Thank you very much, Alexandra. Thank you everyone for taking the time to come and listen to Aspire Global Q1 presentation. Here with me, Motti Gil, the CFO of the group. I am Tsachi, the CEO of the group. Before I will jump into the presentation, I would like to take the opportunity and thank again to the employees of Aspire Global around the world. We have more than 450 employees, most of them are working from home for over a year right now. I want to take the opportunity and appreciate their daily work. Thank you very much. As for the quarter, when we look at Aspire Global, Aspire Global started off as a B2C more than 10 years ago. S lowly we built up a scaled operation and technology that can offer its product to other operators around the world. We did two successful acquisitions in the last 18 months. I believe that we will be able to prove in this presentation the ability of Aspire Global with all the products that we have and the control of the value chain that we gained to be able to serve any operator, Tier 1, Tier 2, around the world, especially in regulated markets, and at the end, to be one of the biggest iGaming suppliers in the world. I'm moving to the next slide, where it shows the offers that Aspire Global have, the products on the left side. We have gaming platform, managed services, sport platform, game studio, and game aggregation. We are offering it to more than 150 partners. They are selling our product in four different continents. It means that we are trying to target mainly regulated markets. When I'm saying four continents, this slide represents the spread of Aspire Global products around the world, more than 20 different regulated markets, or to say the exact number, 26 regulated markets. We are focusing our growth in the future, mainly in those markets because we see the sustainable revenue, although there are some hiccups with some regulated markets, it's okay, but for the long term, this is where we see the big value of Aspire Global. I will jump in on the next slide to the financial highlights. We can see that in the main KPIs of Aspire Global, big growth. It's not a small double-digit growth year-over-year, a big growth of Aspire Global, you will see further on in the presentation that it is in all of our segments. The revenues ended with EUR 48.1 million, representing 43% growth year-over-year. The EBITDA, EUR 8.6 million, 64% year-over-year, and also the B2B with 46% growth, and the EBIT, very big increase with EUR 6.5 million EBIT, which represent more than 60% growth year-over-year. I'm moving on to the next slide in order to show the quarterly trend of Aspire Global, where we see the last six, seven quarters in revenue and EBITDA, so you see the quarterly trend as well. I'm proud to say that the good development that we saw in the quarter. You can see it in the report as well, was mainly in the U.K. and Ireland market. It's the biggest regulated market in Europe. This is something that we are very proud to grow in the U.K. market. I am moving on to the next slide, where we want to present the key business wins in the quarter. We divided it to the broadening of the presence of Aspire Global products, where we see in the first row, we were able to sign in the U.S. market with GAN and Rush Street. This is just two of the deals that we had. As you all know, the U.S. market is slowly becoming the biggest market in the world and is expected to be more than $25 billion market in few years from now. The second row is the cross-segment group value. The acquisitions that we did with Pariplay and BtoBet, enabling us to serve our operators with more than one owned product. We are able now to cross-sell different products to operators that we already have in the portfolio, and this is something that we have an access now to the full portfolio of clients to each and every product that we offer. Just an example of that is the Small Screen Casinos. It's an operator in the U.K. where we are going to offer also the Pariplay games, our gaming platform, and the BtoBet Sport in the U.K. regulated market. In the third row, what you can see is some key partners that we won in the quarter. I will just mention two. The first one is Betfred in the U.K., one of the biggest operators in the U.K. market. The second, a very interesting one, Grupo Televisa, that is the bigge st media house in Mexico. It's a company that valued with more than $7 billion. They already were active on a different platform and sports solution previously. They were migrated to the Aspire Global products a little bit more than three, four weeks ago. What we believe is that we will be able to offer them not only the sport that they had before, but also with casino games and the knowledge that we have in the market. We have great expectation from this partnership. I am moving on to the next slide with the U.S. in focus. As we said in the previous quarter, we have few markets, to say, blunt, two big markets that we are aiming to enter in the coming few months. The first is the U.S. market, where we already started closing deals, and we are aiming to enter to this market more and more products of Aspire Global. In this quarter, we signed with GAN and Rush Street, and we gained the license, the supplier license in West Virginia. In the future, we will also enter to the Brazilian market. If I'm going back to the U.S., we have some more interesting plans in the future. As we mentioned, we are aiming to appoint very soon also managing director to consolidate the operation and to give it even a stronger boost. I am moving on to the next slide, where we can see the pie of Aspire Global products. We can see that the majority part of Aspire Global is the B2B business, with more than double the revenue and profit from the B2C. You will see further on, or already in the report, that also the B2C is growing nicely. We