Powerfoyle is a groundbreaking innovation within solar cell technology. A unique material that is charged by indoor and outdoor light and can be integrated into any device or product to make it fully light-powered. The three most important benefits of Powerfoyle are: energy. Powerfoyle harvests electricity from all forms of light and supplies products with clean, endless energy. Just check the companion app to see how much your device is charged. From sunshine and cloudy skies to artificial indoor light. That's the great thing about Powerfoyle. If there's light, it charges. It provides endless energy. Sustainability. No more charging cables means less waste. By using any light source, your products will run on the cleanest energy possible. Our vision is a future where Powerfoyle contributes to endless sustainability. Freedom. Whether you're indoors or out in the sunshine, it doesn't matter. You'll never have to worry about charging or cables. It's simply designed for life. Go off-grid and experience endless freedom. Let's dive into the details. Powerfoyle is an evolution of the third generation of solar cells called dye-sensitized solar cells. This means the entire visible cell is an active area. It's lightweight, flexible, durable, and can be seamlessly integrated into any device. Powerfoyle has been in development for 12 years. Inside our lab, it has undergone innovations, testing, and improvements to ensure that it continues to make a real impact in high-performance products worldwide. All to keep you charged up and free to roam, because a product that charges with light is not only better for you, it's also better for the environment. This is a movie that we show during most of our presentations. I think it gives quite a good overview of what Powerfoyle is and why it's good and what it does. Let's summarize then the year. We have three new products on the market. We have raised more capital than any previous year in perhaps the toughest year in a very, very long time. We further improved our technology efficiency. We have raced away from competition, but competition is coming. We welcome that. It's good. We have to stay on our toes and stay alert, we can talk more about that in the Q&A later. Overall, when we improve the efficiency, more applications open up, more products come into play. That's good. We like that, the more products we have on the market, the more we can prove they work, the more people understand how to use them, the more products open up. With the app, and we can see how people use them, and it's going according to plan. We also introduced some new unique integration possibilities. By now, you know that design is very important in this game. If we can't integrate our solar cell, Powerfoyle, into the other product in a seamless and nice-looking way, there's gonna be no deal. We have won a lot of things, a lot of competitions based on our design capability together with the power. We also improved our production processes. We've had a huge program developing our new factory, Stockholm II, in Kista, as well as improved efficiency in our current factory or the first one, Stockholm I. We've also invested a lot of time and effort to strengthen our partnered ecosystem. If you have followed us during the year, you've seen a lot of press releases on different technical partners. We work together in this, we call it the ecosystem, and the purpose is to have alliances, strong alliances with other component manufacturers that want to come into the same product as we do. For example, Georgios will tell us a lot about remote controls today. There are some very, very good companies that also want to be in the latest remote controls, the best-looking, self-charging, environmentally friendly, coolest with their component. If we work together, they have access to our sales force, we have access to their sales force, and suddenly we have four, five, six companies working, thinking, selling Powerfoyle when they sell their own component. It's all Powerfoyle-enabled, Powerfoyle-ready. Some of these companies are really big, like Qualcomm, I think it's the largest company in the world manufacturing its chips around smartphone, for example. Huge company. We'll invest a lot in this. We also worked a lot with our internal processes. We strengthened our IP portfolio. That means we have improved our patent situation. We have filed a lot of new patents, and we've also created a lot of new secrets inside, how we manufacture processes, recipes, a lot of secrets. You know that Coca-Cola, for example, they don't have a patent, they only have trade secrets, the secret recipe. If you look at Ericsson, on the other hand. Welcome, guys, just starting. Ericsson, on the other hand, have a huge patent portfolio. We have both. We have over 230 granted patents in the whole world, including China, Korea, Japan, all the difficult countries, and we have huge amount of secrets. How we do things, how we build the machines, process settings, recipes, all that stuff. We have both. Very important. I know that a lot of people have been a little bit worried the last probably two months. We closed the last funding in February when Generali came in. You should know that Generali is a very, very prominent investor. It's an Italian insurance company. I think they have over EUR 550 billion. It's a pretty big company, and they have their investment arm, and they only invest in the highest-ranked sustainability impact companies in Europe. It's called Article 9. They are an Article 9 fund. It's extremely difficult to get this classification, it's a testament of our continuous work with sustainability that we managed to land them during this spring. Stefano, who is now in our board, is a very, very smart and passionate person, and he was leading the investment and is also personally now in the board. That's a strong signal to other Article 9 investors and impact funds across the whole world. We've seen increasingly a lot of capital flowing into the deep sustainability and impact funds, a lot of capital, and it's just the start, and will be even more over