CEO’s Comments Highlights of the Second Quarter The second quarter of 2026 was the quarter in which we put our new organization in place and began operating as two business areas: Design Enablement and Data Solutions. It marks real progress in our ambition to build a financially stronger and more efficient company, increasing growth and profitability in our core business Design Enablement) while building for the future with the new products in Data Solutions. Net sales in Q2 amounted to MSEK 42.6 41.0, 4%, and an 8% increase when adjusted for currency effects. Recurring revenue grew 10% 14% currency adjusted) and now accounts for 87% of total net sales, reflecting improved business stability and the continued execution of our strategy to shift toward platform revenue. Our Annual Recurring Revenue ARR in constant currencies reached MSEK 152.0 at the end of the period. ARR growth in the quarter was primarily fueled by improved retention rates on bimobject.com. EBITDA, including the restructuring charge described below, was MSEK 21.7 20.6. As communicated in connection with the reorganization, the company recognized a non-recurring restructuring charge of approximately MSEK 11.7 2.9 in the quarter. Strategic Direction The defining event of the quarter was the reorganization we announced on 28 April. The business areas Design Enablement and Data Solutions, each has its own leadership, go-to-market approach, and commercial accountability. The change eliminated 24 positions, around 16% of the Group, and reduced our operating cost base by approximately 25 MSEK on an annual basis, with the full impact expected to be reflected from Q3 2026 onwards. The reorganization does not change our strategic direction. What changes is how we execute: a flatter organization, clear ownership, and a more focused team that takes full advantage of our investments in AI. The result is that we can move faster with fewer resources. Nordenskiöldsgatan 24 211 19 Malmö, Sweden 46 10 148 01 65 info@bim.com 3

We are building the Data Service Platform for the entire construction industry, the single place where manufacturer product data is compiled, structured, and delivered to everyone who needs it. The two business areas serve that ambition at different stages of maturity. Design Enablement represents our mature, profitable business area. During the second quarter, more than 780,000 professionals within the AEC community utilized the platform to download product data, providing high visibility for the thousands of paying manufacturer brands. We prioritize profitable growth, using EBITDA as the primary metric and requiring clear business cases for all investments. Data Solutions encompasses our newer products, building intelligent product data that adapts to what each consumer needs. We have combined Prodikt, Connect and EandoX into one platform and one commercial motion. Here we invest towards clear milestones, prioritizing sales velocity over profitability. The two areas reinforce each other. Design Enablement brings demand and distribution. Data Solutions makes the content behind every listing better, with Environmental Product Declarations EPDs, technical properties, and compliance data. Richer data makes bimobject.com more valuable to its users, and that distribution puts intelligent product data in front of more manufacturers. With the reorganization now behind us, our operating cost base comes down from the third quarter, and we enter the second half as a leaner and more efficient, faster moving company. We maintain a steadfast focus on building for the long term, prioritizing strategic milestones over immediate revenue optimization. Our task is unchanged: to deliver the right data in the right format to the right stakeholder at the right time. Recurring Revenue Annual Recurring Revenue ARR is a key metric for understanding the revenue development within our core Platform business, since net sales can be affected by the timing of revenue recognition, corrections and even variation of days between quarters. We report this metric in constant currencies, using the exchange rate on the last working day of the quarter. In Q2 2026, ARR in constant currencies grew by 11% year-over-year and 2% quarter-over-quarter. Average contract value per customer developed positively during the quarter, while new customer acquisition was impacted by lower activity related to the significant reorganization. Net Sales Net sales in the quarter amounted to MSEK 42.6 41.0, 4% compared with the same period of the previous year. Underlying, Platform revenue is growing while Services revenues and currency continues to weaken. Adjusted for currency effects, net sales increased, 8% year-over-year. Net sales from recurring revenue was 10% year-over-year and amounted to MSEK 37.0 33.7, and represented 87% 82% of total net sales. Adjusted for currency effect, recurring revenue increased 14% year-over-year. Other Platform revenue amounted to MSEK 1.1 0.6 and primarily relate to one-off campaigns on bimobject.com, as well as one-time partner compensation. Services net sales were also impacted by the reorganization and amounted to MSEK 4.5 6.7. Operating Result Operating result before interest and tax, EBIT, amounted to MSEK 25.7 23.1 during the quarter, including restructuring costs of MSEK 11.7 2.9. Restructuring costs are mainly related to the workforce reductions communicated in the press release on April 28. To a lesser extent, they are also associated with other additional initiatives, such as an early exit of non-core office space. EBIT excluding restructuring costs was MSEK 14.0 20.2. The underlying year-over-year improvement is due to growth in Platform revenue together with lower costs, mainly from fewer FTEs already before the reorganization. Depreciation and amortization of intangible assets increased, due to the acquisitions in August and successively increased capitalized work for own account. Nordenskiöldsgatan 24 211 19 Malmö, Sweden 46 10 148 01 65 info@bim.com 8
Page 9
Other external costs amounted to MSEK 18.1 20.1, including restructuring costs of MSEK 1.5 0.1. Underlying we largely see lower costs for external consultants and bad debt losses. The personnel costs increased to MSEK 48.9 44.6 year-over-year, including restructuring costs of MSEK 10.2 2.8. The underlying decrease is due to fewer FTEs, a trend that will continue with full effect in Q3, following the recent reorganization during the quarter. Financial Net Net financial items amounted to MSEK 1.7 0.5 in the quarter, including currency conversion on non-operational balance sheet items as well as return on liquid assets. The contribution from liquid assets, as defined in definitions, was MSEK 1.5 1.1 in the quarter. The unrealized and unbooked excess value in current investments was at MSEK 1.2 at the end of the quarter, which is MSEK 0.2 compared to the previous quarter. The return on liquid assets is a mix of interest on bank balances and return on current investments, where the return on current investments consists of both interest coupons and value development in corporate bonds and interest/bond funds. Cash Flow, Cash & Cash Equivalents Cash flow from operating activities in the quarter amounted to MSEK 12.1 14.2. The operating cash flow in the quarter is less negative than reported earnings, mainly because a large portion of the restructuring costs has not yet been paid out. Cash flow from financing activities amounted to MSEK 8.6 11.6, related to subscription warrants, and the exercise of LTIP 2023 warrants in particular. Available liquid assets were MSEK 147.7 190.7 at the end of the period, whereof cash and cash equivalents MSEK 54.7 54.6 and short-term investments MSEK 93.0 136.2. Equity & Liabilities Total equity was MSEK 133.8 161.7 at the end of the period. The company received a capital contribution through the exercise of subscription warrants of MSEK 7.7 in the second quarter and in addition, the company received MSEK 0.8 from sale of new subscription warrants.
