Mexico City, July 21, 2026. Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, S.A.B. de C.V. (the “Exchange” or “BMV”) (BMV: BOLSA A) announces its operating and financial results for the second quarter of 2026. KEY HIGHLIGHTS FOR 2Q26 VS. 2Q25 • Operating Results. o Performance. Results were primarily driven by Grupo BMV’s transactional businesses, both locally and globally, despite the appreciation of the Mexican peso against the U.S. dollar. In Capital formation, three companies joined the market, and two companies completed follow-on public offerings. The equities, derivatives and OTC markets benefited from higher trading volumes and increased open interest, while Indeval’s international segment recorded the strongest growth. • Financial Results. o Revenue. Increased by $91 million pesos, or 8%, to $1,198 million pesos compared with 2Q25, primarily driven by greater momentum in the transactional and subscription businesses. o Expenses. Increased by $70 million pesos, or 13%, to $605 million pesos, reflecting higher personnel, technology and depreciation expenses in line with project execution. o EBITDA. Increased by 5% to $662 million pesos, representing a margin of 55.3%. o Comprehensive Financing Result. Decreased by $37 million pesos, primarily due to lower interest rates and a lower foreign exchange loss. o Net Income. Totaled $407 million pesos, up 2% compared with 2Q25. o CAPEX. Year-to-date capital expenditures totaled $120 million pesos. In 2Q26, the U.S. dollar/Mexican peso exchange rate remained stable at $17.50 per U.S. dollar. Compared with 2Q25, the Mexican peso appreciated by $1.8, or 9%. On a year -to-date basis, the appreciation was more pronounced at $2.36, or 12%. • Interest Rates. In 2Q26, Banxico’s target rate was 6.50%, 150 basis points below 2Q25. The Federal Reserve maintained its benchmark rate within a range of 3.50% to 3.75%. • Inflation. INEGI reported annual inflation of 3.37% in 2Q26, 95 basis points below the 4.32% recorded in 2Q25. REVENUE Quarterly revenue accelerated in 2Q26 and exceeded the level recorded in any quarter of 2025. Revenue totaled $1,198 million pesos, compared with $1,107 million pesos in 2Q25, representing growth of 8%. Year-to-date revenue also increased by 8%. In both cases, the solid performance reflected the positive impact of more dynamic capital markets. Quarterly Revenues Year-to-Date Revenues Consistent with the year -to-date trend, the quarter was characterized by greater market volatility, which supported the performance of volume -sensitive businesses such as trading, clearing, custody and cross -border transactions. Although part of this effec t may moderate going forward, it has been a meaningful growth driver to date. Revenue for the second quarter of 2026 totaled $1.2 billion pesos, an increase of $91 million pesos, or 8%, compared with the same period of 2025. On a year-to-date basis, revenue totaled $2.4 billion pesos, an increase of $174 million pesos, or 8%. The following section presents the Group’s principal revenue drivers on a quarterly and year-to-date basis: • Capital Formation. In 2Q26, revenue from this business increased by 2.5%, or $3 million pesos, to $134 million pesos, accounting for 12% of the Group’s total revenue. Revenue is primarily generated by recurring fees associated with: o Listing. Revenue increased moderately by $2 million pesos in 2Q26 compared with 2Q25. Three new issuers joined the market during the period: Sabadell, Park Life and Credijal. Sabadell completed a $4 billion pesos bond issuance that was 2.3 times oversubscribed. Park Life launched a new segment focused on residential rental housing. The “From Zero to Bolsa” program delivered results this quarter through Credijal’s $250 million pesos debt issuance, demonstrating the Group’s ability to expand market access for smaller issuers. In addition to the new issuers listed during the quarter, VESTA, one of the leading developers of industrial buildings and distribution centers, completed a $3.4 billion pesos follow-on equity offering. FEXI also completed a $4.3 billion follow-on offering, the first transaction of its kind by a toll-road FIBRA E. The year-to-date result was driven by equity listing fee revenue of $45 million pesos, $11 million pesos or 32% higher than in 2025. The number of short-term debt issuances remained stable, while activity in the long -term debt market increased, with the number of issuances and the amount placed rising 53% and 80%, respectively. Revenue is not directly proportional to the amount placed because fees are capped based on the size of the issuance and type of instrument.