time. We're very, very well positioned there. We have continued to work with our IPO readiness process as we have communicated several times. It's both internal processes, like I said before here, and also a lot of other bureaucratic things. We have to get stuff in order. We are prepared. The most difficult part, or tedious, is perhaps how you make your bookkeeping. It's called IFRS. We have that since a few years already. We just have to do a lot of things to prepare the company. We do that, even though the timing today for IPO, maybe the market's not really super, but we want to be ready because it also allows us to be more professional in the company in general. I was going to come back to... Some people have been a bit worried because since we did the last funding round in February, when we brought in funds at a price of SEK 110 per share, you know that? Since then, it's been quite a dramatic downtrading of the share, and we have seen some of the larger shareholders, especially one, having significantly reduced. We saw it in the books now. We don't know what this person has done or not, or in relation, we can just see that he has significantly lowered his holdings, and we've noticed a very big increase in activity in the trading over the last three, four weeks. Millions of shares have now been replaced. We will know by the end of next week exactly where they have gone a little bit more. We won't know, but we'll see some differences in the books. The board has decided, because a lot of people are worried, "How is it going, really? Is it going bad or good, or what's happening here?" We cannot control individual people who decided to sell at any price. The company cannot control that. Sometimes external events forces people to sell, or the bank maybe forces someone to sell sometimes. We don't know what happened this time. We had a board meeting today, and we have decided to make an exception from our normal strategy, which is, you know, to make a press release when we have the customer, and here is the product, and this is the company, and what we normally do. We will share some news with you today, in a way that we normally don't, because, you know, we feel that it would be nice for you to get some information on the commercial status, in a little bit more detail. You will see now. Number one, good news, we have now manufactured our first solar cells from our new factory in Stockholm II. This is a milestone. I want to thank Niklas is here, who is running the whole operations and manufacturing expansion and has over 100 people in the company reporting to him. Very well done. This is an extremely important milestone in the history, in the company history, because if you remember, we had to build two factories to be able to be a supplier to the largest companies in the world. They will not buy from someone who only has one factory, because what if if there's an accident, and there's a fire or something, when they have launched a product and suddenly we can't deliver to them, and they stand there, and they have, you know, pre-sold a lot. On the back of this achievement, we have signed, actually it's two new, exclusive, mutually exclusive contracts with the global leader in their respective segments. You know, the contract we have with SES-imagotag, this big company with the price tags, which we will talk about soon. We have a mutually exclusive contract with them. They can't work with anyone else, and we can't. They have, you know, 55% of the world market, so it's pretty good for us. We have signed two new contracts, also with the world leader in their respective fields. We cannot give you the names. Normally, we don't tell you when we have signed, right? We wait until we can do the press release. Today we make an exception. We're telling you today, we have signed two new, very big contracts, and we expect the more information with names and everything to be released during the second half of 2023. I know all of you want more information. You want us to tell everything we do every day. We can't do that. We're prohibited. We can't give you the names even here, if we would. We're not allowed to tell you the names. These very, very big companies need to tell the world, "We're going to do this product now. We have signed with Exeger. We cannot decide that. We can tell you we have two contracts signed. It's very good names. Thank you, Kat. Yeah, it would surprise me if all of you didn't know about them, at least one of them. These are the largest in their respective field. We expect to release more information later this year. I can't tell you more right now, but we can talk a little bit about the different new products we have released over the year. We released the adidas headphone, which was a big success. People have bought it all over the world. They love it. We have worked a lot with our brand. You can see that it says, "Powerfoyle," next to the adidas brand. That's an extremely strong achievement. We can't buy this position, next to adidas brand. We are there because we offer them something they can't buy from anyone else, get from anyone else: energy independence, autonomy, sustainability, and increased functionality. This is the main USP. The main feature of the headphone is our solar cell. There's been a lot of fuss around this. We are very happy for this product. We also released the world's first true wireless earphone, solar-powered. This product was awarded a lot of prizes at IFA and some other prizes, awards, and it's working really well, selling a lot, actually. Today, I think, right? Today, we announced the latest version of the Los Angeles headphone with Urbanista. This is a collaboration with HUGO BOSS, with the HUGO is the product name. This will be sold all over the world in the HUGO BOSS, relation to HUGO BOSS. Very cool. Here's another picture from that. All in all, last year, we've had almost 10 billion potential views. All the articles written about us, all the stuff that's been going on, almost 10 billion people read these magazines or look at these shows. It's an extremely high number, and it's