LUXEMPART S.A. Registered office: 12, rue Léon Laval I L-3372 Leudelange I Luxembourg I T +352 437 435 101 I www.luxempart.lu I luxempart@luxempart.lu RCS Luxembourg : B27846 Leudelange, 15 September 2026 PRESS RELEASE – REGULATED INFORMATION HALF-YEAR RESULTS AS OF 30 JUNE 2026 LUXEMPARTS POSTS 3.3% FIRST-HALF TOTAL RETURN • Half-year performance of +3.3% for our shareholders (dividend reinstated) • Net Asset Value at EUR 2.6 billion (+1.3%) • Direct Investments: New healthcare investment in Germany closed • Investment Funds: Record distributions received at EUR 96 million • Strong financial liquidity position at EUR 188 million Managing Director John Penning comments on the period achieved as follows: “The first half of 2026 reinforces our confidence in Luxempart’s investment approach, as both of our investment pillars contributed positively to performance despite a geopolitical environment that became more challenging with the conflict in the Middle East. We are particu larly encouraged by the underlying quality of our portfolios and their long-term return potential. In Direct Investments, we have increasingly concentrated capital behind high-quality businesses where we have strong conviction and can actively contribute to value creation. At the same time, our Investment Funds activity has matured into a strong second pillar, broadening our geographic reach and giving us access to additional expertise, networks and investment opportuniti es. Together, these two activities provide us with distinct but complementary sources of long-term value creation. Our permanent capital and strong financial position provide us with sig nificant flexibility in allocating resources. We can remain patient when conditions are less favourable and act decisively when compelling opportunities arise. Looking ahead, we will continue to deploy capital with discipline and conviction, building on the strengths of our two investment pillars to create long-term value for our shareholders.”

LUXEMPART S.A. Registered office: 12, rue Léon Laval I L-3372 Leudelange I Luxembourg I T +352 437 435 101 I www.luxempart.lu I luxempart@luxempart.lu RCS Luxembourg : B27846 GLOBAL PERFORMANCE Luxempart’s NAV increased slightly during the first half of 2026 to EUR 2.557.9 million (EUR 126.79 /share), representing a +1.3% growth. Including the dividend paid in May, the total return for the period amounted to +3.3%. Measured over the last 12 months, the Group’s performance was +12.1%. Both core business activities contributed positively to the half-ye ar and last 12 months (LTM) performances: - Direct Investments delivered a +4.1% return over the semester (LTM +14.8%). - Investment Funds achieved +3.3%, or +2.6% at constant exchange rates (LTM +11.2%). Over a five-year period (30/06/2021 – 30/06/2026), Luxempart generated a +8.0% internal rate of return (IRR), slightly above the MSCI Europe Mid Cap Net Return Index, which posted a +7.7% IRR over the same period. INVESTMENTS AND DIVESTMENTS In our Direct Investments, we invested in one new German company during the past semester, and made several add-ons in existing portfolio companies. On 29 January 2026, we closed our previously announced majority investment in Valeara, one of the leading multi-regional outpatient mental health platforms in Germany. Valeara operat es an integrated platform addressing the structural undersupply of mental healthcare services. Besides this new investment, we deployed additional capital in two add-on acquisitions at Environeering Group, our German buy-and-build platform active in soil and water engineering services. Finally, we reinforced our position in Medios during the semester, on the back of an attractive stock price of the company. On the exits front , we sold our stake in Quip, one of our oldest participations, in June 2026. We had been invested in Quip since 2008, generating a total MoM of 4.1x on this investment, for an IRR of 17.2%. In addition, we received EUR 53.5 million cash from portfolio companies dur ing the semester, through recurring dividends and recapitalisations. We continued to expand our Investment Funds portfolio during the first half of 2026, with 3 new commitments in Europe and in the US, totalling EUR 39 million. For the second half of the year, we ex pect further commitments, including EUR 58 million already approved after closing date. During the first semester, capital calls totalled EUR 30.1 million while distributions reached a record-EUR 95.8 million, mainly from our sponsored fund managers. This stro ng level of distributions highlights their ability to generate significant proceeds despite a subdued exit environment. We ended the first half of 2026 with EUR 188.2 million of cash and liquid financial assets. Together with EUR 225 million of undrawn committed credit facilities, this provides total available liquidity above EUR 400 million for deployment across our activities.

Our share price closed at EUR 75.00 per share per 30 June 2026, increasing by 19% compared to our opening price on 1 January 2026. Including the EUR 2.56per share gross dividend paid in May 2026, representing a dividend yield of 4.1% , Luxempart shares delivered a total shareholder return of 23% in the first half of 2026. OUTLOOK It is difficult to give short term views on our NAV evolution given the current geopolitical uncertainties and market volatility. Nevertheless, and despite some challenges in certain businesses, we are confident in the overall quality of our portfolio, mostly composed of local champions addressing structural ne eds with strong competitive positions. Foyer is a great factor of stability in our portfolio, especially in higher interest rates environments and performing stock markets like we are experiencing today. Our b road diversification, geographically and in terms of sectors, and our discipline on entry valuations and leverage, are other key elements to navigating this challenging environment and building resilient businesses. Finally, our strong cash position allows to manage our participations with a long-term perspective, beyond cycles, and to seize opportunities in both investment pillars when they appear.
