Ladies and gentlemen, it's my pleasure to welcome you to the Qatari Investors Group, QIG IR call. My name is Houssam El Kurdi, Chief Executive Officer, and with me, Mr. Fady Khoury, Chief Financial Officer. We are pleased to present to you the result of the QIG Group for half year end June 30th, 2023. In this call, we will highlight the financial performance of the group and the progress achieved during the reporting period. The group recorded a total revenue of QAR 218 million for the period, representing a 27% decrease compared to the last year's same period. The decline is mainly attributable to the current circumstances, which have had an impact across all sectors. We remain hoping that the conditions will be improved in the coming period. On the positive note, we do expect the exemption of the business and economic activities with this region in the upcoming period. The group net profit for the period H1 2026 amounted to QAR 56 million, a 21% decrease compared to the last year's same period. EBITDA reached QAR 103 million for the period, 21% lower than last year in the same period. Finally, we focus our effort to implement a strategy of diversification and investments to make more achievements that benefit the group and enable us to play an active role in supporting Qatar's economic vision.