worth if we would buy this media, paid, this is unpaid, it would cost a fortune. We're very happy for that. We've also won a lot of awards for our products. TIME Best Inventions 2022. We have several Red Dot Design Award, which is pretty cool. The latest ones were just the other week for the adidas headphone. Yeah, basically, what we see that these awards, also the CES, we won two awards for the remote controls. These awards, when they spread, they are quite recognized in the world. That allows us for, we get new customers, basically, from these awards. People see, they read about it, they feel confident, "Okay, this is good. We can work with Exeger without risking anything. We won't get fired if we work with them." That's good. CES is the world's largest consumer electronic show. It's in Las Vegas. Everyone is there. We won the two awards, and here's a picture from when we were there with our remote controls. That's the same way to invite Georgios, who is our Chief Commercial Officer, to stage. Please give him a round of applause. I think you can take over from here. Okay. Thank you. Tell everybody how good you are. Yeah, please. Thank you very much. ...As most of you know, we have really good traction on remote controls at the moment. The first partner that we announced at IBC in Amsterdam last year is a company called Omni Remotes. They do 80 million units per year, so it's one of the world's largest remote control manufacturers. You see a picture there, and here you actually see three real working samples. They have industrialized this remote, which means that they're ready to put it into production, and they're now selling it into their customers. There's a lot of RFQs. That means there's a lot of companies out in the world that want to build remote controls, and then this is one of the manufacturers. As you see, the entire remote has the same texture. This is a completely unique way of integrating Powerfoyle that no other solar cell company in the world can offer. It took quite a long time to industrialize. Some of these are actually completely new, and we are really proud because, in our opinion, this is the most beautiful solar remote in the world. We also have another very strong partnership when it comes to remote controls. It's a company called Ohsung, or TWE. It's a Korean manufacturer. They sell roughly 100 million units a year, so they're also one of the top in the world, and they have a very strong customer list. I think some of their largest customers are LG and Google, Samsung. This is a really, really strong manufacturer. Together with them, we announced the remote control at CES, which won awards. This is actually a completely battery-free remote control. It has a hybrid super cap, and it's extremely light, and both this one and the Omni Remotes, if you just use it as you use a regular remote, you use it in your living room, you will never need to charge. It's very energy-efficient hardware inside, and in my opinion, also, it looks much better than the only solar remote on the market. Here you see two more detailed pictures. Ohsung decided to use a different integration technique, so slightly easier, but also really good-looking and not possible for anyone else in the world to do a remote like this with a solar cell. To summarize, here we see some of the real functional devices, these companies are now able to produce higher volumes, and they're sending testing units to all their customers that you saw previously on the list. We are talking to, not only in working with the largest manufacturers, but we're also, of course, talking to the largest brands selling the highest volumes in the world. Everyone is looking at Powerfoyle. Another of our official remote control manufacturers is a company from Japan called SMK. They also have high volume, around 20 million units per year, they have a slightly different focus when it comes to remote controls compared to the previous two. If you look at their customer list, it's more air conditioning units and other type of remotes. It's a really good fit for us to work with a wider segment in the market. Recently, we announced a fourth partnership with a company called Tech4home. They're from Portugal. They have developed a remote control together with us that just recently won a Red Dot Award, and they're now also selling it, that one, to their customers worldwide. Tech4home has a different target group compared to the previous ones, so they are more focusing on telco operators. It's a very good fit. Besides, these are the four official ones, then we are working with many more that are not yet official. Basically, all the major manufacturers in the world are cooperating with Exeger at the moment. Leaving remote controls and moving on to ESLs. As you all know, we made an announcement at NRF. That's one of the world's largest retail shows in New York, together with SES-imagotag. As Giovanni mentioned, SES-imagotag is the world leader in electronic shelf labels. We announced our partnership just before the show, and it's an exclusive strategic partnership, so, they are not going to work with any other solar cell company for many years. Looking at their statistics, their sales data, I mean, just last year, they sold over 300 million units. They are really, really big, and it's not a coincidence that they have chosen Powerfoyle. If you look at their customer list, then these are the largest retailers in the world. Very, very high volume, and they are growing extremely fast, faster than anyone else. What we have done is that we have announced a partnership, and after that, actually, SES announced a partnership with Walmart, where they have introduced a new product. I will come back to that one shortly. What we are doing now is that we are developing the product together. After that, you do testing in resource, and then large orders will come. That's the flow. I can't really comment on where in that flow we are at the moment. But we can give you a hint of what is coming. SES recently made a press release together with Walmart. If you read that press release in detail, you