Hi, everyone. Good afternoon. Welcome to the Global Jefferies Healthcare Conference. We're excited for you to be joining us. We have the team with CLASSYS today. Without further ado, they have prepared some materials for us, and turn it over to Chief Marketing Officer, Lae-hee Kim. Thank you. Good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us today. My name is Lae-hee Kim, and I'm the Chief Marketing Officer here at CLASSYS. Today, I'd like to share with you our growth story, how we are transforming from a dermatologist-founded startup into a global medical aesthetics leader, and why we believe that our best years of growth are yet to come. Today's presentation contains forward-looking statements. Today's session, I'd like to walk you through who we are and what we do, where we play, and how we are leading the market and setting new standards, and what makes our business model so unique and our growth plans for the future. Who are we? We are a global medical aesthetics leader, with headquarters in Seoul, South Korea. We operate two very large-scaled world-class manufacturing sites, also in Korea, where we produce all our products. Unlike many players in our industry founded by engineers or commercial executives, CLASSYS was founded in 2007 by a dermatologist, someone who understood the needs and pain points of physicians and patients and wanted to make things better for both. This founding mindset has been the backbone of how we operate, and specifically in our product development, where we ensure strong clinical outcomes, safety, and ease of use. This has allowed us to not only become a dominant number one leader in Korea, but also a strong global player. Through our comprehensive product portfolio of energy-based technologies, we are able to address a wide spectrum of skin concerns throughout all stages of life. Our core market is the aesthetic energy-based device market, which is comprised of HIFU, high-intensity focused ultrasound, monopolar radio frequency, and microneedling radio frequency technologies. Please note that this market does not include the broader EBD market and does not include lasers or light-based technologies, but is a subsegment of the overall EBD market. The aesthetic EBD market in 2024 was a $3.3 billion market and is estimated to grow at a robust 20% CAGR throughout 2030, reaching nearly $10 billion. What's fueling this strong growth? On the patient consumer side, social media is driving a huge impact and really heightening awareness. Preventive anti-aging treatments is on the rise, and going to a dermatologist or a med spa is no longer for people who have severe skin problems. The age, the profile of clients is being lifted. In Korea, patients, consumers in their 20s are coming in for treatments. I was in São Paulo, Brazil, just last week, and I visited a very high-end upscale clinic, where there were patients 18, 19 years old, coming together with their mother to get such treatments. What patients, consumers are looking for these days is a non-invasive, painless treatment with no downtime. In order to meet such patient demand, clinics and med spas want highly profitable treatments, obviously, not one-off treatments, but treatments that stick and lead to repeat visits. Non-invasive procedures that are easily delegable to staff, so you don't need a doctor on-site at all times. We serve a wide range of customers consisting of medical specialists, the dermatologists and plastic surgeons, general practitioners, and chain clinics and med spas. A long time ago, energy-based devices were only available to medical specialists. Today, things are different, where aesthetic EBD technologies are no longer confined to the elite medical practices, but they're flowing more mass market, and the demand is rising quickly. Our goal is to seize this trend and democratize aesthetic EBD, expanding access across all customer segments, predominantly treating skin lifting, tightening, and overall skin quality improvement indications. Here is what our products look like. Our comprehensive product portfolio spans a full spectrum of aesthetic care, from skin lifting, tightening, to unwanted pigmentation removal, skin rejuvenation, just to name a few. This enables us to provide a holistic approach to patient care. Each of our products delivers strong standalone results for both the face and body while creating even greater value through combined treatments. This positions us not only as a leader in our technology categories, but also as a trusted partner in aesthetics longevity, enabling us to build lifelong customer relationships and support patients throughout their entire aesthetic journey. You must be curious as to what our devices can actually do. To give you an idea, here are some before and after photos. On the left-hand side is a patient treated with Volnewmer or Everesse, which is the brand name we use here in the United States. It uses a proprietary water cooling system enabling deeper, more controlled thermal energy delivery with significantly less pain versus traditional gas cooling. This has been recently validated by a peer-reviewed clinical publication. You can see the improvements in the