Welcome to this presentation of Argeo. I'm the company's investor relations, Ola Eikeland from CorpCom. The presentation will be held by the company CEO, Trond Crantz, and CFO, Odd Erik Rudshaug. Regarding the Q&A sessions afterwards, you can send questions during the presentation using the question and chat function. The presentation will also be recorded and published on the company's webpage later today. That's all from me for now. Trond, the floor is all yours. Thank you, Ola, and welcome to our Q1 presentation 2022. Please observe the disclaimer as usual. We're gonna cover the following agenda. A few words on highlights, introduction to Argeo, an operational update, a few words about technology and where it's going. Odd Erik will present the financials, and in the end, our outlook statement. Highlights. It's been a very busy quarter for us. We have received a lot of new equipment. Among the things that we announced during the quarter, we ordered a new Hugin 6000 from Kongsberg, and accordingly signed a 12-month project for this new vehicle. Well, I'll mention a few words about this later on in the fleet scheduling slide coming up. We also were awarded the Statens Vegvesen Bjørnafjorden project, which was basically a project slated to be carried out in Q4 last year, but delayed. Started up, mobilized just within the quarter, but the majority of the work has been carried out in the beginning of Q2. We completed the sea acceptance test of our first SeaRaptor system, which was successful and took delivery of this in February. Remaining work for the Hugin project in Brazil, given a new startup due to vessel availability in late May. Subsequent to the quarter, we successfully completed private placement of NOK 75 million in April. The AUV work for Statens Vegvesen was successfully completed, actually, one week ahead of time with very good data quality. We commenced thereafter on the multi-client offshore wind project at Utsira Nord. The deep water SeaRaptor project, earlier announced, is moved to early July also due to vessel scheduling. Where are we now? This is basically a picture explaining the development of the company going forward. We are now 47 employees and counting. A total of three AUV crews. We have four secured assets and looking to expand the vessel, the vehicle fleet accordingly. As you see, the market is expanding in our core geo markets. We have completed the first testing of the USV, or Argus, as we have named it, which will be commercially launched in late May. The Argeo market rollout is going according to plan with our Houston office set up, the Rio office in Brazil set up, as we announced in our Q4 presentation. Our mission you should be well familiar with at this point. We are looking to use robotic systems and digital systems to uniquely image and model the ocean space. That being faster, better and greener at a lower cost as we are much more effective utilizing autonomous technology combined with a new digital platform, which is also coming out in Q2, the first module of. Our core markets, just to recap on that, we have obviously carried out several engineering and construction projects. Bjørnafjorden was one of them. We are still tendering and planning for deep-sea minerals. Our core markets where we have the, well, 100% focus at the moment is oil and gas, and offshore wind. These two markets, we are seeing a surge in sanctioning and activities globally, and also of course where we focus our business development at the moment. Where are we now? We started about one year ago with one Hugin system. We have now expanded with two additional SeaRaptor systems. Taken delivery of one of them, fully commercialized. SeaRaptor number two is already built and ready. We are just waiting for the right project to bring it into commercial operations. The Argus USV is built in record time and being launched commercially 24th of May, actually. Eelume system is still under development, going according to plan. As I mentioned in the beginning in the highlights, we have also ordered and taking delivery of the Hugin 6000 system with a startup of the contract in early H2. Talking end July, beginning of August. Which brings me to this slide. Argeo signed a 12-month project, which is six months confirmed and six months option. The EBITDA value from this project is $4.5 million, divided into two parts, $2.5 million for the secured and $2 million for the option. E&P spending expected to increase and the capex is now taken out of the equation. I think everyone understands that. There is a huge upsurge in activity, especially in oil and gas and offshore wind. The sanctioning that we have been looking at, 8%, might definitely be passed this year already and increase even further over next year. This, of course, supported by a very high oil price. We see that our main geo markets for South and North America and also West Africa is coming, Middle East, will ride on this new wave of activities in the oil and gas market. We also see that many of the traditional oil and gas companies now are moving in heavily in the offshore wind. We are meeting with clients which is integrated in a larger extent than was previously the case, which is very good because our services cater for both these two markets in a really efficient way. A few words about oil and gas. This is basically an older slide that we used one year ago, but we now see a global addressable market for oil and gas annually in the range of NOK 15 billion to NOK 20 billion in the oil and gas business. We see that this is increasing even further. We see that more projects is coming out. We see a very tight supply chain overall in all the markets, which positions Argeo perfectly with our international expansion and the expansion of our fleet activities. Looking quite nice. The USV, Argus, is now in the final stage of testing. Argus will be commercial from 24th of May. We have some planned projects, which will be the first operational activities for this unique vessel. A tremendous effort by both suppliers and internally Argeo bringing this project into a real application for the markets from 200 and shallower. 