Revenue remained virtually unchanged, increasing 1% compared with 2Q25, as the number of issuances during the quarter was slightly lower than in the prior year. As of June 30, 2026, revenue totaled $233 million pesos, $5 million pesos or 2% below the amount recorded in 2025. BMV had 603 outstanding long-term debt issuances, compared with 515 as of June 2025. • Equity market. During the quarter, revenue from this business increased of $22 million pesos or 16% in its revenue reaching a total of $161 million pesos and accounting for 13% of the Group’s revenue, primarily driven by: o Equity Trading on BMV. Revenue increased by $14 million pesos, or 17%, in 2Q26 compared with 2Q25. This performance was driven by a 20% increase in average daily traded value (ADTV), which reached $21.5 billion pesos. The Local Market accounted for 55% of total average daily traded value, while the Global Market, or SIC, accounted for 45%. BMV's market share increased by four percentage points compared with 1Q26, reaching 82%. For the first six months of 2026, equity trading revenue totaled $182 million pesos, representing an increase of 17% compared with 2025. Average daily traded value as of June 30 was $21.2 billion, reflecting growth of 23% in the global market and 18% in the local market. The glob al market accounted for 44% of total traded value in 2026. These results reflect a stable competitive position.

Revenue increased by $8 million pesos, or 14%, in 2Q26 compared with 2Q25. This result was driven by higher average daily traded value in the Mexican equities market, which led to double-digit growth in both traded value and the number of trades cleared th rough CCV. Combined average daily traded value across Mexico’s stock exchanges reached $26 billion pesos, up 18% from the second quarter of 2025. On May 29, 2026, daily trading reached an all -time high as a result of the MSCI rebalancing. For the first half of 2026, CCV reported revenue of $135 million pesos, an increase of $21 million pesos, or 18%, compared with 2025. Average daily traded value in the Mexican equities market totaled $26.5 billion pesos for the six -month period, up 20% from the prior year. • Derivatives. In 2Q26, revenue from this business increased by $6 million pesos, or 9%, to $77 million pesos, accounting for 6% of the Group’s total revenue. Revenue is primarily generated by market activity, as described below: o Derivatives Trading on MexDer. Revenue increased by $4 million pesos. MexDer trading revenue grew 12%, driven by position rollovers and open interest in U.S. Dollar/Mexican peso futures contracts. The principal indicators for these contracts recorded double -digit growth from 2025 to 2026. Average daily notional value reached $663 million dollars, up 40% from 2025, while open interest increased 70% to $18 billion dollars. For S&P/BMV IPC futures , average daily notional value was $846 million pesos, up 4%; however, open interest decreased 30%. TIIE swaps continued to perform in line with the trend observed in the first quarter of 2026. Average daily notional value and open interest decreased, partly due to a lower need for interest-rate hedging.

Average Margin Deposits (AIMs) Million pesos AIMs recovered and remained at high levels throughout the quarter, reaching their highest level in the past five quarters in 2Q26. • OTC trading (SIF ICAP). During the quarter, the revenue of this business stood at $192 million pesos, $15 million pesos more than in the 2Q25 with a change of 8% and accounting for the 16% of the Group’s revenue. o Mexico. In 2Q26, revenue increased by $8 million pesos, or 13%, compared with 2Q25. This change reflected higher market activity and improved commercial conditions. o Chile. During the quarter, revenue increased by $7 million pesos, or 6%, compared with 2Q25, driven by higher market activity, particularly in June. • Central Securities Depository in Indeval. During the quarter, the revenue increased $31.5 million pesos or 9%, reaching a total of $377 million pesos in the 2Q26 compared with 2Q25. Indeval contributes 31% of the Group’s revenue, primarily driven by: o Securities Custody. In 2Q26, revenue increased by $21 million pesos, representing double-digit growth compared with 2Q25. This performance was primarily driven by a 13% increase in assets under custody, which reached $48 trillion pesos, an increase of $5.5 trillion pesos. Investment and pension funds made a notable contribution. Traded value increased 21%, while the number of trades reached record levels, supported by the retail fee adjustment implemented in June 2025. On a year-to-date basis, the foreign exchange impact on Indeval resulted in a reduction of $55 million pesos in revenue compared with the same period of the previous year. • Information services. During the quarter, revenue from this business reached $199 million pesos, remaining at levels comparable to 2Q25, with a 0.5% increase, and contributing 17% of the Group’s total revenues, which are derived from: o Valmer. In the 2Q26, the revenue increased $4 million pesos, equivalent to a change of 7% compared with 2Q25. This performance was primarily driven by increased demand for pricing services and derivatives valuation. o Market Data Sales. Revenue decreased by $5 million pesos, or 4%, in 2Q26 compared with 2Q25. The decrease reflected the appreciation of the Mexican peso against the U.S. dollar. Because fees are denominated in U.S. dollars, currency translation resulted in lower peso -denominated revenue despite growth in U.S. dollar terms.

