Forecast of the Business Environment Assumptions for FY2026 Forecasts Although the outlook for the global economy remains uncertain, a favorable business environment is expected, supported by recovering passenger demand and rising rents and retail prices. While taking into account inflation, rising construction costs, and interest rate trends, we will actively pursue internal growth and enhance profitability through management efforts. Forecast for Each Business Transportation Number of passengers carried: 1,143,831 thousand people / YoY +2.4% (vs. FY2019: -3.7%) Passenger Revenue: 156.8 billion yen / YoY +2.6% (vs. FY2019: +11.4%) Tokyu Railways Real Estate Real Estate Sales An increase in units delivered in the condominium sales business is expected.
