All right. We're gonna start with something we did yesterday only for this meeting. Everybody, we did it. This is the best year in the history of Exeger. Since me and Henrik started working with almost nothing except an idea and crazy energy, every year's been a struggle. We have surpassed so many challenges over the years, it's unimaginable. We did it. With this fantastic team, 2021 was the big year for Exeger. I'm so excited to go into 2022. Before we do that, though, I wanna share with you the most important and cool things that happened during the year, and I've asked my team to help out with this. Here you go. Enjoy. After 12 years of hard work and dedication, we have finally launched our first product. I'm really proud to see the Urbanista LA hit stores worldwide, and I'm very excited to see the other four products that we have announced hit stores worldwide first half of next year. I wanna take this opportunity to thank all our partners and all our customers for a really good year, and I'm looking forward to the next one. Powerfoyle got a fantastic commercial launch with the Urbanista LA headphones. We know our material works. Now the rest of the world knows as well, thanks to the recent coverage in Wired, Forbes, Bloomberg, and more. Our ambitions for the Powerfoyle brand are sky high, and we certainly got off to a good start with journalists such as Forbes Mark Sparrow calling himself a convert to the Powerfoyle technology. Exeger has been an R&D and innovation company for 12 years, but now we're shifting to a manufacturing company with weekly deliveries and a whole new set of expectations. I'm impressed by the transformation we have done as an organization, and I'm looking forward to an exciting year of scale-up. We're going full steam ahead. We have already this year secured EUR 35 million in funding to start to build our next factory, Stockholm 2. We have also invested in Mayht in order to create a revolutionary platform for the speaker industry, and we have acquired Intivation in order to ensure that we offer our customers the best possible system output. We are now raising another EUR 70 million in order to increase the pace of scaling in 2022. We are fully focused on the optimization and robotization of our current processes and our new factory, Stockholm 2. The production engineering team has truly stepped up to this exciting challenge and helping out building a new Swedish industry in the heart of Stockholm. For years, our focus had been on proving to our customers that the solar cell actually works. The magic that was created works in an end product. Now, when we have products on the market, like with the Urbanista headphone, we can instead focus on making sure that we do the best seamless integration into the customer's products. This forms a really strong bond. It allows us to be really collaborative and actually build a lot of new products together with the existing customers. R&D constantly pushes to reach higher efficiencies. That's the basis for all our research. Just now, we are working hard on bringing new colors to market to match customer requests. No one else in the world has so much to offer in terms of design and customization. Because we have invented new solar cell technology, our improvements roadmap is filled with potential. Shifting the company into a manufacturing industry, the continuous deliveries to customers has been one of the most exciting challenges of my career, and I'm looking forward to an even more eventful 2022. This has been the most high-paced year yet for Exeger in terms of staff with new entities, new functions, and nearly 70 new Exegerians, including three new members to the senior management team. Great having you on board, and welcome everyone. Thank you so much. At this point, I think you all feel what I felt before. There are so many other great people working in this company, so I asked a few others to share in one word the feeling going out of 2021 and preparing for 2022. Here you go. Energy. Powerfoyle. Inevitable. Transformational. I'm excited to work at Exeger. The coworkers at Exeger are the best I've ever had. Execution. Growth and with a lot of passion. It's challenging to revolutionize the world. It's very cool to have a product on the market, but the real Exeger stuff happens in the lab. 2022 will be even more exciting. Will be powerful. Should I say Powerfoyle? 2022, success. Exito. I feel like I make a difference working here as an engineer. Partners and customers and the world in mind. We will increase our capacity. I am really looking forward to 2022 with the excitement. This will be a very exciting year for us at Exeger. Expect to be full of more exciting adventures, and also I expect us to really grow and take on the world. Now you met a lot of our colleagues and heard what they had to say. The next thing I'm gonna show you is another movie. It's sort of an information/commercial that we've done in relation to the launch of Powerfoyle. You know that Powerfoyle is the name of our product. It's the consumer-facing brand name, like GORE-TEX, for example, is a material, Powerfoyle is material. We produced a small movie to show you this. Power on. It demonstrates our brand, Powerfoyle. I will come back to this later. Let's look at another movie that was released during this year. We're about to enter the dawn of a new era where the products we