nasolabial folds and improvements in fine wrinkles along the periorbital areas. On the right-hand side is a treatment with our Ultraformer MPT, which is our flagship product and the world's number one skin lifting solution that precisely targets multiple layers of the face and body for immediate structural lifting. As you can see in these pictures, the treatment provides instant lifting, and you can see the sagging jowls and overall submental area in the before picture is significantly improved with a beautiful defined jawline. This product will be launched here in the United States in the H1 of next year. What's great about both treatments is that they are non-invasive, no numbing required, is a very quick treatment, and you can literally be in and out of the clinic in 20 minutes, and there is no downtime, so it is easy to fit into any lifestyle. These treatments are wonderful on their own, but when paired together, provide even greater clinical outcomes. Next, here on the left-hand side is our latest microneedling radiofrequency platform, QUADESSY, which just launched in the U.S. in March this year. It is effective for significantly tightening enlarged pores, improving active acne scarring, overall skin texture, and tightening of the skin. Physicians here in the United States are quickly embracing QUADESSY because it is such a quick and effective treatment. Our dual-depth needling technology delivers visible clinical outcomes with just a single pass on the full face, versus existing needling devices that require multiple passes and is extremely labor-intensive. A one-hour treatment can now be done in 15 minutes with our QUADESSY. On the right-hand side is a proprietary pigmentation removal device called Reepot, which uses a revolutionary cooling technology and has an AI auto pigment detection system that selectively targets unwanted pigment while protecting the vascular tissues. I call this our magic treatment because, as you can see, the large dark spots on the left on the before pictures are completely removed in two weeks just with a single session. Reepot will be coming here in the United States later this year. With such great products, our offerings can be found in over 80 countries today. With 45,000 units installed around the world, we pride ourselves in having the largest global install base among any player in our industry. In addition to our direct operations in Korea, we began our direct operation in Japan last year, and this year we are direct in Brazil. Here you can see our top-line growth performance by geographic region. Over the past five years, our revenue grew at a 35% CAGR. You can see that in all regions, we grew much faster than the 20% market growth rate. We have been able to leverage the learnings from our tremendous success in Korea, which is by far one of the most sophisticated and competitive aesthetic markets in the world, and brought our experiences to Brazil, Thailand, and Japan, which are continuously our top-performing markets. Our growth in these global markets demonstrate proof that our business model translates well across geographies. Beyond our top-line growth, over the last five years, our track record speaks for itself. We are number one in terms of global device installations with 45,000 units. We have two number one best-selling brands in the HIFU category, the Ultraformer, and in the monopolar radiofrequency category, Voluma or Everesse. We are the number one global EBD brand by search and awareness for particularly our hero brand, Ultraformer. We have the largest market cap among global EBD players at $2.5 billion as of 2025. Aside from our strong top-line growth I previously mentioned, our consumables revenue grew a 39% CAGR from 2021 to 2025, and we delivered a 55% EBITDA margin in 2025. Personally, CLASSYS is not my first company in this industry, I can confidently say that these are truly exceptional numbers, far surpassing anything I have seen in my previous two organizations. I'd like to share five reasons behind our success. First and foremost is our competitive products. Every product we develop is born from a deep understanding of real-world challenges faced by physicians and patients. We believe that the best innovations are not technology-driven, but market-driven, born from unmet needs, and designed to deliver meaningful solutions. I like to share two standout examples. First is our flagship Ultraformer. The leading HIFU brand around the world, has 21,000 units installed to date. Secondly, our groundbreaking monopolar radiofrequency Voluma or Everesse has rapidly emerged as one of the fastest-growing monopolar radiofrequency solutions in the industry, surpassing 3,300 installed systems in just a few years. These achievements are more than a testament of our commercial strength, but also validate our ability to build category-defining brands that drive growth. Second, we have a robust product pipeline where we introduce at least one new product a year. Last year, we launched QUADESSY. This year launched a new pigmentation correction laser, LRA. Later this year, we'll launch Viclara, a new skin rejuvenation solution that delivers visible clarity. Looking ahead