initiated a review about the B2C in order to see how we are structuring it in the group in order to make sure that from one side, we are focusing more on the B2B and to take advantage of the great products that we have to make it even stronger and bigger, and from the other side, to make sure that Karamba have its right attention to be even bigger than it is today. This is the pie, and now I will get into some slides that will explain first on the B2B and the different segments, and then about the B2C. We'll have the status for the different segments. First, the B2B as a whole, everything that we have, gaming platform, sport, games. What we can see here, the quarter ended with a record high revenue, EUR 35.7 million, and also record high with EBITDA, almost EUR 7 million in EBITDA, representing a big increase over last year. Now I will break down the different segments within the B2B. First will be the biggest segment, the gaming platform. We call it Aspire Core. In the Aspire Core, we see that the quarter ended with EUR 26.8 million, representing 26% growth over last year, same quarter. The EBITDA was EUR 4.4 million, which represent more than 45% increase over last year. We need to remember that Q1 historically for Aspire Global was the weakest quarter in the year, we are very happy with the results of the gaming platform. Still in the gaming platform, some product features that we were able to develop, some things that we worked on in the quarter. I will start from the left. We succeeded to integrate the BtoBet sports solution to the Aspire Core to the gaming platform, and we are now aiming to start rolling out the sports solution and to shift it from our current sports solution that we have. The Aspire Engage. This is the best-in-class CRM tool that we developed in-house in connection and conjunction with a third party. We already finished the integration and the development, and we started to rolling it out. This in connection with other products that we did, we already see the higher player value from the players that our partners host. Localization. We continued to integrate more payment methods for local regulated market. iOS, it's an important channel to our partners, so we were able to develop a new product for the iOS. We launched the first one, and we are about to roll it out to more partners, so they will have more channels to do acquisition and to bring players into their brands. Last but not least, we continue to improve our automation funnels in the ecosystem of the gaming platform. We already see that when the majority of the things that before were manually handled and now automatically and much faster, we see the contribution to the value and the engagement of the players, and of course, we see the satisfaction of our partners from the increased player value. I'm now moving to the sports segment, BtoBet. I am happy to share also, it's the second quarter that BtoBet is counted into the Aspire consolidated numbers. We can see also a very good increase and growth in the revenue. More than 50% increase year-over-year to EUR 2.4 million, EUR 700,000 in EBITDA that represent also almost a 30% increase from last year. I am moving on to the next slide just to show the trend of our sports solution with the turnover trend quarter-over-quarter in the last almost 10 quarters. What we can see is pure growth quarter-over-quarter with the bets and turnover of our operators that are using the sports solution. This graph is without the Aspire Global operators that still didn't use the BtoBet sports solution and are about to start using in the next few weeks. I will just mention some of the key elements in BtoBet in the last quarter. First of all, great news for BtoBet, for our sports solution. It was certified in the U.K. and already signed the first deal to supply sports solution in the U.K. market. We also engaged with Grupo Televisa, which I mentioned before. We are very proud to replace the previous sports solution that they had and to offer them our sports solution. We are also happy to announce that few weeks ago, we went live with Betfair in Colombia. I am moving now to our aggregation and games segment under Pariplay. This slide comes to present the growth trend of Pariplay. We can see tremendous development of Pariplay. The revenue growth is more than 100% year-over-year. The EBITDA more than 130% growth year-over-year. It's a huge growth for this company that truly become the number one aggregator in the world. We see more operators in the pipe to take our products and to use the unique tools that Pariplay have in order to increase the engagement of its products. I am moving to the next slide where we can see a little bit of the features and the achievements of Pariplay in the quarter. First, to go live with Rush Street in the U.S. We also received our license in West Virginia. If I am moving on to the last achievement, we signed, we didn't go live yet, with the Nordic giant Paf.com. We are expecting also great expectations from this deal as well. I am moving now from the B2B segments to the B2C, Karamba. Karamba continued the growth trend that we saw in the previous quarters, ending with record high all-time revenues in the quarter with EUR 15.7 million in revenues and EUR 1.6 million in EBITDA. We can see that the growth is more than 40% year-over-year. When we see the margin of the 10%, the EBITDA margin, which is a slight decrease from what we were used before, we are feeling confident with it because we launched the Griffon brand right at the end of December. We invested a lot during Q1, and we believe that we will see the fruits of those investments in the coming period as well. I am moving now to a few slides of the financial position. Motti, I am handing it to you. Thank you, Tsachi. Now we will see how the achievements that Tsachi mentioned during his presentation