antibody drugs, through the visualization of manufacturing processes and the establishment of advanced data analysis technologies. The LS (Life Sciences) Solutions business *1 posted higher revenue due to the life sciences business delivering higher sales of culture media driven by increased usage by major pharmaceutical companies, alongside strong sales of iCell (iPS cell -derived differentiated cells) for drug discovery support backed by robust drug discovery needs, as well as the consumer healthcare business seeing strong sales of cosmetics. In May 2026, we opened the new U.S. headquarters in Wisconsin of FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics, Inc., a leading company in the development and manufacturing of iPS cells. Through this, we will significantly enhance our manufacturing capacity for iPS cell- derived differentiated cells for drug discovery support, while also establishing cutting-edge laboratory facilities to support R&D in this field and process development for cell therapies, thereby supporting customers from the early stages of development. Furthermore, in May this year, we obtained manufacturing and marketing approval in Japan for the regenerative medical product SAVYSCUS ® Injection. This product is indicated for meniscal injuries for which meniscectomy is considered appropriate and is the first regenerative medical product approved in Japan *2 for meniscal injury. Through SAVYSCUS ® Injection , we aim to provide new treatment options for patients with meniscal injury and to contribute to improving and maintaining human health by offering a broad range of orthopedic solutions spanning prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. *1 The LS Solutions business comprises Life Sciences business, Pharmaceutical business, Consumer Healthcare business and CRO (Contract Research Organization) business. *2 The first regenerative medical product for meniscal injury to obtain manufacturing and marketing approval in Japan under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act. Electronics In the Electronics segment, consolidated revenue amounted to ¥127.7 billion (up 25.0% year-on-year). Consolidated operating income amounted to ¥31.1 billion (up 38.2% year-on-year). In addition to the use of semiconductors in a wide range of products today such as smartphones, personal computers, automobiles and home appliances, the semiconductor market is now undergoing significant growth due to rising demand for AI semiconductors. By steadily capturing advanced materials demand for AI semiconductors, our Semiconductor Materials business achieved growth that significantly outpaced the market average in the previous fiscal year. Revenue increased substantially during the fiscal year under review, driven by sustained strong sales to major foundries alongside a recovery in sales to major semiconductor manufacturers in the U.S. and South Korea. By product, sales expanded for our copper interconnect CMP slurry and NTI developers, both of which hold the top global market share, as well as advanced photoresists, driven by miniaturization and the increasing number of interconnect layers. With respect to back-end materials, sales of liquid polyimide for interlayer insulation films used in inter-chip connections also increased, driven by expanding demand for advanced packaging for AI FUJIFILM Holdings Corporation (4901) 3

semiconductors. In May 2026, we participated in ECTC 2026, an international conference on semiconductor packaging-related technologies. Aiming to achieve miniaturization in next-generation packaging to advance AI semiconductors, we presented the results of joint research conducted with imec, an international research institute for advanced semiconductors. Furthermore, we announced that we had newly developed a PFAS-free PBO (polybenzoxazole) insulating film material, thereby making all materials in the ZEMATES photosensitive insulating materials lineup PFAS-free. The AF (Advanced Functional) Materials business posted higher revenue due to strong sales of data tapes to major IT companies, amid increasing data volume associated with the widespread adoption of AI. In June 2026, we launched Round Prescale, a circular type designed to match semiconductor wafer shapes, as a new addition to our Prescale pressure measurement film lineup, designed for pressure inspection in semiconductor manufacturing processes. We will continue to contribute to improving and stabilizing customers’ manufacturing quality by developing and providing products that enable the streamlining of inspection operations in development and manufacturing sites. Business Innovation In the Business Innovation segment, consolidated revenue amounted to ¥273.2 billion (down 0.1% year-on-year). Consolidated operating loss amounted to ¥1.4 billion. The Business Solutions business posted higher revenue primarily due to solid performance in overseas ERP system sales and implementation support services, despite the absence of the temporary demand for BPO services overseas recorded in the same period of the previous fiscal year. In May 2026, we commenced the rollout of REiLI Business, an AI technology brand centered on digital technologies including AI, while also opening the REiLI Business Hub in Yokohama Minatomirai as a base for its implementation and value creation. With the aim of creating value closely aligned with real-world business operations, and in order to advance customers’ AI implementation more rapidly and reliably, this site will bring together experts in technology development, product planning and implementation to accelerate the value creation cycle by driving the entire process from ideation through verification to the commercialization of products and services. The Office Solutions business posted lower revenue mainly due to a decline in exports to Europe and the U.S. as well as lower sales in China. Revenue of the Graphic Communications business increased due to sales expansion of inkjet printheads in the inkjet field, among other factors. In June 2026, we announced the opening of the Revoria Experience Center, a new site in India responsible for high-value-added printing verification and human resource development. Through print output verification aimed at supporting diverse paper types and realizing high-value-added printed materials using special toners, as well as the training of operators and designers, we will contribute to expanding our customers’ businesses and improving their productivity in India’s growing printing market. Imaging In the Imaging segment, consolidated revenue amounted to ¥168.8 billion (up 16.2% year-on-year). Consolidated operating income amounted to ¥43.4 billion (up 3.9% year-on-year). The Consumer Imaging business posted higher revenue due to sales expansion of the instax instant photo systems. In addition to strong sales of mid-to-high-priced products—including instax mini Evo , which has maintained its popularity since its launch in 2021, and instax WIDE 400, which added a new color JET BLACK to its lineup this fiscal year—sales of film also expanded due to increased production capacity. In April 2026, we launched instax mini 13, an entry-level analog instant camera with renewed design and features, which has been well received globally. We will continue to expand the world of instax, enabling people to enjoy instant photo printing and further enhancing the value and joy of photography The Professional Imaging business posted higher revenue due to expanding sales of digital cameras, particularly in Asia where demand was robust. In addition to mainstay models launched in the previous fiscal year, such as FUJIFILM X-E5 and FUJIFILM X-T30 III, sales also trended strongly for FUJIFILM X100VI, a long-selling model that has maintained high popularity. We will continue to provide attractive products for digital camera users and the video production industry by delivering outstanding image quality through the large format sensors in the GFX series and achieving the best balance of image quality and size through the X series, while also creating cameras with new concepts, such as FUJIFILM GFX100RF, X half and FUJIFILM GFX ETERNA 55. Operating income is projected to remain unchanged from the previous forecast at ¥365.0 billion, because while sales increases in the Electronics and gains on the sale of non- core assets in the Business Innovation are expected, these will be offset by delayed profitability in the Bio CDMO business and the impact of rising semiconductor memory prices. Income before income taxes is expected to be ¥375.0 billion, and net income attributable to FUJIFILM Holdings is expected to be ¥280.0 billion. The projected currency exchange rates for the U.S. dollar and the euro against the yen during the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027 are ¥156 and ¥181, respectively.
