Segment Information The main businesses of the Group are the financial instruments business, cryptocurrency exchange service provider, investment management business, and investment business of securities. The Group has 4 reportable segments: “Online Brokerage,” “Digital Asset,” “Asset & Wealth Management (“AM & WM”),” and “Investment.” To further strengthen the Group's management structure, on February 28, 2026, the Company transferred the shares of 1000745629 ONTARIO INC. (an intermediate holding company that holds 96.8% (94.7% on a fully diluted basis) of the shares of 3iQ Digital Holdings Inc., a Canadian corporation), a consolidated subsidiary of the Company, to Coincheck Group N.V., another consolidated subsidiary of the Company. As a result of this reorganization, 3iQ Digital Holdings Inc. and all of its subsidiaries, which were previously included in the “AM & WM” segment, have been transferred to the “Digital Asset” segment. Accordingly, segment information for the first quarter of the previous fiscal year has been restated to reflect this change, as well as for the current fiscal year. Furthermore, from the first quarter of the current fiscal year, the name of the reportable segment previously known as “Crypto Asset” has been changed to “Digital Asset.” Accordingly, segment information for the first quarter of the previous fiscal year is also presented under the new name. This change is merely a change in the segment name and has no impact on segment information.