when translated into the cash flow and the balance sheet of the company. On the right chart, we can see the cash flow. We can see that we continued to generate cash from our operating activity. It was EUR 5.3 million for the quarter. In the investing activities, we continued to invest in our infrastructure, in our technology. In the financing activities, we can see an increase of approximately EUR 10 million. This is the interim loan that we took from the shareholders in order to repay the bond. Taking into consideration that within one year we will repay it when we will receive money back from NeoGames, which is approximately EUR 18 million due in March 2022. We ended the quarter with EUR 41.8 million, of which EUR 6.3 million are players' balances and EUR 27.5 million we reserved for the April repayment of the bond. Looking at the left chart of the balance sheet, within the current liabilities, we have the bond that was repaid on the maturity date. I think that we are one of the only companies that managed to repay its bond on its maturity date and not refinance it. I think it demonstrates the strong cash generation that the company has. During this period, we did also the acquisitions, that was the intention of the bond. At the end of the quarter, we had very low net debt, EUR 2.3 million, taking into consideration also the interim loan. Looking at our operational expenses, we can see that we have very good cost control on the administrative expenses. We can see that we grew on the absolute number. However, in terms of the% out of revenues, we decreased. This is due to the scalability and the efficiency in our operations. Distribution expenses as a% went down out of total revenues. This is attributed to the synergies that we have with the acquisition of Pariplay, and yet to come, the synergies between Aspire and BtoBet and also BtoBet and Pariplay, that just also integrated between themselves. Those synergies were a little bit offset by the significant investment that we had in Griffon on the acquisition expenses. Looking at the gaming duties and VAT, we can see that we grew in terms of%, but this is in line with our expansion in regulated markets. A little bit about our sustainability and what we did during the last quarter. We worked on our sustainability report. This was the first year that we submitted a standalone report. During this quarter, we also completed carbon footprint assessment and received a certification for it. We strengthened the collaboration with universities, Bournemouth University in the U.K., on research related to gambling behavior. We conducted training to our employees with GamCare, in order for the employees to be more educated on interactions that they are doing with players that we consider at risk. That's it, and back to you, Tsachi. Thank you, Motti. If we are about to conclude the presentation, we can see that when we are taking the rolling 12 months for revenues and EBITDA for the different quarters that we had, we can see the constant growth also in revenue and EBITDA. This is in line with our strategy to grow all the time hand in hand, revenue and EBITDA. We are proud to have right now around EUR 176 million in revenue in the last 12 months and more than EUR 30 million in EBITDA. When I'm looking for the future of Aspire Global, I tried to group it to the group level and the different segments. On the group level, from the left upper side, we can see that in the group, we are trying to expand to new markets with the focus of U.S., Brazil, and the upcoming regulated Germany and the Netherlands. We want to expand to those new markets. It's big markets that we want to be a strong player over there. Also, with existing markets that we already operate, we want to target Tier 1, Tier 2 operators in order to take at least one or two of our products and services, and by that, to gain more of the share of wallet that they have. On the sport segment, we are shifting our partner brands to the B2B solution. It's about to start in the coming weeks. The first one will be. We hope to have at least three, four before the Euro, then the remaining will be after the Euro Championship. We are aiming to conclude all the operators that we have on our platform to move them and shift them to our own sport solution until the end of the year to complete it. On the game segment, we are capitalizing on the really competitive game offering that we have. It's not only the game offering that we have. We want to target those Tier 1 and to make sure they familiar with the stickiness tools that we built, those layers on top of the games, the CRM tools that trigger the bigger revenue increase for our operators. We want to continue and focus on gaining more and more Tier 1 operators for the game segment. Also to our gaming platform, the Aspire Core, we will continue to invest in our technology. To have a technology that supports so many regulated markets in different continents, it means that we need to make sure that we are all the time keeping it and making sure that the competition is by far behind us. This is something that we will not compromise also for the future. This is where we want to focus and make our technology even better. Really exciting future ahead of Aspire Global. By that, we came to an end of the presentation. I am handing back to Alexandra, the operator, for potential questions. Thank you. If you wish to ask a question, please press zero one on your telephone keypad. If you wish to withdraw your question, you may do so by pressing zero two to cancel. That is zero one if you would like to ask a question. Our first question is from Russell Pointon from Edison. Please go ahead. Morning all. I have a few questions, please. The first question is, with respect to the U.S., there's a lot happening, at Aspire Global and in the wider market. Would you talk about