The increase in operating revenues ( RON 1,365 million as of June 30 , 2026 compared to RON 1,151 million as of June 30 , 2025 ) was mainly influenced by the positive evolution of transport revenues and cyclical revenues ( allocation of interconnection capacity + RON 112 million , emergency aid revenues + RON 16 million ) , in the context of a decrease of RON 7.4 million in revenues from OTC - balancing market transactions . Revenues from transmission and other revenues from the energy market increased by RON 203 million , respectively from RON 1,119 million in H1 2025 to RON 1,322 million in H1 2026 , mainly influenced by the increase from January 1 , 2026 and the tariff for the transmission service approved by ANRE , which led to an appreciation of revenues from the regulated tariff by RON 77 million . lei ( + 8 % ) compared to the same period of the previous year . The increase between January and June 2026 of revenues from the allocation of interconnection capacity ( +74 million lei ) which reached 263 million lei ( from 151 million lei in the same period of 2025 ) , was influenced by the model of price formation according to supply and demand . Default allocations , in which capacity and energy are provided simultaneously , are strongly influenced by variations in the price of electricity on European stock exchanges . The 9 % increase in operating expenses , including depreciation ( RON 1,022 million in H1 2026 compared to RON 934 million in H1 2025 ) was mainly influenced by the increase in expenses related to the operation of the system . In the category of operational expenses , the biggest impact was had by OTC expenses , which in the January - June 2026 period amounted to RON 356 million , higher by 24 % ( + RON 68 million ) compared to RON 288 million recorded in January - June 2025 . The zero - profit segment recorded a positive result , up from the one recorded in the first half of 2025 in the amount of RON 85 million ( RON 46 million in H1 2025 ) .