use every day are powered by light. Introducing Urbanista Los Angeles, solar-powered headphones with virtually infinite playtime. Have you seen this before? Yeah. Good. So why am I showing this? Well, just to finalize, Powerfoyle is on the market. Finally. I will say that this has been the best year in the history of Exeger so far. We tried to list a few of the most important happenings during the year, and we had to stop here. The most important one, we have announced five major partnerships. We have one. Hello, Henrik. You all know Henrik, right? Yeah. Welcome. Sit. Yeah. Five customers announced, one product launched on the shelf. We also announced four tech partners. That's very important. We're gonna come back to that. It helps us to build our ecosystem, to remove friction when building new products, to increase speed and scale. Some of them are really big, the ones we have announced. We're gonna talk more about that soon. We also won a big inventor award, European Inventor of the Year. That was a very big award. It's not the Nobel Prize, Henrik, but it's slightly below. It's very, very honoring for us to win that. It was in competition with all patents, and they looked 10 years back. A few of you maybe followed the ceremony. It was quite nice. We should have been in Monaco, like, this massive ceremony in the, like, with the prince and everything, but yeah. It was digital. It was okay. Yesterday, we finally received the actual prizes. We also announced. Remember last year, we told you that we were gonna try to industrialize our new platform for indoor. We did that, and we have received, we achieved a 50% increase in efficiency on our Powerfoyle Indoor. Previously, the previous platform we called Powerfoyle Hybrid. It works well indoor and well outdoor. This one is super optimized for indoor illumination, for products that are typically exposed to indoor light. This platform is extremely powerful, so we're very happy with that. We also secured the funding. We call the factories now Stockholm One, the first one we built, and the new one we call Stockholm Two. Very easy to understand. Logic. We managed to secure the final environmental permit only some weeks ago. This is a massive milestone in the history of Exeger because we have the building, we know what we're gonna do, but without the permission, we can't do anything. This was a huge achievement. I'm very happy, and we didn't have one single negative comment on the whole application during the process. We did a good job preparing, checking beforehand what was important for people. This factory, Stockholm Two, will be situated only 10 meters from a, I think it's 8 or 10 stories, residential house. This is a testament of our new way of manufacturing with non-measurable emissions to water and air. It's like a daycare center or a bakery, anything. That's amazing. Stockholm, this is Stockholms kommun. They were amazed by this. They said, It's incredible. This is exactly the kind of establishment that we want in urban areas. Yeah, we had great media coverage. I think that we're a bit spoiled now. We were covered in all the big magazines, Forbes, Wired, CNET, Engadget, you know, Wallpaper. I was on CNBC TV live this summer in New York for this thing, and it's just amazing, and I think for us, many of you have been with us for many years, followed this company, growing, scaling, hoping, you know, dreaming in many ways. Now, when we have let the world see what we have developed together, the reactions, I mean, what do you do when you see these kind of reactions all over the world? It's like unimaginable. Our PR company, they have never seen anything like this, and nor have I. This is just amazing. In only a very, very short time, a matter of weeks, over 1 billion people were reached by this. Just try and understand how many people that is. It's absolutely crazy. Of course, you can't buy this kind of coverage. You can't. It's not. This is editorial. These are, this is journalists writing texts about Powerfoyle. Not advertisements that we have paid for. This is real interest from real people. That was a big thing for us. We get a lot of questions about how much extra is it worth and all that. Just to cover that, in case you haven't seen. Urbanista, they're adding SEK 500 to the price. That's the value of Powerfoyle to the end consumer, to us, the people who buy them. This is similar to how people value, for example, ANC, you know, active noise cancellation, brusreducerande in Swedish, which is the most premium feature in all premium headphones. This was a very important thing, and it proves sort of the value of the technology very much. The launch started with an article by a guy called Jeremy White. He's Mr. Wired in the U.K. Wired is a very important influential magazine. They have one U.K. edition and one U.S. edition. He interviewed me and Anders Andréen, the CEO of Urbanista, over Zoom. He's a very stern guy, very bister in Swedish. Very like, sort of like this. We were a bit nervous, and he was pushing a little bit. Then after 10 minutes, he said, Okay. Started laughing. How does it feel? I said, What do you mean? To be the world's first. So yeah, Good, I think. What do you think? Yeah, yeah, it feels good. But can you—what do you mean? Like, was it a trick or something? He said, Well, this is, according to me, the third real innovation in the history of headphones. I