why you think your strategy will be successful? Second question is, following the integration of BtoBet, what do you think will be the benefit to your customers? Aligned with that, you've just gained the certification in the U.K., in the quarter. Would you talk about how quickly you think you can gain certification in every regulated market, as per your ambition? And my final question is, you redeemed the debt maturity in April as expected. Does that mean there's less appetite for M&A in the near term, and that you're happy with the current structure of the group? Thanks. Thank you. I will start with the first question about the U.S. It's a very interesting question, and a lot are asking. It seems like the U.S. is already there with wave one, what is left for others? There are a lot left for others. Not only the new states that are about to come, but also, I must say that there is some disappointment from the existing products that already live in the U.S. because the operators over there wanted to go live very fast and not necessarily with the right matching product. This is one thing and reason for us to believe that we are able to succeed in the U.S. market. Second, where we see the trend of the U.S. market and the big operators over there, we can see that the big operators in the U.S. market acquiring technology. If you are approaching and targeting only the Tier 1 operators, you are taking the risk that those operators at the end will buy their own technology and will leave your product. What we want is not to target only the Tier 1, but in the U.S., as is different from other markets, is to target also the Tier 2, Tier 3, Tier 4, and to come with a set of products. Most of the suppliers come with one product or two. We have four, five different product and services that we are able to sell in the U.S. We believe this is two strong reasons why we can succeed. The second regarding BtoBet and the certification in the U.K. It's a great milestone for BtoBet, and we believe that by them connecting to our Aspire Core, we are able now to expose more operators in regulated markets where Aspire was live before, to expose them to this new sport solution that we have, to shift it from the existing one that we have. We see a lot of synergies going forward and potential growth in revenue just from the switch of this integration. Of course, the U.K. certification is just the first trigger that will enable more regulated markets to come live with our sports solution. As for the bond, Motti, if you can answer and take this one. Yes. Regarding the bond, I think that we previously said that we're going to focus mainly on the synergies within the group at the moment. However, it doesn't mean that we're not looking for new opportunities. I think that, once we will identify one, we'll be able to act quickly. I think that the fact that we repay the bond upon the maturity date gives us credibility, and we will be able to raise money for such a transaction in a very short time. It doesn't mean that we ended the acquisitions. Great. Sorry, can I come back on the sports license? Sorry, the registration. You have the aspiration to gain registration in all regulated markets as per your release. Could you talk about how quickly you think you can achieve that, please? The nice thing in sport and games, which is not on iGaming platform, PAM, in order to certify the sport, we don't need a license in order for the sport to be able to be offered in regulated market. We need to certify it in a lab. Certification can take between few weeks to two, three months, and it's not a major thing. We want to see the appetite for operators to take this sports solution. This is the timeframe, and we believe that in few months from now, the sports solution will be certified in more markets in the European market and also in the U.S. That's great. Thank you. Thank you. Just as a reminder, if you do wish to ask a question, please press zero one on your telephone keypad now. There are currently no further audio questions, so I will hand the word back. We do have a few questions from the webcast. The first one is quite long. Congratulations on excellent Q1. Well done. Could you provide some light about your investment in associated companies? What's the purpose of those investments? So far, they have produced losses every year totaling over EUR 8 million. When do you expect them to be profitable? When do you expect review of the B2C segment to be completed? What's the current status of your business in the U.S. market, and how many operators are live in how many states? Are they all Pariplay customers? I think that I will start and take the question related to the associated companies. We have associated the companies that we invested in. Currently, we have four. When we are looking at those investments, first of all, we are looking for interesting story for us, if it is a market story, if it is the founders behind this investment. Then we do a minority investment, and our return or main term is that they will operate on our platform, meaning that they are paying us on a monthly basis fees. They are contributing to the EBITDA of the company through the platform fees and the managed services that they are paying for. If we are looking at the overall, then we are profitable on those investments. Currently, those companies are investing in marketing, and therefore they are break even or in a little bit of a loss, but we're working closely with them in order to improve it. Again, taking into consideration that we are gaining platform fees, so we are not losing on those investments in the total. Thank you, Motti. I will take the last few topics about the U.S. market and how many operators are live. In the U.S. market, we currently live with Pariplay and Rush Street. We will be live also on a GAN soon. Right now, yes, they are clients