UAC of Nigeria PLC - Q2 and H1 2026 Unaudited Results NGX Ticker : UACN PRESS RELEASE Regulated information uac since 1679 Financial Results for the second quarter and six months ended 30 June 2026 29 July 2026 - UAC of Nigeria PLC ( " UAC " ) announced its results for the period ended 30 June 2026 . H1 2026 Highlights Revenue grew 3.3x to # 365bn and gross profit 3.7x to # 105bn , driven by the consolidation of C.H.I Limited . Operating profit rose 3.9x to # 49bn ( EBIT margin 13.4 % ) . Profit Before Tax grew 3.1x to # 34bn . Q2 2026 Highlights • • • Revenue of # 174bn , 3.2x Q2 2025 , driven by the contribution of C.H.I. Limited ( " C.H.I. " ) , which supported the + 610 % growth in the Packaged Food and Beverages segment , and sales growth in the Paints segment ( + 8.1 % ) . # 50bn gross profit , 3.6x Q2 2025 ( # 14bn ) . Gross margin expanded 290bps to 28.6 % , reflecting earnings mix ( greater contribution from higher - margin Food and Beverages segment ) , and moderating input costs . # 21bn operating profit , 3.6x Q2 2025 ( # 5.8bn ) . EBIT margin expanded 124bps to 11.8 % , reflecting gross margin expansion . • Profit before tax of # 12bn , 96 % higher than Q2 2025 PBT of # 6.1bn . Commenting on the results , Group Managing Director , Fola Aiyesimoju , stated : " Our results for the first half of 2026 reflect progress against the objectives to deliver scale , integrate C.H.I. under UAC's ownership , drive margin expansion , and optimise working capital . Group revenue grew 3.3x to # 365bn , operating profit 3.9x to # 49bn and profit before tax 3.1x to # 34bn , driven by growth in our Packaged Food and Beverages and Paints businesses ; performance in our Edibles and Feed businesses was mixed and our Quick Service Restaurants business continued to be challenging .