say, Okay. The first one was ANC, the active noise cancellation that Bose invented. I think it was in 1989 or something, for the airline pilots when they were flying. The second big innovation, Bluetooth. That's a standard today. Everyone has ANC, more or less, in the premium segment. Bluetooth, there's Bluetooth everywhere now. I said, This is the third real innovation in the history of headphones. With time, this will be the new standard, he said, if it works. We said, Okay. We knew it works. That was a bit cool, and he wrote this great piece, and he had exclusivity. You see the date, 14th of April, 9:56 A.M., and he had exclusivity for 24 hours. No one cared. They, you know, everyone just crashed it. You see the dates and the times here, and it's like, yeah. It was a big success. Yet we were a bit nervous because you never know when the testing is going to happen. We shipped, obviously, headphones to Wired, and they tested these things in September in England. September in England is not California, let's say. It's more like Sweden. Can be worse also. You never know. We were so relieved when his colleague published this article in October, and you see their headline, They really do work. It felt so good because this is very important, obviously. People read this, they follow this. Eight out of 10 is very good, especially for such a priced headphone, medium-priced headphone. Then all the others followed. All the big influential people picking it up, trying them, because we sent them all over the world, obviously, for people to try. We want them to try. Like Sofie mentioned in her part of the movie, when people, very influential journalists say stuff like, I'm now a convert to the Powerfoyle technology. Another one said, Feels like I'm in the future. This will be the new standard. So on and so forth. We can help you. If you haven't seen this, maybe we can summarize this in an email to all of you can read during Christmas, like the different reviews, at least five, 10 of them. It's pretty fun, actually. This release also had, so this review release also had a big reach. So again, over 1 billion people reached. We can say that it's been a pretty good year. You have noticed that we haven't saved up a lot of big news for this moment. We have given you continuously a lot of information. A lot of articles, a lot of news. We've been in media's podcast, TV, a lot of journals. We have a list later on, I think. I hope you enjoy this communication strategy that we have established and that we're following. It's almost there's so many people now when I walk in town, they're like, Oh, you're Giovanni. I say, Yes. I love Exeger. I say, Me too. I don't even know these people. It's great, of course. I'm so proud. We're gonna continue with this, and we'll talk more about this later on as well, but we will also start to structure it a little bit. This year, we said we would just push out more stuff that we do 'cause this is that phase when we do that. We couldn't do that before. We will change again as the company evolves. We are now transforming from an R&D and scale-up company to a production, manufacturing, delivering company with a lot of obligations to our customers, a lot of obligations to them. It's dangerous for us to tell things about their stuff because it has to do with their business and their stock listed sometimes on stock exchange. They work in other areas, geographies with other rules and regulations. We have to be very careful moving forward when we talk about their products. We're gonna try. This is probably the last meeting where we can have this format, where we're gonna show these things. Going forward, we will have to adapt to other rules and regulations, but that's also gonna be nice, but it will be a different format. Yeah. We also developed an app. I hope many of you have seen this or a version of this, the Urbanista version, or the Urbanista app, I should say. This was a big success, all in all. The gamification part, a lot of the reviewers wrote like, Yeah, I've become an addict. I go walk around watching in the app to try to charge, maximize charging. It's pretty nice, and we are developing this further with one of our partners as well. Powerfoyle. Why is it so good? We have a few slides just to repeat. What is it we're selling? Why do these companies want to buy it? Why do they wanna front their product with our logo? That's the dream of any component supplier. The dream is that their customers will put our... Or in our case, that they put Powerfoyle visible on their product. That means that we have access to their marketing budget. And every time they do marketing, we are in it. It's the dream for distribution, brand, you know, building and all that. We have actually succeeded. I only know a few myself, like GORE-TEX, Intel, I guess MIPS is coming there as well, and Powerfoyle. I don't know that many more. This is an achievement I'm extremely proud of. It's very, very, very difficult to achieve this. Even when you have super components in other people's products, you don't know that normally. This has been good for us. Number one, endless energy. Why is this important? Well, just the notion, the idea that we can transform any kind of light into clean electricity. This has been a big educational journey for us. How do you explain this to people when you don't have a product? When you can't show