This can be done by pressing star one on your telephone keypad. If you require assistance at any time, please press star zero, and you'll be connected to an operator. I will now hand you over to your host, Peter Jacobsson, to begin today's conference. Thank you. Thank you very much, and good afternoon, good morning, everyone. My name is Peter Jacobsson. I'm the CEO of Floatel International, and together with me, I have Tomas Hjelmström, the CFO of the company. I will take start on page number three in the presentation and take it from there. Just on the marketing and tendering, market remains good, with several inquiries on the market. We are expecting tenders for 2027 in the near future, primarily for Floatel Victory and Floatel Triumph. Market is now dominated by maintenance and modification work, which normally have a shorter lead time between award and startup. Hence, the visibility is more difficult to predict than if it was pick-up work. The utilization for the fleet on the global supply and demand on the right-hand side of slide three, the ex- is expected to increase from roughly 70% in 2025 up to 90%. Of course, that is based on that the prime market, Brazil, is that the vessels that work there will bring, will come out with a renewal for contracts, and we expect some tendering activity from Petrobras in the near term for work in 2027 and beyond. If we turn to next page four, just to take you through the current commitments. Floatel Endurance, start with that. She came off the charter for Cenovus in Canada early January and went straight into the dock to do a thruster overhaul. The vessel is now just left the dry dock, and the thrusters are now reinstalled onto the vessel, and we expect a sail away to the Aker BP Skarv project around 7th of March to take up the services for Aker BP in the middle of March. Thereafter, we have a contract with Aker BP for the Yggdrasil project, Huginn, that commenced sometime in the fall of 2026 for the duration of 10 plus 10 months. We have also, just before Christmas, secured a new contract for Aker BP that is to support the Alvheim FPSO in the central North Sea. This contract is due to commence in March 2029. Floatel Superior came off contract with Equinor in end of October last year, and she's been doing some general maintenance and fixing the vessel before she is now on the route to Aker BP Skarv. She will actually work there for some 15 days before Floatel Endurance takes over that project. Floatel Superior is now, is expected to arrive the 1st of March and lay the gangway on the Skarv FPSO. Thereafter, we will steam down to Stavanger area to mobilize for Vår Energi driven project, which is due to commence around 15th of March or there around, depending on weather. She will work there up to August, and then she will transfer to Aker BP Yggdrasil Munin project. That is due to commence end of August, early September. Floatel Triumph came off the INPEX charter early January, went straight to Woodside. She's working there now, she will work there up to early May before she transfer to Shell Prelude. We have a small gap before we start the Chevron Wheatstone project early October this year. Floatel Victory came off the Peregrino charter mid-January. She went in quickly for a quick port call to adjust the gangway height before we went to Karoon, which commenced on the fifth of February, we will remain there to June, July time, depending on the last option. We have also recently secured another letter of intent from an undisclosed customer, starting directly after the Karoon charter for some 90 days. Between the undisclosed client and the next client, which is Brava, we will do a thruster overhaul also in Brazil. That's the present activity of the fleet. Looking at the backlog on page number five, the firm order book stands at $358 million as of end of December 2025, with option work of $162 million. Operational update, I just mentioned maybe on the, on the Gantt chart, the prime activity. Floatel Endurance, she recorded 100% utilization in the quarter. Floatel Superior, she recorded 39% utilization in the quarter as she came off the Osprey contract end of October. Floatel Triumph worked for INPEX, recorded 100% utilization in the quarter, and Floatel Victory worked for Equinor Peregrino or PRIO. The Peregrino fleet was sold by Equinor to PRIO during the quarter, so the contract was transferred to PRIO. She recorded 100% utilization as well. Looking at the HSE statistics on page number 10, we are providing here the Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate, we have had no injuries or since basically in May last year, which was eye injury of Floatel Victory. A lost time incident is classified as if you have an injury, you will not, and you don't return to the next shift, it's a lost time injury. Now we're down to zero, and we're pleased with that, and we do everything to keep it at that level. Safety is a prime focus for us, and it's a never-ending work, so we are putting a high focus on always improve our safety performance. That's a short and quick summary of the operation, and I will hand over to Tomas to give you a financial update. Thank you, Peter. We turn to page 12, the income statement. Loose utilization rates converted to an 85% utilization for the fleet in the quarter. We recorded $71 million of revenues in the quarter, and $246 million for the full year, converting that into $34 million of EBITDA in the quarter and $109 million for the full year. The $109 million was at the upper end of the communicated guidance we have done already since beginning of 2025, and that was in the range of $90 million-$110 million. The guidance we gave in connection with the tap issue in the beginning of 2025 was that 2026 is gonna be in the lower end of that range, and we stick to that guidance for 2026. Compared to the business update, we have done a $20 million reversal of previous impairments, and that is giving a net positive effect, the depreciations line in the quarter. That result in a net profit for the year of $40 million. The finance net was as expected, and the changes year to date, compared with last year, is due to the refinancing. Vessel book values at the end of the year stood at $551 million, after the $20 million impairment reverses, of course, increasing the book values. We have $50 million of net client receivables. That is, trade receivables and accrued revenues, excluding IFRS adjustments, basically, what the customer say was. We had a cash balance of $66 million, and the RCF was undrawn, and it stands at $25 million. It was interest-bearing debt referred to the senior secured bonds and stands at $335 million, net of OID and the financing costs. We were in compliance with all financial maintenance covenants, with ample headroom, both at the end of the year and as of to date. Cash flow statement, page 14. Net customer receivables decreased during the quarter with almost $10 million, and that is, of course, since Floatel Superior came off contract in October. There were $6 million of CapEx in the quarter, mainly refers to purchases done for the Q1 CapEx projects on the Floatel Endurance and on some on the Floatel Victory as well, and long lead items for that thruster overhaul coming in Q3. For the full year, the main item in the CapEx is the Superior SPS done in the beginning of 2025. We received almost $10 million from this reliance back in May, and we paid this $50 million semi-annual bond amortization in October and in April, every year, and the next one is, of course, then is in April this year. Full year proceeds of debt is, of course, the net proceeds from the tap issue, net of the OID in the beginning of the year. With that, we end our presentation and move to Q&A. Thank you. If you'd like to ask a question or make a contribution on today's call, please press star one on your telephone keypad. To withdraw your question, please press star two. You will be advised when to ask your question. We will pause for a moment to allow everyone an opportunity to signal for questions. We will take our first question from Magnus Herman, Corecto. Y our line is open. Please go ahead. Hey, guys, thanks for taking my question. I think with 2026, I thought it was sold out, but you managed to squeeze one contract in there. I think it's time to look to 2027 now. When can we expect more contracts for 2027 being announced? Is that typically something that will come during the first half of this year, or do we have to be a bit more patient? The sooner the better, of course, but we are working on some leads for 2027, as I mentioned earlier. When we will disclose it, is difficult to say. There are activities ongoing to secure work for primarily Floatel Triumph and, of course, for the Floatel Victory for the second half of 2027. It's difficult to say when. Yes. I hope before half, before June this year. That's my hope. Okay, thank you. Can you elaborate a bit what you think about doing with the Floatel Triumph? Do you want to keep her in Australia, or is it possible that you're gonna move her somewhere else? Depends on the market, so we haven't decided. Okay, thank you. As a reminder, if you'd like to ask a question, please press star one on your telephone keypad now. We'll pause for a moment to allow everyone an opportunity to signal for questions. There are no further questions on the line, so I'll now hand you back to your host for closing remarks. Thank you very much, and, thank you all for listening on this call, and I look forward to the next call. Goodbye, and have a good day. Thank you. Thank you for joining today's call. You may now disconnect.
