Copyright © Mitsui Kinzoku Co., Ltd. or its affiliates All Rights Reserved. ・ FY2026 Q1 YoY: Sales and profits increased due to higher sales volume of MicroThin and AI server -related Electrolytic Copper Foil VSP in the Engineered Materials segment, the weak yen and high metal prices, as well as an improvement in inventory factors in the Metal segments resulting from these conditions. Net profit attributable to owners of parent improved significantly due to the absence of the extraordinary loss related to the sale of shares in an affiliated company recorded in the same period of the previous fiscal year. ・ As for the FY2026 forecast, continued strong sales volumes of major products in the Engineered Materials segment and the impact of declining prices for certain metals in the Metals segment are expected to result in higher sales and profits compared with the previous forecast.