in the app it works or, you know. Now we can explain it, and we can demonstrate it. We're now distributing. I'm looking at Giorgos smiling now 'cause we are now distributing headphones. You know, you can stand up. Giorgos, you remember Giorgos, right? Chief Commercial Officer, the sales guy. Bravo. Thank you for all the great work. I will interview you in a short while. I want you to stand here. I just want you to see he's here. Because now him and his team, they're just shipping these all over the world to other customers saying, Hey, have you seen this? Like, Oh, it works. Yes, we know. Like, Okay, you know, what can we do, and how does it work and everything? Then we're prepared a lot of documentation, different kind of toolboxes. Nick and his team with product can. You remember Nick, right? Chief Product Officer. Nick's job with his team, he has different teams, but the main team is his chief product officer. He's responsible that we. Giorgos, he sells in, he sells right. Then it's Nick's responsibility to make sure that we deliver the right product with the right quality to the right price in time. He has a full prototyping team and all, a lot of people under him working with him to develop the products. We have now developed a lot of documentation and other toolboxes to lower friction, so people know this, we can do this, we can do this, we can do this. Okay, like a menu, you can say. This also is great, and we are learning so much. In every project, we learn so much. Everything we learn, we institutionalize it, and we can use it in new projects. This is a very exciting times. Endless energy. We also have endless sustainability. Energy is good. Sustainability is also good. Since we're not using any toxic materials, we can help these companies to achieve their sustainability goals, to help them communicate to their target audience in a completely new way. Of course, by removing a cable, by removing a charge plug, by not charging in the wall, we will help to fight climate change. Every product a little bit. When you have millions of products out, the change is big. I always say disruption happens when great technology is adopted by the masses. We can only do that by being important and relevant. By integrating into products that are relevant for normal people that buy these products anyway, then we can make big things happen on an aggregated scale. Do you understand what I mean? This is a very important part. People say, Why are you targeting these niche markets? I say, Yeah, consumer electronic, largest market in the world, more or less. These products are small, but don't confuse that with the value of the market or the impact that we do. Think about that a little bit. We can if you wanna have questions on this, we can take it during the Q&A. This is a very important part. Okay. Endless freedom. Self-powered devices that charge from any light around you. No more cables, no more hassles. Energy independence, energy autonomy. It's kind of words that are attractive and compelling, especially for the young generations. They do want to make a change. They want to contribute. They wanna do good things for the world. We are helping our customers to develop tools that these young people, and other people who care, of course, can use. While they listen and enjoy the music or the e-reader or whatever they're doing, e-book, I mean, they're also helping to fight climate change a little bit at a time, but many people. This is us unlocking this huge Gen Z and millennial market in a way that not many other technologies can do. This is very important. This is why we have such a strong position. Okay. Just briefly, on the other commercial partners we have launched. Let's try a new movie, see if it works. Probably not. We have a movie ghost here. Oh, here it comes. We wanted to create a timeless design and wanted to bring something new and fresh to the market. We have created a new solar cell. It's flexible, it's durable, and it's seamlessly integrated into the headband. It's really simple, actually. It's only the cell, it's protecting the cell, and then we add for the user to get the clamp first. This product brings together two things that truly empowers you, music and light. Have you seen this one before? I love this one. There's another one even better, a little bit longer. Let's see if we can land the deal where we have the brand visible together with adidas. I think so. That's a milestone. Not many companies can do that. We really like adidas. The brand is amazing. They have so many good things. Their values are incredible. That's why we chose to team up with them. We very much look forward to this product. It's gonna be a sports headphone with all the comfort characteristics that comes with that. I can't tell too much 'cause it's not our product, but you understand that from the movie as well. What else? We also entered the IoT market with a self-powered dog tracker. This is a pretty cool product, actually, and we developed it together with a small Swedish company here in Stockholm. It will be on the market. I don't know if they have revealed the launch date. No? Okay. Stay tuned for the launch date. It will come, be announced soon, I think. That, of course, people ask, So why did you... I mean, we work with, you know, adidas, we have other big companies that we have announced and we work with. Why did you choose to work with this small company? 