Public - عام 2Q 2026 Earnings Release Page 1 of 6 Earnings Release 21st July 2026 Al Rajhi Bank’s net income increased by 14.2% YoY to 13.8 Billion in the first half of 2026 2Q 2026 Financial Results Highlights: ▪ 13.8 billion net income after Zakat, up 14.2% YoY ▪ Total assets grew by 1.8% YoY to 1.1 Trillion. ▪ Market leading return on equity at 23.3% ▪ Operating income increased by 13.9% YoY driven by higher yields and fee income ▪ Operating efficiency with market leading C/I of 22.7% ▪ Credit Quality remains healthy with NPL ratio of 0.74% and NPL coverage ratio of 153% ▪ Cost of risk stands at 0.39% ▪ Net financing grew by 2.7% to 762 billion ▪ Strong funding profile, with CASA at 64% ▪ Robust capitalization, with Tier 1 of 21.7% and a total CAR of 23.5% ▪ Healthy liquidity, with LCR at 169.1% and LDR at 82.8% Riyadh, 21 July 2026 – During the first half of 2026, Al Rajhi Bank reported net income of 13,764 million, growing by 14.2% year-on-year. This strong performance was driven by a 13.9% increase in operating income , supported by a 1 6.0% increase in net yield income, a 17.1% increase in fee income, and 21.4% higher FX income . Total assets increased during the first six months of 2026 to 1,055 billion; a 1.8% growth YoY, mainly underpinned by a 2.7% increase in the net financing. Within the financing portfolio, corporate financing grew by 13.2% year-on- year, driven by a 46.7% increase in the SME book, while the retail book declined by 2.6%. Balance sheet growth was reinforced by operating efficiency with a 22.7% cost to income ratio, and leading return metrics, with ROE and ROA at 23.3% and 2. 6%, respectively. Capitalization remained robust, with a Tier 1 ratio of 21.7%, while liquidity stayed healthy, with an LCR of 169.1% and an LDR of 82.8%. Commenting on Al Rajhi Bank’s first half 2026 results, Mr. Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al Rajhi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, stated “Alrajhi bank delivered an outstanding result during the first half of 2026, reflecting the continued success of our “harmonize the group” strategy, which aims to leverage our customer base through cross-sell, enter new segments, and develop wholesale business. Our universal offerings have strengthened our ability to provide best-in- class financial solutions, better meet our customers’ needs, and capture evolving market opportunities contributing to sustainable value for both customers and shareholders”.

Looking ahead, we will continue to focus on our strategic goals by diversifying income streams, improving operating efficiency, and accelerating our digital transformation. At the same time, we remained committed to providing a seamless customer experience across a wide range of innovative banking solutions that meet our customers’ expectations and strengthen our leadership position.” Al Rajhi concluded his statement: “Both our progress in executing the “harmonize the group” strategy and the healthy Saudi economy have enabled us to deliver excellent results in the first half of 2026, where net income increased by 14% YoY, ROE and ROA stood at 23.3% and 2.6%, respectively, while earnings per share reached 2.17 for the period”.

This growth was driven by a 16.0% YoY increase in net yield income, supported by improved margins and healthy growth in the financing book. Fee income also gained momentum, rising by 17.1% YoY; supported by continued progress in executing the “harmonize the group ” strategy and management initiatives to enhance fee income generation. This was reflected across multiple lines of business including cards, payments, bancassurance, and brokerage. Additionally, exchange income surged by 21.4% YoY. Operating expenses totalled 4,852 million during the period, up 14.7% YoY. Nevertheless, The Bank maintained its operating efficiency, with a market leading cost-to-income ratio that stood at 22.7% in the first half of 2026. The net impairment charge amounted to 1,512 million in the first half of 2026, up 34.4% compared with the same period last year, while the cost of risk reached 0.39%.

Net financing grew by 2.7% YoY to 762 billion, supported by growth in the non-retail book, where large corporate and SME increased by 5.9% and 46.7%, respectively. Retail financing declined by 2.6% YoY. I t worth to highlight that the Bank completed several securitizations during the second quarter , including 4.9 bn of mortgages loans , along with 1.6 bn of consumer loans, in addition to 1.3 bn of consumer loans completed earlier in Q1 2026. The non-performing loans (NPL) ratio remained healthy at 0.74%, indicating stable credit quality across Alrajhi bank ’s portfolio, with an NPL coverage ratio of 153.2%. The funding profile remained diversified, with CASA representing 64.2% of total deposits as of 30 June 2026. Al Rajhi Bank maintained adequate capitalization during the period, with Tier 1 and total capital adequacy ratios of 21.7% and 23.5%, respectively. Liquidity remained healthy, with an LCR of 169.1% and an LDR of 82.8%.
