EMB MISSION BOUND AB (PUBL) | INTERIM REPORT Q 2 | APRIL-JUNE 2026 2 SUMMARY OF THE PERIOD FINANCIAL OVERVIEW OF THE SECOND QUARTER OF 2026 (2025) During Apr–Jun 2026, the Group’s revenue mix continued to shift, with stronger technology access fees and service fees offsetting the decline in traditional royalty revenue. This resulted in a modest 2% decrease in total revenue compared with Apr–Jun 2025. For Jan–Jun 2026, total revenue remained broadly unchanged compared with Jan–Jun 2025. At the same time, the Group maintained a stable and disciplined cost base. Personnel costs were lower than in the corresponding periods of 2025, which included redundancy costs arising from the Group’s restructuring program. Other operating expenses also declined as the operational efficiency and cost-optimisation measures implemented during 2025 continued to deliver results in 2026. Consequently, EBITDA increased by 40% for Apr–Jun 2026 and by 69% for Jan–Jun 2026, while profit for the period increased by 186% and 677%, respectively. EMB MISSION BOUND AB (PUBL) | INTERIM REPORT Q 2 | APRIL-JUNE 2026 3 A WORD FROM THE CEO Dear Shareholders, The second quarter of 2026 provides further evidence that the strategic transition we set in motion during 2025, and discussed in our Q1 report, is taking hold. We are building a more scalable and resilient EMB Mission Bound, centred on technology access, platform services and long-term technology partnerships, while maintaining the operational discipline needed to convert that progress into sustainable profitability and cash generation. For the second quarter, revenue amounted to SEK 46.4 million, 2% below the corresponding period last year. For the first half, revenue was broadly unchanged at SEK 85.0 million. Beneath that headline, however, the composition of revenue changed materially. Technology access fees increased by 149% and service fees by 93% in the first half, fully offsetting a 77% decline in royalty revenue. Two new customers were granted access to selected components of our proprietary technology and system architecture during the quarter, while new engagements and expanded scopes with existing customers supported continued growth in service fees. This shift is central to our strategy. Royalties remain a complementary part of our business, but our priority is to deepen recurring, platform-led relationships that provide greater visibility, stronger customer integration and more attractive long-term economics. The first-half results show that EMB is increasingly being selected not simply as a content supplier, but as a technology partner able to support customers across platform architecture, integrations, infrastructure and operational tooling. Our financial performance also continued to strengthen. EBITDA increased by 40% to SEK 14.5 million in the quarter and by 69% to SEK 26.4 million for the first half. Operating income nearly doubled to SEK 7.0 million in Q2 and increased to SEK 12.2 million for the first half. Profit for the quarter rose by 186% to SEK 7.3 million, while first-half profit increased to SEK 12.4 million, compared with SEK 1.6 million in the corresponding period last year. These results reflect the benefits of the restructuring and efficiency measures implemented during 2025. Other operating expenses declined by 22% in the quarter and by 24% in the first half. At the same time, we continued to invest selectively in the people and capabilities required to support our growth, with underlying personnel costs increasing as headcount expanded. This balance, disciplined cost management alongside targeted investment in our core technology, is essential as we scale. Cash generation and the balance sheet improved meaningfully. Operating cash flow reached SEK 20.8 million in the quarter and SEK 28.4 million for the first half, increases of 109% and 65%, respectively. The closing cash balance rose to SEK 20.2 million, while net assets increased by 35% year on year to SEK 58.1 million. This stronger financial position gives us greater capacity to execute our platform strategy with discipline. Looking ahead, our priorities remain consistent with those set out in Q1: accelerate the commercialisation of our proprietary technology platform, expand technology access agreements, onboard new platform clients, deepen relationships with existing partners, and continue investing in scalable infrastructure and AI-enabled capabilities. We will also remain focused on broadening our customer base and maintaining rigorous cost and capital discipline. The work undertaken in 2025 established the foundation. Q1 showed that the foundation was beginning to perform; Q2 demonstrates that the transition is gaining momentum. We remain focused on execution and confident that EMB Mission Bound is increasingly well positioned to grow sustainably as a technology-led partner within the evolving iGaming ecosystem. On behalf of the Board and leadership team, I would like to thank our employees, partners and shareholders for their continued support. Stockholm, August 21 2026 Chi Ho Li CEO