Valmer revenue increased 2%, driven by higher sales of pricing services and derivatives valuation. The appreciation of the Mexican peso offset underlyi ng growth in Market Data revenue, which decreased 1% in peso terms. On a year -to-date basis, the appreciation of the Mexican peso against the U.S. dollar reduced Information Services revenue by $40 million pesos compared with 2025. • Other. In 2Q26, revenue increased by 31%, or $14 million pesos, to $58 million pesos compared with 2Q25. This performance was primarily driven by higher sales at Escuela Bolsa and the reversal of provisions from prior periods. On a year-to-date basis, revenue increased by $29 million pesos due to the reversal of expense provisions. Overall, the Group’s businesses reflect a balanced revenue mix, with approximately 50% generated by market activity and the remaining 50% derived from subscriptions and recurring fees. EXPENSES During the second quarter of 2026, the Group’s expenses totaled $605 million pesos, up 13% from 2Q25. Year-to-date expenses increased to $1.2 billion pesos, $122 million pesos or 11% above the prior -year period. The increase supports the Group’s operating and strategic requirements. • Personnel. Expenses totaled $285 million pesos, $33 million pesos or 13% above 2Q25, due to annual salary increases, the strengthening of operating and technology capabilities, and variable compensation at SIF ICAP. On a year-to-date basis, personnel expenses increased by $62 million pesos, or 12%, to $575 million pesos, primarily due to salary increases and variable compensation at SIF ICAP. • Technology. Expenses totaled $127 million pesos, $17 million pesos or 15% above 2Q25, driven by higher managed services expenses. On a year-to-date basis, technology expenses increased by $28 million pesos, or 13%, to $241 million pesos, primarily due to higher managed services and technology infrastructure expenses. • Depreciation and Amortization. Expenses totaled $69 million pesos, $8 million pesos or 13% above the second quarter of the prior year. The increase reflected renewed hardware leases for the equities market, amortization related to the Bond CCP and other projects. On a year-to-date basis, depreciation and amortization increased by $14 million pesos, or 12%, to $138 million pesos, driven by new technology infrastructure and equipment used to strengthen operations. • Rent and Maintenance. Expenses totaled $21 million pesos, $7 million pesos or 47% above 2Q25. On a year-to-date basis, expenses increased by $5 million pesos, or 15%, to $42 million pesos. Both changes reflect the reversal of provisions in the prior year for building management and maintenance. • Marketing. Expenses reached $17 million pesos, $3 million pesos or 18% above 2Q25. On a year-to-date basis, expenses increased by $3 million, or 12%, to $33 million pesos, driven by higher commercial activity and participation in events. The appreciation of the Mexican peso against the U.S. dollar reduced the Group’s expenses by approximately $27 million pesos compared with the first half of 2025, primarily in technology. IMPACT OF FOREIGN EXCHANGE ON RESULTS During the second quarter of 2026, the Mexican peso appreciated 9% against the U.S. dollar. The average exchange rate was $17.44 per U.S. dollar, compared with $19.25 in the same period of the prior year. Assuming a constant exchange rate $19.85 per U.S. dollar during the first six months of the year, revenue for the first half of 2026 would have been $98 million pesos higher and EBITDA would have increased by $71 million pesos, while expenses would have risen by $27 million pesos.

• Comprehensive Financing Result. Compared with 2Q25, the comprehensive financing result increased by 13%, or $6 million pesos, to $57 million pesos. A more favorable foreign exchange result partially offset lower financial income resulting from lower interest rates. On a year-to-date basis, the comprehensive financing result decreased by $38 million pesos, or 26%, to $106 million pesos. The decrease was attributable to lower interest rates and was partially offset by a significantly lower foreign exchange loss than in 2025. • Net income. Growth of 2%, reaching $407 million pesos compared with the $400 million pesos of the 2Q25. The improvement was driven by growth in operating income and a stronger comprehensive financing result. On a year-to-date basis, it increased by $7 million pesos, or 1%, reaching a total of $844 million pesos. • Investing Activities. During the second quarter of 2026, the Group invested $79 million pesos in CAPEX, an increase of 17%, or $11 million pesos, compared with the same period of 2025. Investment was primarily focused on strategic initiatives and strengthening technology infra structure. Approximately 80% of total expenditures related to the Group's Digital Evolution program, with the remainder allocated to maintenance of current operating systems and other projects. The Company also received dividends, interest and proceeds from the sale of NUAM shares. • Financing Activities. Cash generated during the period was primarily allocated to shareholder returns through dividend payments and share repurchases. As a result of cash distributions to shareholders, cash and cash equivalents decreased by $383 million pesos, ending the period at $3.4 billion pesos and maintaining a strong liquidity position. SHARE REPURCHASES During the second quarter of 2026, the Group continued executing its buyback program in line with its capital allocation strategy. The Group invested $99 million pesos to acquire 2.6 million shares during the quarter. On a year-to-date basis, share repurchases totaled $160 million pesos and 4.3 million shares. As a result, shares outstanding declined to 551 million, a decrease of 1%, reducing the public float. Grupo BMV continues to maintain an authorization for additional repurchases.
