INTERIM REPORT Q3 JANUARY - SEPTEMBER 2021 Value - adding acquisitions , organic growth and strong earnings Third quarter of 2021 Net sales in the third quarter amounted to SEK 2,428 ( 2,297 ) million . Organic growth was 5 per cent and growth from acquisitions per cent , while exchange rate effects accounted for o per cent . Adjusted EBITA increased by 8 per cent to SEK 150 ( 140 ) million and the operating margin was 6.2 ( 6.1 ) per cent . EBIT was SEK 105 ( 89 ) million . Profit after tax was SEK 69 ( 58 ) million . Earnings per share were SEK 0.7 ( 0.6 ) . Cash conversion for the most recent 12 - month period amounted to 94 ( 123 ) per cent . Leverage in relation to adjusted EBITDA was 1.6 ( 1.8 ) .
