Hi, my name's Martin Boulton. I'm the new CEO of Circle Energy. I thought it would be Hi, my name's Martin Boulton. I'm the new CEO of Circle Energy. I thought it would be Hi, my name's Martin Boulton. I'm the new CEO of Circle Energy. I thought it would be useful for everybody if I was to give you some background information and update you on where we are today. First of all, how I got involved in this: I originally was asked by a colleague of mine in Sweden to help with a reverse into a public company, which was Circle Energy. This was in November last year. At that time, a reverse with a solar glass company was very likely. During the course of the negotiations, however, the company, Circle, filed for voluntary bankruptcy because it had run out of money and owed considerable debts. That reverse fell through. In the process, I had met and been in contact with a number of shareholders of the company, and those shareholders then asked me to assist them with trying to rescue the company. As a result of the negotiations and discussions we had at the time, which I managed, we were able to clear the immediate debt to the company and make investment for the future. At that stage, the company is being run by the current board and the CEO. During the course of that process, I tried to get a considerable amount of information from the CEO to understand better how to maximize the opportunities for the company. This was not terribly forthcoming or successful, and eventually, that CEO resigned towards the end of last year. The investors and shareholders that had supported the company asked me if I would step in and help as CEO, which I did. They have now been supporting the company financially since the first investment in December last year and are continuing to invest that and ensure the company is secure. Jakob Barthon, who's one of those investors, has joined the board of the company. As I as CEO have also joined the board of the company so that we can hopefully drive this forward in a more positive manner. Now, perhaps a little bit about me so you understand where I'm coming from. I'm originally a lawyer, a copyright and antipiracy lawyer for the Hollywood Studios, and subsequently to that, I was asked, because of my technical and media knowledge, to run various companies in the U.K.: an internet company, a media company, a mobile phone company. I then morphed into corporate finance and did multiple public company flotations on the AIM and PLUS Markets in the U.K., and I fulfilled roles of Director, CEO, and Chairman of both public companies and private companies during that period. After the crash, I became involved in asset recovery on an international basis, and more recently, over the last two years, I've been working as a consultant advising companies that are, how shall I say, have a problem. People contact me through word of mouth when they have a problem with a particular issue. I've dealt with defense companies. I've rescued a small bank and been able to revive that. I've acted for family on a beauty company. I've done numerous different things, and all of these in terms of supporting the company and making sure that it can find a way through whatever difficulty it's found itself in. Now we have the Circle situation, and we have now started to look at how we revive the company. Its main asset, as you all probably are aware, is the biodiesel business in Greece. That at the moment consists of one large generator, which is to be connected to the grid to supply biodiesel and electricity to the grid. We have three further generators, which are in a separate building, and then we have the opportunity of two further licenses for two further sites. Our primary focus at the moment is to ensure that we can find a way to return shareholder value and return this company in a situation where it is revenue positive, is to focus on the immediate recommissioning of the large generator in Greece at the site of Amfilochia. This generator we discovered, we sent down almost immediately after I took over. We sent down a team of engineers to do a total review of the machine and its site. We found, one, we did have a machine, which was a very positive thing. I wasn't sure it was going to be there at first, but anyway, we did have a machine, but it was in some disarray. We have discovered through the course of our review of that machine that parts were missing, parts were damaged, electrical parts were severely damaged, and the computer PLC system was also in disrepair. The engineers have put together a plan and have now started working through that. We have been supplying them with the appropriate materials and support to enable them to put that machine back into operation. Although that is an ongoing process, we do believe we will get it finished fairly shortly. I cannot put a time on that, as you would not expect me to, but we are hopeful that that will be done fairly soon. It is an ongoing process. It is almost, as we discover more things about it, we discover there are other things that are a problem. We have got the original manufacturer of the machine coming down to give us a final check once we've got everything up and running so that we can be safe to know that everything is operational and as it should be. Once that takes place, we will be reporting back to you because, in simple terms, once that happens and we start generating electricity for the grid, the company will, for the first time, become cash flow positive and be generating revenue, which will mean that we can then look at what we move to do moving forward. The next stage immediately after that generator will be to recommission the three original generators, which sit nearby. Once we have done that, we also then have the opportunity to establish at least two further sites, which potential licenses have been granted for. Once that has happened, we will be able to expand the business both in Greece and in other areas. That is where we stand at the moment. I'm sure lots of you have questions, and I'll leave that open to you to ask whatever questions you would like, and I'll try if I can to answer as much as I can. I'm just trying to work out how to manage this. Where have the questions gone? There we go. No questions yet. Okay. I mean, if there aren't any questions, I'm quite happy to leave it at that, but I wanted to make sure that you all had an update on where we are and get to know who I am. I will report to you as regularly as I can with as much information as possible. I've had a number of questions from people, and I've had to be quite careful with that, as you would imagine, because whatever comes into the public domain has to be something we can publicly acknowledge to the world because we can't operate in a vacuum not telling everybody what is happening. I hope that helps you. If there's anything else you would like to know, please get in touch with me. I see we've still got no questions. If there aren't any, I will probably just wrap it up, if that's okay. No, nothing. Okay. Thank you very much.