will see that from when they announced the partnership to when they announced the product recently, it's roughly one year. The partnership spans over several years, but Walmart has committed to buying 60 million units of electronic shelf labels, these small displays, over the coming 12-18 months. That's extremely high volume. When they announced this, their stock price went up roughly 40%-45% in one day. It was also official that Walmart got an option to buy 10% of SES-imagotag. This is an extremely large deal, and what they have actually done, is that they have developed a new product, which is now official. They are removing the battery from each single small display and the antenna, and then they place many ESLs on a rail, and then they can power all of them. You can have battery-less screens. With this high volume, then I think you get a hint of what is coming with us. That's all I can say. Here we get a hint from a short movie from the exhibition. I'm Giovanni Fili. I'm CEO of Exeger. Hello. My name is Andreas Rössl, and I'm CTO of SES-imagotag. We're here live from NRF in New York, biggest retail show in the world. We have announced a strategic partnership only a few days ago, that I'm super excited about. You know, being able to work with a global leader, and we have an exclusive partnership because, you know, SES-imagotag is the best in the world, and so are we, so it comes naturally. I'm really happy we are working together because we started this journey like 10 years ago, trying to build solar-powered IoT products. I think now with the new Powerfoyle technology, that's going to happen very soon. It's going to happen. We're going to bring a clean, endless energy to power the smartness that SES-imagotag brings to improve the whole retail industry. We're super psyched. Andreas, which you saw in the movie, he's CTO and co-CEO of the entire SES, and he was actually the founder of one of the two companies that, one of the companies that SES bought, a company called Imagotag. He's the one we negotiated the deal with, and he's the one responsible for the development of new products. We have a very good relationship with them. Besides that one, we will go through some of the other partnerships that we have. Recently in Taiwan, we had a team present. This one's not working. In Touch Taiwan, one of the biggest shows in Asia, where we, together with E Ink, displayed a fully functional eNote device. An eNote is an e-reader you can read and write on. E Ink is a company that is the market leader in their segment, so they own the majority of the market for black and white reflective screens. We have a mutual exclusive partnership with E Ink, so they're not going to work with any other solar cell supplier, and we're not going to work with any other reflective screen manufacturer. They have a bunch of large customers. I think the most famous ones are probably SES-imagotag and Amazon, and then there's a lot more. So they have some really famous customers, and they are introducing us to them. SES is actually a good example. They introduced us to SES-imagotag. The partnership was just official now, but we have been working for many years together. They're also one of the largest shareholders in SES, and they have a position in the board of directors as well. If you look at the eNote, so it's a quite large device, one single cell. This is impossible for any other company in the world to do such a large solar cell. It's neatly integrated. It's developed by one of our existing partners together with E Ink. If you look at E Ink's product portfolio, so they have these large black and white screens, but they also have flexible screens, and since Powerfoyle is flexible, then you can create really cool things. They also have screens which you can write on and draw on. They have small screens, large screens, electronic shelf labels, for example. They have really robust screens. They have color screens. They're all being larger and larger and better and better, more colors, stronger colors. Movie is coming. They are further developing the technology. They're also working with completely other types of applications besides consumer electronics, they're working on cars. Here we see a sunroof, which you can tint. They've actually showed entire cars, where you can change the color or the tint on the windows. It's a very important partnership. I mean, they, I think they have over 90% of the market on reflective screens, and they have chosen Exeger, and they introduce us to all their partners. Very, very valuable. Besides them, we, as Giovanni mentioned, we have a lot of tech partners. Some of these I think you have seen lately in different press releases. As Giovanni said, some of these are extremely large companies, like for example, Qualcomm or Nordic Semiconductor, that I think many of you know. Some of these companies are now preparing their hardware. If you want to build really high volume of solar-powered products, then you need a small boost converter as well, and you need some other hardware. They're thinking, "Okay, why not include that hardware in our hardware?" To prepare it for Powerfoyle, and that's actually happening now. We are focusing on companies that develop really low power technology, that are market leaders in their segments. As Giovanni said, we can combine, and we can together approach really large companies, and they already know that these customers. They know who the decision-makers are. Some of them are already their customers, so it's a really good way for the sales team of Exeger to approach some of the world leaders in different segments. This is just the official list. You can imagine how large the unofficial one is. It's at least twice as many companies here, so we're going to continue to make announcements. We're also working with ODMs, so manufacturers. I've already mentioned the remote control manufacturers. We also have OSM, which is a small, medium-sized manufacturer of audio products and soft goods. If you look at their customer list, you will get a hint. Earlier we only had one version of