'Cause if you remember some years back, we told you our sales strategy. We typically like it to be like top 10 in the world or like a top brand in the world or some other top different aspects. By working with this small company here in Stockholm, number one, we helped them to develop it. I like that. I'm proud of that. Number two, this is us opening up the whole vertical of trackers. Trackers is a huge market. Very big. We can track animals, people, and things. Big market. This is a start for us. We're opening up a new market, so consider it like that. It's easy for us to work with them 'cause they're here. We have learned so much in this project. Next, another headphone product. Niche market. In the U.S., they have around 3.5 million truckers. They are forced to use this kind of headset by law. They cannot have a cable and with, you know, two ear cuffs like this. This product won the CES Innovation Awards Honoree, actually. It will be in showcase now at CES by us and this American company. We're very good at headphone products at the moment, and we are the only ones in the world who can do this kind of design with this power output, with our hybrid platform. No one else is even close. We are gonna dig deep in the headphone space. What else? Our dear POC helmet. I love this helmet. We will see when it comes out in the market. Again, we can't speak for their announcement date, but they have announced previously, so you know it's gonna happen something. It's a really cool helmet. I love it. The solar cells are here, where you see the three black dots in the center. That's where the solar cell is completely laminated into the helmet. It's a smart helmet, so it has an electronics package with sensors, so it will detect if you're wearing it. It will feel that you're wearing it. If you wear it and it's a little bit dark, it will automatically start to blink the warning light on the back. It works very well. The final testing was done here in Stockholm last November. You know, when we didn't have sunshine for, what was it? Like, 30 days or something. I was a bit nervous again. It's tough conditions, but the person who was worse off, who had the least charging, he was still 4.5x or 5 x over the limit we had set. We knew this would work in the whole world all over the year. They removed the charge port. You cannot charge this with a cable at all. You can only charge it by light. I love this product, so we look forward to seeing it on the shelves. It will also be branded in a really nice way with our Powerfoyle hanger. Like, when you buy a GORE-TEX jacket, you know, you have this sort of small book you get with the jacket. We have the same. Here, it will explain how to use Powerfoyle, direct it towards the light, and if it's pitch black, it will not charge, and, you know, all that stuff. It looks really good. It has had amazing reviews as well. Look forward to seeing that on the shelves. We also partnered up with four tech partners to facilitate adoption and to integrate Powerfoyle and strengthen Powerfoyle in many ways. Intivation, we had that press release today, actually. Have you seen it? Yes. Do you understand what it is? Maybe I should explain a little bit. You have the solar cell, Powerfoyle. We have a solar cell. It gives electricity with a certain voltage and a certain current. To be able to charge a battery, you need to have a specific voltage. For a cell phone or a headphone, for example, you charge if you have between 3.7 and 4.2 volts. That's when you charge. Okay? Any solar cell has between 0.5 and 1 volt. You need electronics in addition to the solar cell to boost up the voltage so you can charge. You can buy these components off the shelf from big companies such as Texas Instruments, Linear Technology and so on. They have a certain efficiency. Depending on how strong the light is and so on, you get between 50%, 60% or 70%, sometimes even 80% of the power is converted and injected as charging. In some use cases, for example, on a headphone, you're out walking, whatever, we have a lot of charging. The existing solutions, the existing chips, these small devices, they're very inefficient. Probably like 60% or something. You lose 40% of the power you have from the solar cell. We don't. We have acquired this company, Intivation, after many years of joint development, so we have the highest efficiency of this conversion in the world. For us, the only thing that matters is how much do we charge the battery? The solar cell is important, but if we lose all the power from cables and these chips and other stuff, it doesn't matter, right, how good the solar cell is. We always take a system approach. How much do we charge the battery? Everything else is unimportant. With this acquisition, we have secured the best chipset in the world by far, which means that even if someone would eventually come with another idea of a solar cell that could work in a headphone, remember, a headphone has to work indoor and outdoor because that's how we people use it, typically, these kind of headphones. Even if someone comes up with a similar technology, we will still be much, much better because of this unique electronic component that we own now. This is a very important strategic acquisition, and we've been working with this for years. We have given this assignment to some of the big ones, couldn't solve