© Keio Corp. | 2 Performance Summary ✓ For FY2026, we will maintain the plan announced on May 13, 2026 and continue to closely monitor future developments. ✓ Supported by continued increases in property sales in Real Estate Sales and passenger volumes in Railways, operating revenue is projected to reach a record high of 504.0 billion yen, up 7.0 billion yen year-on-year. ✓ Operating profit is projected to total 51.0 billion yen, down 1.3 billion yen year on year, due to factors such as an increase in depreciation related to both the recording of asset retirement obligations associated with the Shinjuku redevelopment and room renovations in Hotels. Meanwhile, profit attributable to owners of parent is expected to be 43.0 billion yen. ✓ The annual dividend for FY2026 is scheduled to be 22.0 yen per share (110.0 yen, pre-split basis). ✓ Due mainly to the sale of large-scale properties in Real Estate Sales and an increase in passenger volumes in Railways, operating revenue increased year-on-year in Real Estate, Transportation, and Hotels to 123.1 billion yen, up 9.4 billion yen year-on-year. ✓ Due mainly to an increase in depreciation expenses in Railways, operating profit was 16.1 billion yen, down 0.4 billion yen year-on-year, profit attributable to owners of the parent was 11.7 billion yen, down 0.2 billion yen year-on-year. ✓ Compared with the plan, although power costs increased in Railways, operating profit was broadly in line with the plan, supported by better-than-expected performance in Hotels and Real Estate Sales.