in 2027, which will mark our company's 20th year anniversary, we're very excited to be launching the next generation of one of our blockbuster products, Voluma or Everesse. In 2028, our next generation, Ultraformer, will be released. One thing to note, as you can see on the left-hand side, most of our products have consumables integrated into the mix, where 46% of our overall revenue comes from consumable sales. Beyond in-office equipment, as we look at ways to further grow our business, we decided to leverage our R&D expertise beyond clinics and into the home. Last November, we launched our first home-use HIFU device called Lift2Glow and sold 1,000 units in Korea within a single week of its launch and had to quickly ramp up production to meet market demand. Our plan going forward is to become more prevalent in the home beauty device space as well. Third, our business model was different since inception. Our business model, unlike most of our competitors, goes beyond a one-time capital sale and drives ongoing consumables revenue throughout the lifespan of the capital equipment. Our consumables deliver an impressive 90% gross margin, and as our install base grows, so does our consumables revenue. This strong margin supports healthy operating profit margins, which exceeds 50%, well above the industry average, a testament to the success and competitiveness of our business model. This, in turn, has allowed us to invest aggressively in our growth. Fourth, we understand that product innovation alone is not enough and that we must create demand. While our focus as a B2B business is on physicians and operators, we remain deeply mindful of our end patients and consumers, who are the ultimate buyers of the treatments that we offer. Each year, we conduct more than 50 global events around the world and engage thousands of customers and are active in reaching out to our end patients and consumers through both on and offline marketing activities. This capability allows us to accelerate adoption and scale brands globally much faster than our competition. Finally, what sets us apart is our focus on scientific leadership. In medical aesthetics, clinical evidence matters and sustained market leadership must be built on clinical credibility. Today, we have over 85 published clinical papers and over 200 global key opinion leaders really advocating for our products. What's next for us and where are we headed? Despite strong growth, penetration remains relatively low across most major markets. Here in these charts, the red line represents the penetration of botulinum toxins and the dark blue bar, the current penetration of HIFU, monopolar radiofrequency, and microneedling radiofrequency, and the lighter blue bar represents the penetration expected by 2030. We believe botulinum toxins are a good leading indicator of aesthetics EBD growth. As you can see, EBD penetration remains significantly below toxin adoption, and this gap represents a substantial growth runway. In short, we are still in the early stages of market development, what's exciting for us is that the opportunity ahead is considerably larger than what has been realized so far. Looking ahead, our focus is on scaling globally even more quickly and gaining deeper penetration in three key markets: the United States, Europe, and China. Here in the United States, we had our first full year of business last year with just a single product and sold over 300 units of Everesse. We recently launched QUADESSY and expect to gain even more growth in this market going forward. In Europe, we gained MDR approval for two of our blockbuster products last year and have prioritized this market for growth. As we gain regulatory clearance of our blockbusters in China late this year, we will enter the market and unlock significant upside in the Chinese market. By 2030, our ambition is to become the world's number one energy-based device leader and achieve $1 billion in revenue. This growth will come from multiple drivers, expansion in the United States, Europe, and China, continuous growth in our established markets, new product introductions, and strong recurring revenue from our install base. We are confident that with our proven track record, we will deliver on our goals. In closing this presentation, I'd like to leave you with three key reasons why CLASSYS stands out as a compelling opportunity. First, we operate in one of the most attractive segments in healthcare, which is growing 20% annually, driven by very strong consumer demand. Second, we have consistently outperformed the market through a highly profitable business model and a growing install base that creates sustainable competitive advantages. Third, with our strong focus on the United States, Europe, and China, we will continue to deliver over 30% of annual top-line growth and achieve our vision of becoming the world's number one energy-based device company with revenues of $1 billion by 2030. As a lifelong partner in medical aesthetics care, we at CLASSYS will continue to expand possibilities and shape the future of our industry. Thank you for taking the time to join this session, and I'd be happy to take any questions. Thank you.
