Highlights of financial results for second quarter of the fiscal year ending January 31, 2027 Summary of performance in second quarter of the fiscal year ending January 31, 2027 Performance outlook for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2027 Shareholder returns ‒ Sharp growth in the systems and infrastructure development and security services businesses. ‒ Year-on-year, net sales and operating income grew 13.7% and 20.5%, respectively, both reaching new record highs. ‒ Orders received grew 20.5% year-on-year on an existing basis, excluding large-scale projects. ‒ Full-year financial results forecasts were revised upward due to booming demand for digital transformation (DX). ‒ Growth investments intended to increase corporate value over the medium to long term are proceeding as planned. ‒ Increase in interim dividends, reflecting our priority on stable and continuous shareholder returns. ‒ Share buyback of up to 2 billion yen planned, with retirement of acquired shares scheduled for fiscal year-end.
