2/22 Highlights of Financial Results ◼ Despite continued strong sales of WLTRs*, tire unit sales declined due to weak markets in the U.S. and other countries. ⇒ Operating income decreased year-on-year to 37.5 billion yen. ◼ The computer system issue resulted in lost opportunities from the sales decline and higher production costs from reduced production. ⇒ The negative impact on operating income was 4.2 billion yen through June. ◼ Given the current situation, the full-year operating income forecast for FY2026 has been revised downward to 90.0 billion yen. (previous forecast: 94.0 billion yen) ◼ The forecast for the annual dividend per share remains unchanged at 135 yen, an increase from the previous fiscal year. * Wide light truck tires
