4 Arribatec Group ASA | Quarterly report Q2 2026 | CEO comments ^ We are becoming a more profitable company in a challenging market, driven by structural (not seasonal) improvements. Revenue was broadly flat in constant currency, but EBITA margin improved to 10.9% from 9.8%, adjusted for non-cash share option costs. We are not yet where we want to be, but the pattern across the Group gives us confidence. EA&BPM is the sharpest evidence. Restructured through 2025, it now delivers a 16% EBITA margin, against practically break even a year earlier. Business Services continues to deliver around double-digit margins and underlying growth, although a softer market held it slightly behind expectations this quarter. Tender and bid activity was significant, and the resulting pipeline supports our view that market activity may improve over time. Cloud returned to profit, which was the priority after weak Q4 2025 and Q1 2026. A low single-digit margin on declining revenue is not the level of performance we are targeting, so pricing and cost measures are already in motion, with significant management attention dedicated to these initiatives. It's also the segment with the strongest market pull on our core deliveries, which is why it's worth fixing properly rather than quickly. A coordinated significant programme is running across the Group through the second half, with effects expected from late Q3 and building through Q4. AI is moving fast, and we are well positioned for a simple reason: what we deliver is what clients need in place before AI can work for them. For us AI raises demand for our core services rather than displacing them. AI is only as good as the data, processes and systems underneath it, and that layer is what we build and run: platforms such as Unit4, RamBase and QualiWare, and the infrastructure that carries them. Model costs are rising, so pricing to the value a client can measure rather than to the cost of the technology is key to protecting margins as AI becomes part of delivery. We stay vendor neutral on models so we can match the right tool to each task, which keeps delivery cost in hand as prices move. This positions AI as an opportunity to support both growth and margin development rather than a cost burden. Arribatec continues to attract strong people. The clearest recent example is our new CFO, Bent Hammer, who will strengthen the finance organisation and be central to the company's next phase with his more than 15 years of experience from international IT consulting companies. A word on capital: we paid our first dividend in the company's history this quarter, NOK 67m to shareholders. We could do that because the operating business generated NOK 64m of cash in the past 12 months. Returning cash to shareholders while staying financially robust is a position we intend to keep. The Company will continue to emphasise shareholder remuneration on an ongoing basis, both through dividends and buy-backs. Our priorities for the rest of 2026 are unchanged: get Cloud to an acceptable level of profitability, restore growth and margin in Business Services, and keep EA&BPM's momentum going. Thank you to our clients for the trust you place in us, to our partners for what we build together, and above all to our employees, who make the difference, for the clients they serve, and for us as a company.

5 Arribatec Group ASA | Quarterly report Q2 2026 | Corporate events & operations ^ In the second quarter of 2026, Arribatec Group delivered stable revenues in constant-currency terms and EBITA of NOK 15.2m (14.0m) and an EBITA margin of 10.9% (9.8%) adjusted for non-cash share option costs. Reported second-quarter revenue was slightly below the prior year, primarily reflecting the strengthening of the NOK, while the Group continued to deliver solid profitability and margins. Following its strong financial performance in 2025, Arribatec Group ASA paid dividends to its shareholders for the first time in the second quarter of 2026. The dividend corresponded to a yield of approximately 14.5% based on the share price at the time of the AGM decision. Business Services delivered a stable second quarter with growth of 2% in constant-currency terms and a decline of 1% in reported revenue. Some short-term variations in demand within selected ERP-related service areas affected activity levels in the quarter. At the same time, several new customer engage- ments were secured during the quarter, and the pipeline is at an all-time high for Business Services, including a high number of ongoing tenders. The EBITA margin remained solid at 9.7% (13.8%), albeit below our ambition for this business. Cloud delivered a mixed second quarter. Revenue declined 14% year-on-year. The decrease is attributable to three cus- tomer-specific events in prior quarters: two customers reduced scope and one moved to another provider. Underlying demand Revenue mix Q2 compared to last year, per Business Area Per cent Business Services 59% (57%) EA&BPM 18% (17%) Cloud 23% (26%) Revenue mix Q2 compared to last year, per geographic region Per cent Norway 70% (69%) from the remaining customer base has been stable, and profitability improved sequentially following the operational improvement initiatives and restructuring measures implemented earlier this year. These measures allowed the business to absorb a revenue reduction of this size and still move from a negative to a positive result. Cloud continued to strengthen its sales pipeline while maintaining focus on operational efficiency and long-term sustainable growth. The EBITA margin for the second quarter was 3.5% (6.1%). EA&BPM delivered a solid second quarter, with revenue growth of 6% and significantly improved profitability compared to the same period last year. EA&BPM benefited from strong customer activity, a healthy project portfolio and continued operational improvements. The EBITA margin for the quarter rose sharply to 16.1% (0.9%). Outlook Arribatec remains focused on strengthening operational performance and profitability across all business areas. Demand for digital transformation, data-driven decision support and AI-enabled solutions remains positive. UK 18% (15%) Continental Europe 12% (16%)

6 Arribatec Group ASA | Quarterly report Q2 2026 | Business Services sees positive demand for ERP modernisation, Financial Planning & Analysis and data platforms, supported by growing interest in AI-enabled solutions. This is reflected in an all-time high pipeline. Follow-on demand for optimisation services, managed services and Arribatec's proprietary add-on solutions continues to build recurring revenue, while increased use of AI in service delivery supports efficiency. Cloud enters the second half on a stronger footing following the reorganisation completed earlier in the year. Demand for compliant and data sovereign solutions remains strong, and Nasjonal Sky continues to attract interest across public and private sectors. Regulatory momentum, including the EU AI Act, and hyperscaler capacity constraints in Norway are together opening room for local alternatives. Rising hardware costs, seasonally lower summer activity and the recent bankruptcy of one client will weigh on the third quarter. Improvement initiatives continue through the second half of 2026, with continued emphasis on pricing discipline and margin management. EA&BPM continues to improve as clients keep investing in digital transformation, governance and AI, although some purchasing decisions are still taking longer than usual to close. As companies move from testing AI to putting it into use, demand is growing for the basics that make AI work; enterprise architecture, data quality, operating models, and governance. The business keeps supporting its existing clients across public and private sector, while also hunting new business and targeting selected indus- tries such as defense. The pipeline is solid and growing, and bookings for the second half look strong. Across all business areas, generative and agentic AI are becoming an increasingly central part of our operations and client offerings, a trend we expect to accelerate in the coming year. Deep domain expertise will remain essential to unlocking the full value of these technological advancements, alongside uncompromising security and compliance requirements. At Arribatec, we believe digital transformation starts with structure, not software alone. Our products and services enable clients to navigate transfor- mation in a way that ensures long-term value and readiness for AI-driven innovation. Business development 358 new sales contracts were signed in the second quarter of 2026 at a combined value of NOK 97m, including scope extensions and new agreements. The five largest contracts account for 23% of the new contract volume. The total value of contracts signed for the last twelve months amounts to NOK 523m. We are seeing increased bid activity across our key markets, providing a stronger foundation for future revenue growth. The Nordics remain the largest region, with 67% of the new contract volume in the second quarter (NOK 64.6m). The top five industries are Research, Utilities, Management consulting, Construction and Maritime. The distribution is as follows for our three largest business areas: Business services 65%, Cloud 21%, and EA&BPM 14%.