200 m water depth and all the way to the surf zone of 1 m. This will be a killer application. Total of 30-day autonomy. It's uncrewed. It's within the MCA standards, which is every vessel which is less than 12 m long can be allowed to operate uncrewed. That's a key point here. This is basically a survey vessel capable of surveying everything in terms of wind farms, inspection work and so on. We're very proud of launching this. I think it's going to be a really commercial system for Argeo going forward. The activities in offshore wind, we are present in the whole value chain from early pre-concession where we do, as with the multi-client model, where we acquire high quality data that the operators can lease through our multi-client and also Ocean Space platform. We can upscale the resolution throughout the phase of the development of a wind project into early planning and all the way to construction and installation. Further to that, when a wind farm is commissioned and active, we can provide inspection tasks and further survey activities, the operational maintenance part, all the way to decommissioning if that ever happens. We have a full value chain service provision to this exciting new industry. Using our multi-client and data service ability, we say that we can shorten the timeframe from a planned activity to basically operational commissioning. By one to two years and maybe even further. We see now that there's a lot of project sanctioning going on worldwide. We are not only talking about North Sea, Norway, Scotland and so on, but also large sanctioning of projects in Brazil, North America, on the east coast of the United States, and even Asia Pacific. There is a huge project outpour which requires the services that we deliver to our clients over the next years. We are extremely well-positioned and can use this ability to acquire data for our library as part of other proprietary contracts, projects that we may do in a given region. This explains this. We sell the data to more clients, hence we get an upsurge in revenue from data released. Of course, given the digital platform that we are using both as a digital shopping window but also as a recurring data enabler for data processing, new AI techniques, machine learning and so on, we can make sure that we hold the data library current and up to date to our customers. Tender project pipeline is solidifying. We see that across the board. Of course, with longer project means that it takes more time to finalize negotiations and clarify everything that is related to a given project as they expand now from several months to several years. Now this fleet schedule reflects that. On the top side, you can see the Hugin 1000 in Brazil. We have a stop gap there in April and beginning of May due to vendor scheduling. That project is slated to start again, 27th of May, to completion. Then we'll decide whether or not we keep the unit in Brazil or we move it to other locations. The Hugin 6000 planned to go straight into work after delivery and testing, 1st of August. This project will be ongoing for the majority of the 12 months that we are slated for. The SeaRaptor Alpha has been working since March after completing all the testing. We've done extensive testing on this. Completed the Bjørnafjorden project in record time in a very complex area. Continues now on the multi-client project for Utsira Nord before planned work going forward. This is an ongoing project and part of the tender build-up that we are currently working on. The same goes for the SeaRaptor Bravo. We have the deep water project, which has now moved from April to July. Plan for future work internationally. The Argus USV, we have three projects slated for that. The Eelume system is unchanged from our last presentation. We now have a tender value of NOK 450 million and a contract with options of NOK 70 million, all from start of 31st of March. Technology development and commercialization of our technology is going according to plan. One of the things that we spent a bit more time on in February was the commercial part of our Argeo Whisper, which is our cathodic protection system. It is all integrated now in the SeaRaptor system and has proven very efficient. We think this is going to be a global leader in pipeline inspection using this cathodic protection tool. Our Argeo Whisper is, according to plan, going to be commercialized in the latter part of this year. The Argeo Discover, which is our deep sea mineral exploration tool, next year. The Argeo Digital Ocean Space, our digital platform for data services, our shopping window and also the data processing tool for inspection is going according to plan, and we will have the first version available in H2 this year. Remote mission control, of course, this is an important factor for the USV. This is mostly tested at the present time. It is working, and it will be able to cater for remote operations of Argus. We are looking at future integration of components like Eelume and AUVs as well. A couple of final words on the technology side, our digital platform is going according to plan. Argeo Enlight will be the first one available. This is where we store and display and process all of our data. It is where the client can access data from our multi-client data library. It's also a unique visualization tool, completely geo-referenced, with all the data points and all the infrastructure that we have into this platform. Later on, we will go into the introspection module, which is three-dimensional visualization and mapping of subsea inspection data, geo-referenced in space and time. When AI and machine learning kicks in, we are going into a prediction enabled platform called Argeo Foresight to predict the subsea movements and the remaining lifetime of our assets. I will give the word to Odd Erik for the financials. Yeah. Thank you, Trond. Revenue in Q1 this year was NOK 6.9 million. All of this is from our contract, AUV contract, we have in Brazil. Total operating cost, employee expenses, and other operating expenses was NOK 22.9 million in the quarter, which is up from NOK 19.6 million, which we had in Q4 last year. This increase is mainly due to the operation we have in Brazil and also the continued increase of employees in the company. We capitalized NOK 3.7 million to our Digital Ocean Space project in the quarter. EBITDA minus NOK 12.3 