Powerfoyle. As you know, we have now two versions of Powerfoyle Indoor, which is optimized for low indoor light, and that one we have now commercialized. That's the one that SES will use. We also have a lot of other companies that are looking at Powerfoyle Indoor. We see a really good traction here at the moment. We have the highest power output in the world, the world's best indoor solar cell. By far, the most best-looking cell, and this we have confirmed. I think all the major CE manufacturers, they agree. When it comes to aesthetics, no one is even close. Hybrid, there we also see a lot of good traction. We have some announcements coming this year, in both these segments. We differentiate between these two, and we use different boost converter, different hardware for these two. We have been also very active traveling around the world. We don't only travel to meet customers, we also take part at different fairs. We were at IFA last year. We're going there this year again. I can recommend you to go there. It's a really nice show. There, we partnered up with Urbanista. We showcased the Phoenix headphone. Giovanni gave a speech, so really popular. We were a large team there. In January, every year, we have one of the largest consumer electronic shows in the world, CES, in Las Vegas. Giovanni also had a nice roundtable discussion, invited by the organization that owns CES. We had meetings even before CES started and after CES closed. We had a large suite where we had double meetings from early morning to late evening, every day. Sometimes three meetings, sometimes four. We were completely swamped. It was by far the most successful CES we ever had. Really, really fun. Some of the largest companies in the world came and knocked on our door because they knew that we were there. The other one we already mentioned, NRF at New York, we partnered up with SES-imagotag. Here, they actually, I think we can mention, they showed an early version of the product to all their customers. The product is on its way. Just recently, we were, as I mentioned before, at Touch Taiwan, together with E Ink. They have the largest booth at this event, and they had their own Powerfoyle section, and then we had our Exeger section. Really successful event, and both the owner company and the CEO really loves Powerfoyle, so we have a strong support. I think I will hand it back to you, Giovanni, please. Thanks, Georgios. Yeah, a recap on the funding round the last 12 months. We brought in almost SEK 740 million from a lot of investors. Thank you so much for that. A few new ones and some old ones. We thank you for continued supporting. Yeah, these are the results, basically, with the different prices and everything. Again, we'll see the new shareholder book, who is still around. 2023 company plan. What are we going to do now? We're going to continue with the IPO readiness, of course. We will continue to ramp up Stockholm II, and we'll also upgrade Stockholm I, so they have a continuous redundancy to each other. We will also continue to work to establish Powerfoyle as an industry standard. When someone thinks of a solar-powered remote control, they should think Powerfoyle. When someone thinks of a headphone, they should think of Powerfoyle, nothing else. Becoming a standard, and we work a lot with digital tools here. We have a huge partner site that our partners get access to. They can log in, and then they can order samples, the evaluation kits. They get a lot of knowledge and information from us, so they can do a lot of the work for us. We don't have to build prototypes for them. They can do it themselves. Very successful strategy so far. We want to continue to grow in our existing categories. We want to dominate the categories we're coming into, like remote controls. We have, I mean, we're working with all the large manufacturers in the whole world, actually, and we're also continuing to explore new categories. If we're a bit lucky, we will launch a new category quite soon. No, not lucky. We will launch a new category quite soon, in only a matter of a few months, so stay tuned for that, in addition to the two contracts I mentioned before. We will also continue to work on educating customers in the market. There's been a lot of other actors claiming a lot of things and presenting data and whatnot, that weren't always necessarily completely true. It's become very apparent for us that we need to spend time and resources to educate the customers. How should you think about how to measure? How do you measure a solar cell? How do you don't measure a solar cell? 'Cause it's very easy for people who don't know what they're doing to evaluate in the wrong way. So far, we have identified a few occasions where we've thought, "Hmm, this is a bit strange." We took the time and effort to educate these people. We basically showed them how to do it, and then they could measure themselves and look at all the things, and that has completely changed these specific negotiations completely around, 'cause they were working in the wrong direction, let's say. We're gonna continue to educate the market, tell people what is a solar cell, how does it work, how should you think about this from a prototype? 'Cause once it's in the product, it will show if it doesn't work. They don't know how to find that out before. Now they do. We're gonna continue to educate the customers and the market. In relation to that, we're gonna continue to build our brand. Using a white paper is basically like an information paper saying, "This is how things works." We're gonna expand our digital presence even more, more online, and we'll also continue to be present at relevant fairs, trade conferences. I'm gonna speak, for example, on Friday at Brilliant Minds, and we're gonna be at all the other relevant fairs this coming year with stronger presence than ever before. Which will be great. It will be great, and we will be able to communicate about this to you in a much more open way as well. I think we're out of time, which is good, 'cause that was the last slide on the presentation part. Thank you for that.