it. This is a very good for all of us shareholders, very good for us. This strengthens our ecosystem. It creates huge barriers of entry to others. That's good because that gives us more time alone or more or less alone in this field, alone, and it kind of feels more or less alone. We can continue to develop our technology with new colors, with new efficiencies and so on to build our ecosystem. Mayht, another important partner, we announced that a few weeks ago. Was it two weeks ago maybe or something? Two, three weeks ago. Mayht is the Dutch company that we have followed for quite some years. We have been advising them. They have developed a fantastic new speaker technology, a new driver, the thing that makes the speaker move, you can say, a little bit facilitate. They have invented a new technology that is much more efficient. With 70% less power used, we get the same sound level as a normal speaker. Of course, couple that with Powerfoyle, you have a self-powered wireless speaker. We're opening up again, a vertical opener like the GPS product, this tracker before. We're now opening up the portable speaker market. This is a big thing, very big thing. Everyone hates to run out of battery. When you bring your speaker to the beach, or if you're out playing or whatever, and it goes empty, that's not good. Especially since portable speakers also double as an extra power bank to have, like, 10%, 15%, 20% extra charge to your phone if you need to make that important phone call, if you need to pay something, get help or whatever. You need to know, you wanna know that your speaker is fully charged all the time, or if you're going to have party in the night when you have a barbecue or something. This is a big thing. It will open up the market. Qualcomm is the largest or one of the largest manufacturers of chipsets in the world. They're in basically all Android phones and a lot of other product applications. We have partnered up with them. After a careful selection by them, we have entered their program. The point is to, with them, develop the chipsets so that someone who wants to use Powerfoyle can just buy the normal Qualcomm chipsets, and it's prepared for Powerfoyle. Again, get rid of all friction, facilitate for everyone just to integrate it, make it easy to use Powerfoyle. That's a lot of the work we're doing with documentation, instructions, this menu I talked about before, pre-fixed components for Powerfoyle, so no one has to, you know, think this is difficult or expensive or anything. It should be easy. OSM Group. OSM is a contract manufacturer, you can say. They manufacture products for different companies. For example, the adidas headphones, they don't make their own headphone. The helmet is not made by POC. It's made by a contract manufacturer. It's called ODM. So these ODMs, they're typically based in China. They assemble the components from everywhere and make the product. We have partnered up with a very good ODM called OSM in China. Of course, they have a lot of different customers that they work with that are now introduced to Powerfoyle without Georgios employing 50 people to try and sell to these people. We work with them and with the factory, and they help us to reach. This is also extremely important and strategic, good partnership or very good partnership with them. There are many, many ODMs in the world. The most well-known is probably Foxconn or Flextronics. They're really big. Foxconn employs hundreds of thousands of people. We have selected some other major events during 2021. While I already spoke about the big prize we won, Henrik is also here if you have technical questions later on. Let's see. This one stopped working. Perfect. The whole presentation stopped working. Okay. Let's see if we can get this started again. Okay, I'll just stand here. We won the prize. I told you before. It was a big thing. We launched the different platforms. The Powerfoyle Indoor with this 50% increase that I told you about. The hybrid platform is the one we have had all these years, where we have on purpose chosen a chemistry that is good indoor and good outdoor. We're not super indoor and not super outdoor. This is like a hybrid, a mix. Now we have developed this very, very specific one for indoor, where we are very, very, very good in those light conditions. It's difficult to have good power generation indoor, very weak light and artificial light. That's very difficult. Important, we managed to keep all the good aspects of the hybrid platform, which is, you know, the design aspect. We can have free form, we have all these different surfaces, so it can look like leather or textile or whatever. It's still flexible, so we can integrate it into products. Okay. Another important key event is the recruitment of three new stars to the management team. I will invite them one by one and interview them a little bit. We'll start with Sofie. Welcome to the stage. Sofie, how are you? I'm good. Okay. I kind of feel that I already know this group a little bit because I was introduced already this spring, remember? Mm-hmm. What have you done so far at Exeger? What's your main job? I became a board member in the spring, but I got so excited about the prospects of the company that I couldn't stop myself from actually becoming operationally involved as well. From September first, I joined as strategy and marketing officer at Exeger. So