million in Q1, and we had a net loss on NOK 9.8 million. We go over to the balance sheet. Non-current assets was NOK 96.1 million in the end of March this year, and this includes NOK 12.5 million of capitalized development cost, mainly to this Digital Ocean Space project. We have the NOK 65.1 million in property, plant and equipment. This NOK 65 million is mainly for the first SeaRaptor, which was delivered in the Q1 this year. All the current assets was NOK 52.6 million, and this includes NOK 49.4 million in prepayments for the assets we have ordered, which will be delivered later this year. Cash was NOK 32.9 million in the end of March. And note that the proceeds from the share issue we made in earlier this year, that was made in April. Those proceeds are not included in this number. Equity was NOK 138.2 million. Long-term debt has increased to NOK 35.6 million, which is due to the seller's credit we have from Teledyne on the first SeaRaptor, which was delivered in the quarter. Few words about the cash flow statement. Cash from operating activities was positive with the NOK 4.1 million in Q1. This includes a positive effect from change in current assets due to delivery of this first SeaRaptor in the quarter. Prepayments made on these assets is classified as all the current assets in the balance sheet. There is a reclassification to property, plant and equipment when the assets are finally delivered. You can see that on the investment in property, plant, and equipment line, which is NOK 61.5 million in the quarter. Most of the payments were actually made earlier last year. We also invested in intangibles, which is mostly for this Digital Ocean Space project, and it was NOK 5.1 million in Q1. New debt, as I mentioned earlier, is related to this first SeaRaptor. We have a seller's credit from Teledyne on NOK 30 million, which is repayable over eight quarters at no interest. I leave it to Trond for some- Yeah. Closing remarks before we have questions. Okay. In short, we are on track extending our fleet and services globally. It's going actually faster than we anticipated. We are seeing a significant increase in market demand and future strong market outlook. We are on track developing our digital solutions and also the sensors and all, you know, technology components that we earlier talked about. We see Argeo as an attractive market opportunity. We have a strong industry and technical competence. We're able to meet high demand through our fleet expansions going forward, sustainable business model, and solid customers in all verticals. On the market side, as I mentioned in the beginning, we experienced strong interest and opportunities in our main Argeo markets and service verticals. I would say, definitely on the offshore wind and oil and gas, where we focus now, there's also a strong potential momentum in offshore wind and expected continued buildup of tenders in 2022 supporting further growth. Thank you, and I think we can open the floor for questions. All right. Thank you, Trond and Odd Erik. Really good presentation. Exciting times. There are a lot happening in the company. We have a few questions that has come in. You just mentioned at the end, the market, and you said that the overall market outlook is strengthening. Could you be more specific on where you see where it's strongest? I mean, there's a reason and a very good rationale for why we are expanding into the Americas market. Obviously there is a lot of activity, of course, in Brazil but also on the rest of the South American continent, Guyana, Suriname, et cetera, which is all deep water, which is all, of course, more or less the same in West Africa. There's a lot of deep water activities there as well. Namibia is coming as a very good candidate as well, according to the estimates of sanctioning there. Also there is a big lack of all the planned work that has been put on hold in the previous years. The inspection and survey market in general is very high. From our latest tour of the Americas, we saw that most of capacity is sold out. There's a very tight supply chain overall, which puts us in a very good situation going forward. Great. I think you nearly answered the next question because, which geo markets are you most bullish to? So, you mentioned nearly all, so it sounds like it's. Well, I mean, yeah, not quite. I mean, we also of course see that there is an interest in Asia Pacific, but I mean, we need to focus on where we can make the most impact. That's why I have this focus on South America, West Africa, and Middle East is of course coming with shallower water. I think our focus is correct both on the verticals and on the geo markets in general. Yeah. All right. I have one last question here. The offshore wind market is becoming more and more important going forward, and could you explain how Argeo fits into the actual business cycle within offshore wind and how big do you think it could become for Argeo? When it comes to the value chain offshore wind, I think the one slide we have in the presentation really well explains that. We are present in all the development cycles of an offshore wind farm. Now, what we are seeing on the size of the market is, of course, that the markets are expanding eventually. We see that new project sanctioning is taking place all over the world, in particular, of course, the North Sea, which is a mature market, but also in Brazil, there is a lot of project sanctioning taking place there, west east coast of the United States and Asia Pacific in general. We see that there is a big interest for that. Of course, the other thing is that offshore wind is moving into deep water. You're talking floating offshore wind, which is perfect for our services. Yeah. Yeah. With the high energy prices as well, it should be more offshore wind coming on, shouldn't it? Yeah. I mean, there is a reason why our focus is on offshore wind and oil and gas now, and those are key verticals where we see a huge rapid growth. Yeah. All right. I haven't got any more questions. You know, very good presentation, and a lot of exciting things are happening in the company. Yeah, it's exciting times. To you listening, thank you for taking time, and I hope to see you for the Q2 presentation. Bye for now. Thank you.