EMB MISSION BOUND AB (PUBL) | INTERIM REPORT Q 2 | APRIL-JUNE 2026 4 FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE (CONSOLIDATED) REVENUES Revenue for Apr–Jun 2026 amounted to SEK 46,359k, representing a decrease of 2% compared with SEK 47,082k in the corresponding period of 2025. The decrease was primarily driven by a SEK 16,232k reduction in royalty revenue, offset by increases of SEK 9,881k in service fees and SEK 5,628k in technology access fees. The growth in service fees was mainly attributable to new customers and an expanded scope of services provided to existing customers, while the increase in technology access fees was driven by two new customers being granted access to selected components of the Group’s proprietary technology and system architecture. The decline in royalty revenue mainly reflected the Group’s strategic shift towards platform-led engagements and direct technology partnerships. For Jan–Jun 2026, revenue amounted to SEK 84,953k, broadly unchanged from SEK 84,827k in Jan–Jun 2025. Technology access fees increased by SEK 9,333k, or 149%, and service fees increased by SEK 28,180k, or 93%. These increases fully offset the SEK 37,387k, or 77%, decline in royalty revenue, further demonstrating the ongoing transition in the Group’s revenue mix towards technology access and service- based revenue. OPERATING EXPENSES Operating expenses for Apr–Jun 2026 amounted to SEK 39,389k (Apr–Jun 2025: SEK 43,570k). The movements were primarily attributable to the following factors: (Thousands SEK) Apr-Jun 26 Apr-Jun 25 % movement Jan-Jun 26 Jan-Jun 25 % movement Personnel costs 21,967 23,827 (8%) 41,337 42,547 (3%) Other operating expenses 9,848 12,582 (22%) 17,186 22,623 (24%) Amortisation, depreciation and impairment 7,547 6,834 10% 14,198 12,944 10% Loss on share of associate results 27 327 (92%) 25 3,988 (99%) 39,389 43,570 (10%) 72,746 82,102 (11%) Personnel costs decreased by 8% for Apr–Jun 2026 and by 3% for Jan–Jun 2026, as the corresponding periods in 2025 included redundancy costs of SEK 3,360k and SEK 3,806k, respectively, arising from the internal restructuring of personnel and departments. Excluding these redundancy costs, personnel costs increased by SEK 1,500k for Apr–Jun 2026 and by SEK 2,596k for Jan–Jun 2026 compared with the corresponding prior-year periods, mainly due to headcount increases of 19% and 22%, respectively. Other operating expenses decreased by 22% and 24%, respectively, reflecting the continued benefits of the operational efficiency and cost-optimisation initiatives implemented during 2025. Amortisation, depreciation and impairment increased by 10% for both periods, primarily due to new office leases and related leasehold improvements. In addition, the Group’s share of losses from associates decreased significantly, by 92% for Apr–Jun 2026 and by 99% for Jan–Jun 2026, contributing positively to the overall reduction in operating expenses. PROFIT FOR THE PERIOD Profit for the period amounted to SEK 7,275k for Apr–Jun 2026, representing an increase of 186% compared with SEK 2,543k in Apr–Jun 2025, while profit for Jan–Jun 2026 increased by 677% to SEK 12,405k from SEK 1,597k in the corresponding period of 2025. The improvement was primarily driven by lower personnel costs and other operating expenses, the absence of significant prior-year restructuring costs, and a substantially lower share of losses from associates.

EMB MISSION BOUND AB (PUBL) | INTERIM REPORT Q 2 | APRIL-JUNE 2026 5 FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE (CONSOLIDATED) (CONTINUED) NET ASSETS Net assets as of 30 June 2026 amounted to SEK 58,055k, representing an increase of 35% compared with SEK 43,058k as of 30 June 2025. The increase was primarily attributable to the reduction in accumulated losses following the Group’s improved profitability during the period. Total assets as of 30 June 2026 amounted to SEK 114,308k, representing an increase of 27% compared with SEK 89,818k as of 30 June 2025. The increase was mainly driven by the higher cash balance and growth in trade receivables. CASH AND FINANCING Cash flow from operating activities for Apr–Jun 2026 amounted to an inflow of SEK 20,832k, representing an increase of 109% compared with SEK 9,972k in Apr–Jun 2025. For Jan–Jun 2026, operating cash flow increased by 65% to SEK 28,359k from SEK 17,236k in the corresponding period of 2025. The improvement was primarily driven by the higher profit for the period and favourable movements in trade and other payables, partly offset by an increase in trade and other receivables. The closing cash balance as of 30 June 2026 amounted to SEK 20,222k, an increase of 70% compared with SEK 11,907k as of 30 June 2025. According to RFR 2, the parent company shall apply all the International Financial Reporting Standards endorsed by the EU as far as this is possible within the framework of the Swedish Annual Accounts Act. There are no announced changes in RFR 2 applicable to the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2025, or later. The main deviations between the accounting policies applied by the Group and the parent company are described below. • Shares and participations in group companies and Investments in associated companies are recognized at cost in the parent company and test for impairment is performed annually. • The parent company applies the exception in the application of IFRS 9 which concerns accounting and measurement of financial contracts of guarantee in favour of subsidiaries and associated companies. The parent company recognizes the financial contracts of guarantee as contingent liabilities. Other differences that exist but are not currently relevant to the results are that in RFR 2 dividends are recognised in the income statement and RFR 2 includes an exception regarding IFRS 16, allowing all lease contracts to be accounted for as operational lease contract when the parent company is a lessee. Whilst these are not currently relevant, they may become so in future years.