far, I've mostly been focusing on the marketing part of my job, and I think some of the things you spoke about today around comms, so far, honestly, it's been I wouldn't say an easy job. The kind of traction that Exeger has been able to get without paying a lot of money is very impressive. I've done marketing before for Google, and Google also get a lot of traction. Google also have a big budget. I think probably the thing that makes me most excited is how much attention we've been able to get with the smallish resources that we have still employed towards it. What was your previous budget when you were with Google in Silicon Valley? I don't think I'm allowed to say. Oh, okay. in this forum. It's bigger than the one we have at Exeger. Yeah. For sure. Yeah. My last job before I came to Exeger was to help Google's global marketing manager with her strategy work. I think the role here is perfect for me, and I'm so grateful about being able to mix strategy and marketing. It's a super exciting job. Well, thank you so much for giving your best every day, and this, I think this is perfect for Exeger. Thank you so much for skipping that board, coming into the operations instead. Exactly. Thank you so much. You can stay here if you want. Yeah, okay. Yeah, I'll stay here. Okay. Next up is our new CFO, Frida. Frida, a warm welcome to Exeger. Thank you. When did you start now? Beginning of September. Beginning of September. Mm-hmm. What did you do before you came to Exeger? I was the CFO of a company called Aditro Logistics, a private equity-owned company. Before that, I was the CFO of Candyking, another private equity-owned company. That's the environment I've been in the last- Yeah. -years. Very good. You also helped to prepare one company for IPO? Yes, for an IPO, and then I've done some acquisitions and. Different. Yeah. Some acquisitions and also, other transactions. That's very good. Mm-hmm. What will be your focus now, the next year and a half. A leading question. Yeah. First, it's the funding, of course, that we need to ensure at all times. Of course, we will prepare to be ready for an IPO if the timing would be right. That's my focus. That's great. We will come back to this in the Q&A session, I'm sure. I'm so happy that you're on board, just building the new finance team, preparing for a rocket launch coming year. Massive. Happy to be here. Thank you so much. Thank you. The last but not least, Lars Bärnheim. A few of you might recognize his name or his face. He's been with us for quite a few years advising, and it was me and Lars who negotiated the SoftBank deal. He came with us to Japan for the last negotiation. We stayed for 12 days. I told his wife, We're going to Japan. She said, How long? I don't know. That worked. It was a strategy we had, and it worked. I'm super happy to have you starting. Maybe you can say a few words about yourself, just tell the audience. Thanks a lot. Is this on? Yeah, yeah. Sorry. No, I'm super happy to be here. The trip to Tokyo was once in a lifetime trip, I'd say. Was really fun that it worked out the way it did. I've been working as a business lawyer doing M&A transactions for the past almost 20 years. I'm actually currently with a law firm called Cederquist. It's, I think it's the fourth or fifth biggest in Stockholm. Doing M&A work for primarily private equity clients. I'll be formally with Cederquist for the rest of the year, and then I will join Exeger for real in January. Really look forward to it. It's going to be super fun and super exciting time ahead for this company over the next two, three years. Lots of moving parts, lots of great people, fantastic product, really good atmosphere, drive, everything. What were the reactions when you as the second, I guess, most senior partner at your company? What were the reactions in the industry when you as a partner? After all this crazy working years and fighting to become partner, what did you tell them? What do you tell people when you leave that kind of position to go? It was really difficult. It was one of those classic denial, anger, acceptance phases that the whole firm went through, and it actually kind of spread through the Stockholm legal industry quite a lot. But very many at Cederquist are familiar with the company. So I got a lot of congratulations emails, and I think everyone saw that if there's one company you should join, it's this one. Well, Lars, I'm extremely happy, and the whole company is so happy that you're joining. Lars will be in the M&A team with me and Frida, and also the fundraising team, of course. We look forward to this. Yeah. Thank you so much. Thanks. I think your official role title will be GC, right? General Counsel or something. Yeah. Yeah. Okay, good. We'll proceed. If you want, you can sit. There's a lot of slides left. Are you okay in the audience? Yes. Yeah, good. If there's a specific word that is strange or you don't understand, just raise your hand and try to explain what it is. It might be some technical terms once in a while. I know, I know that. Anyway, like I said, the final environmental permit is approved and what it's all about is that we're building a new industry. This has been one of my goals, as you know, for many, many years. The first factory doesn't look like this anymore. A few of you, not so many, have seen it lately. We're not letting any people in anymore. It's important