KOSSAN RUBBER INDUSTRIES BHD Company No. 48166 - W ( Incorporated in Malaysia ) INTERIM FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE FINANCIAL QUARTER ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2021 Explanatory Notes Basis of Preparation The unaudited interim financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards and paragraph 9.22 of the Main Market Listing Requirements ( MMLR ) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad . The accounting policies and method of computation adopted for the interim financial reports were consistent with new standards effective from 1/1/2021 inclusive of those adopted for the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 .
