©UNIVERSAL ENTERTAINMENT Important Issues to Cover 4 ・In the first half of this fiscal year, the Amusement Equipment Business performed well, while the Integrated Resort (IR) Business struggled due to intensified competition. ・In the second half, the Amusement Equipment Business will continue to soar, and the Integrated Resort (IR) Business, which isundergoing various initiatives, aims to turn a profit. First Half Results ・The Amusement Equipments Business is performing well, mainly with the launch of the major title “MILLION GOD: KAMIGAMI NO KISEKI,” achieving both revenue and profit growth compared to the same period last year. ・The Integrated Resort (IR) Business is in Manila’s Entertainment City VIP slump, intensified competition, domestic political situation, and the impact of Middle East conflicts have led to domestic economic issues. Hence, there is a decline in revenue and profit compared to the same period last year Outlook for the Second Half of the Year ・The Amusement Equipments Business plans to launch another major title in Q4 ・The Integrated Resort (IR) Business is based on “OKADA ONLINE CASINO” and "OKADA PLAY," promotion for MICE, strengthening attraction of Japanese tourists ⇒Driven by the strong performance of the Amusement Equipments Business and the Integrated Resort (IR) Business turned profitable, financial soundness will be promoted

Expansion of loyalty program implementation for retail tenants • Deepen the collaboration with on-site retail tenants and expand the introduction of loyalty programs. Strengthen customer retention and mutual referral throughout the integrated resort. Strengthening measures for families • Shortening access to major restaurants and improving customer attraction through the introduction of new circulation routes. ©UNIVERSAL ENTERTAINMENT Integrated Resort (IR) Business TOPICS 16 OKADA PLAY In May, we partnered with technology provider PhilWeb to launch a new domestic online gaming app for the Philippines, “OKADA PLAY.” OOC Win Zone In addition to strengthening in-facility promotions for "Okada Online Casino (OOC)," it was launched in June to encourage new registrations, logins, and playing on OOC. ARIAKE In May, a dedicated gaming area called "ARIAKE" specializing in high-end Japanese players was opened. In conjunction with this opening, an official Instagram account (@okadamanila_japan) was launched to strengthen communication with customers.

A large-scale interactive event that brings together popular Japanese anime exhibitions, high-level cosplay competitions, anisong DJ live shows, and more, greatly energizing Southeast Asia's otaku culture scene. &FRIENDS Festival 2026 Successfully attracted and hosted the large-scale indoor electronic music festival "&FRIENDS Festival 2026," which attracted over 12,000 people in two days, once again demonstrating the monetization potential of non-gaming event spaces. Luxury Awards Asia Pacific 2026 At the “Travel + Leisure Luxury Awards Asia Pacific 2026”, it ranked 3rd for "Best Integrated Resorts" in the Asia-Pacific region and 2nd place for "Best City Hotels in the Philippines," further strengthening brand value.