for us that we are making this in Sweden. We're proud of that. Now, as you know, we're gonna build a new factory. It's big. This is in Kista, the Silicon Valley of Europe. It used to be called back in the days. Now, this is an existing building. On the left-hand side, behind that, behind the brown fence, we already have operations. On the right-hand side, we're now building the big scale manufacturing part. We are in time, roughly. The time is difficult now with supply chains. We see it more and more. We haven't built machines in quite some time. Now we're building machines again, and we see that supply delivery times are getting longer and longer all across the globe. We have a lot already in place, but we will see where it ends. I hope it really, really sort of gets better the first half next year. We'll see. It looks okay so far. It will be done, as you know, in 2023. It will have a massive capacity, really, really big capacity with huge, of course, revenue potential and profit potential. I will not tell you our margins this year either, but they're healthy. Okay, let's proceed. The master timeline. This is the last time we're gonna show you the master timeline for the reasons I said before. It's getting increasingly difficult for us to show this without saying anything that we're not allowed to say. We have some different color codes. Black, product announcement, green, product on the market, violet, tech partner, and yellow, extra tech and production. This is what happened and where we landed. We also managed to get some permits and released a new tech platform. You see the yellow boxes on the bottom here. That's the new tech platform, it's the Powerfoyle Indoor again. Urbanista is on the shelf. Now we are revealing we think POC will be on the shelf Q1. There will be other product announcements during Q1, Q2. We have announced, as you know, this adidas sport and Blue Tiger. We also announced these four tech partners, Intivation, Mayht, Qualcomm, and OSM Group. We will make more announcements on tech partners during Q2 and Q3. Now you're thinking, how can they know that already? We can think about that. There will be more products, of course, on the shelf, the ones we have told you about. We can't give you a launch date, so we just sort of made it six month span there. We're not allowed to say when it's launched, but we can say in the region of something. Q2, Q3 will be exciting for Exeger shareholders and for new customers. We will have three products we haven't told you about that we also know will come during the year. We cannot tell you how many other new contracts we have signed, but it's been a good year. Bear with us. We will also, like I said, change our strategy in terms of communication. We will send out now a recap. 4x per year, we will send you an information letter with a summary of everything that has happened the previous three months. It's not a quarterly report, but it's a recap, a summary that will come so that everyone can look at that and read and see what has happened in case you missed something during these three months. Please make sure that you register to the newsletter on the homepage, and you will also be able to sign up for press release updates, same place. This is the best way. If you know someone who is not signed up to the newsletter, please tell them to do. We've been trying to get access to Pareto's email list. We cannot get that because of GDPR. So we have to ask them to email you out press releases and so on. So some of you might get two. We will continue to try and solve this, so we can have one list together. We'll see. Now we have our own legal, maybe he can solve it. I don't know what the problem is, to be honest. Anyway, make sure to sign up and tell your friends to sign up as well. Go in and look at the webpage once in a while to see what's going on and so on as well. We just wanna mention, we're doing the capital raise like we have announced several times now. It will be a big capital raise. It will be with a professional, really good, we hope, new partner. A lot of existing shareholders also wanna participate, I'm guessing. There might be a need for an extraordinary general meeting in relation to this. We will then send out a notice. It has to be convened with four weeks notice, so it will be one month before we will send this out. It will be through email, but it will also be on the webpage and in the traditional papers where you typically announce this. Stay tuned for this. We will get back to this as soon as we know something. We're just now starting the capital raise, but this is typical what happens when you have these really big institutional investors looking at the company. Remember, with SoftBank, it was the same. Stay tuned for that. We also had a competition, and these are the winners. Is any one of these people in the room? Peder, Alexander, Charlotte, Tobias, Michal. Okay. Well, congratulations to you anyway. You will be contacted, and the prize is to spend a few hours with me and hopefully a few other secret guests, where you can ask a lot of secret questions that we won't tell anyone else. No, I'm just kidding. We're gonna have a great day. We'll have lunch, and we'll talk about the business and different things. It's gonna be good. Big congratulations. Thanks for everyone contributing with pictures. That was a good and interesting thing, I think.