of our games and aggregation product, and we are going to certify and enter the other products also in the coming future. We will have the whole suite of product ready to rock in the U.S. market. Let's see, Yeah, it's Pariplay customers. I think I answered the questions. Next question. Hello, Tsachi. Stefan here. I'm just curious regarding the newly signed partnership with Grupo Televisa. Could you give us some flavor about what the deal mean to the company? We have experience with media houses. If you remember, we also already have the biggest media house in Portugal live with us. We are familiar with the potential that the media house that control TV channels, newspapers, magazines, and online media, when they decide to utilize and shift some of the users that they have in order to gain more income stream in a gaming brand. We believe that this can create a very interesting potential for them. They tried it in the past. They were live for four, five years on a different platform and sports solution, but they didn't have casino, and they didn't have the operational know-how how to do it. Our added value is not only to replace the previous sports solution, but also bringing in the strong casino knowledge and the region knowledge. I cannot guide what we are expecting with numbers from Grupo Televisa, but we know from experience that this can be a very strong deal for the future. Next question. What is the status of the German market? Have there been negative effects caused by preparations to regulations? What are your expectations for the rest of the year? The German market is still in its transitional period. We adapted the relevant requirements already back in October and December. This was when I also presented the Q4 numbers. This was also a reason for less new depositing players from Germany because of the uncertainty, what will be the return of the investment and such. Yes, we can see that we have less revenue from this market. Again, when I am looking on Germany, the same as we did in other regulated markets, we are not looking just of the income until the end of the year. We are looking three, four, five years ahead. When we know that we are going to enter Germany with all the products that we have, and right now we don't have even one EUR income in sport, and we are going to enter also with sport. Long term, the German market will be one of the biggest markets in Aspire Global. Yes, there are challenges, but we are all the time working with our eyes open, five years ahead. How is it going with the integration of BtoBet into Aspire Core partners brands? When will we see the first brands go live with the new sportsbook? The integration ended last week or two weeks ago. We will announce also to the market when the first brand will go live. It should be before the Euro. This is something that we plan to have few before the Euro Championship and the remaining right after in order to gain momentum before the next football season that starts in end of August. Do you have plans for live casino? We already have live casino as part of our offering, we don't own it. As I said in the previous quarters, we didn't finish our acquisition track and journey, with owning more into the value chain. Live casino is also one of the candidates that we have on our table for the future. Do you have any plans on moving Aspire Global to main list in Stockholm Stock Exchange? Not for now. Any projection on company share in the result of associated companies? They seem to be chronically making a loss without any explanation. On this question, I think that I previously answered that we are working with them and you need to take into consideration the fees that we're gaining from those associated companies operating on Aspire Global's platform. What's your revenue and EBITDA forecast for 2021? We provided a long-term target two years ago that we will end 2021 with around of EUR 200 million in revenues and approximately EUR 32 million in EBITDA. We didn't change those plans, so I cannot enter into specifics, but we are keeping our forecast and the projected targets as it is. Last quarter, you said Pariplay had some 30 contracts that hadn't yet gone live. How many deals have Pariplay today that's awaiting to go live? More than 20. We succeeded going live with a lot in the last few weeks, but we still have more than 20. Pariplay is doing a great job. A lot of deals being signed, and there is a nice pipe and we are prioritizing of course, where is the biggest ROI in order to go live first. We have more than 20 already that's still pending to go live. When is Luckster expected to go live? Is BtoBet live in Russia now? BtoBet still not live in Russia. Luckster is expected to go live soon. So here is the last. Soon is in the coming months or two. Okay. This is the last question from the web. How has the start of Q2 been? How is the general situation in Germany? I answered about Germany in the previous question. How Q2 started. We used to share how the quarter started in the last few quarters, mainly because of the situation of the COVID. Now where the situation is almost back to normal, we don't see a reason as a B2B supplier to provide the indication of how the quarter started. When people see what we mentioned for January and how we ended the quarter, so it can be seen that within the quarter, the revenue went up month after month. If we still kept our financial targets for 2021 as it is, so we are confident to meet them. Okay, thanks. There are no further questions from the webcast, and there are no further questions from the telephone either. I'll just hand back to you for some closing remarks. Thank you very much for you and for the operator, Alexandra. Thank you, Motti. Thank you for the Aspire Global employees. Much appreciation for their work, and see you again in Q2. Thank you very much. Bye. Thank you.
