SNB reported Net income attributable to equity holders of 13.0 billion for 1H 2026 , a 7 % increase compared to 1H 2025. The strong performance was driven by higher Operating income , continued cost discipline , and strong credit quality . SNB delivered quarterly Net income attributable to equity holders of 6.6 billion in 2Q 2026 , a record level for the Bank . Operating income increased 6 % YoY to SAR 20.2 billion , supported by a 7 % YoY growth in NSCI and a 1 % increase in Fee & other income . The NSCI margin reached 2.94 % YTD in 1H 2026 and 3.02 % for 2Q 2026 , improving by 2bps YoY and 17bps QoQ , respectively , driven by the positive impact of repricing and a careful management of funding costs . Fee and other income increased by 1 % YoY to reach SAR 4.8 billion in 1H 2026 , primarily driven by growth in FX , Investment - related income and International , partially offset by softer Trade Finance and Capital Markets activity . The Group and Domestic Cost-to-income ratios improved YoY by 97bps to 25.6% and by 57bps to 23.1%, respectively. Credit quality continues to be strong, with a net recovery of SAR 320 million for 1H 2026 expected credit loss impairments. SNB's balance sheet grew 3% YTD, with Total assets reaching a record SAR 1.24 trillion with ongoing focus on value driven growth in Financing and Investments. Net financing and advances for the Group grew 1.4% YTD to reach SAR 740 billion, driven primarily by a 2.4% increase in Retail financing and a 0.5% increase in Wholesale financing. Within Wholesale, Corporate & MSME increased by SAR 11.5 billion, offset by a SAR 9.7 billion drop in the Financial Institutions (FI) portfolio. SNB continues to focus on local expansion in lucrative segments . Excluding the impact of the FI offset, 1H 2026 Wholesale financing would have grown 3%. Customers’ deposits expanded by SAR 62.1 billion, or 10% YTD to reach SAR 698 billion, fuelled by growth in both Time deposits and CASA balances. The CASA ratio came in at 68%, where the 32% increase in Time & Other Customers’ Deposits expansion outpaced the 2% growth in CASA Balances. SNB continued to maintain healthy capitalization and a strong and stable liquidity position. The Capital adequacy ratio expanded to 22%. The Liquidity coverage ratio reached 244%, the Net stable funding ratio reached 119% and the SAMA LDR reached 77.9%; all within regulatory thresholds.
