1© SEIKO EPSON CORPORATION 2026 Summary of Key Points FY2026 Q1 Demand conditions remained solid, with no significant change from the previous period. Together with the positive impact of foreign exchange, revenue increased year on year across all segments, led by Precision Innovation. Business profit increased due to positive foreign exchange effects, despite the impact of higher parts costs, including memory, and higher U.S. tariff expenses compared with the same period last year, when tariff-related impacts were limited. FY2026 Full-Year Financial Outlook Raised to ¥1,510.0 billion in revenue and ¥105.0 billion in business profit Raised sales plan for Precision Innovation based on Q1 results. Higher crude oil and memory prices are expected to have a greater impact than previously thought, but the business profit outlook was also raised after factoring in pricing measures and U.S. tariff refunds. Shareholder Returns Conduct share repurchase up to ¥30 billion. Annual dividend forecast unchanged from the previous outlook at ¥80 per share, up ¥6 from last fiscal year.
