The second quarter was characterized by continued integration of Syntagon and increased commercial activity in both of our business areas. For Syntagon, we have strengthened the sales organization through the recruitment of a new Sales Director, while Nanologica has continued to build a growing pipeline of customers who are evaluating our chromatography products. Net sales in the second quarter of the year amounted to SEK 24.3 million, of which Syntagon accounted for SEK 22.8 million and Nanologica for SEK 2.5 million. During the quarter, Alexandra Pichard Nielsen was recruited as Sales Director for Syntagon, an important step in increasing sales and gradually improving capacity utilization and profitability. Syntagon'sposition in the contract manufacturing market continues to strengthen. We see a clear trend where pharmaceutical companies increasingly want to reduce their dependence on Asian supply chains and locate more production in Europe and the US. The development is driven by increased geopolitical uncertainty, changed trade policy conditions and an increased focus on robust and secure supply chains. For Syntagon, with production in Sweden and extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, this creates interesting opportunities for new and expanded customer assignments. During the quarter, Nanologica delivered NLAB Saga® for evaluation in production to a customer in India. Sales of chromatography products remained otherwise low, but the underlying commercial development is positive. During the first half of the year, we intensified several customer dialogues in the US and Europe, which has resulted in additional and larger customers who are now evaluating NLAB Saga® on different scales. Overall, we currently have a significant number of customers who have progressed from evaluation on a laboratory scale to a pilot scale, a subset of which are evaluating the product on a production scale. Our focus is now to gradually move these projects forward towards commercial orders. In parallel, we are working to become an approved supplier for these customers, an administrative process that is a prerequisite for future commercial deliveries. We are now an approved supplier to one customer in the US and are at the forefront of the approval processes at several others. We therefore continue to have a positive view of the sales opportunities for our chromatography products. This is based on the fact that we now have a product quality that meets customer requirements, stable production and, above all, a significantly broader pipeline with more customers on the way to commercial use of NLAB Saga®. CONTINUED STRENGTHENED COMMERCIAL POSITION Vd Andreas Bhagwani Interim Report Q2 2026 Nanologica AB (publ) 4

The work to establish Syntagon as an independent unit within the Group is progressing according to plan and is expected to be completed during the third quarter. This will allow the organization to place an even greater focus on sales and business development. The priorities for the second half of the year are clear: for Syntagon, it is to increase sales, capacity utilization and profitability. For Nanologica, it is to convert the growing customer pipeline into commercial orders, scale up sales and progress towards break-even. With a strengthened sales organization, a growing customer pipeline and the integration work with Syntagon on the way to completion, we are in a good position to continue to strengthen the Group's commercial development in the second half of the year. Note that Syntagon has been consolidated in the Group's financial statements from January 29, 2026. Syntagon is not included in the Group's comparative figures and no comparative figures for Syntagon are reported. Net sales The Group's net sales for the second quarter amounted to SEK 24,297 thousand (2,327), of which Syntagon accounted for SEK 22,823 thousand and Nanologica for SEK 2,536 thousand. For the half-year, sales amounted to SEK 45,753 thousand (13,079), of which SEK 41,655 thousand is attributable to Syntagon and SEK 5,160 thousand to Nanologica. The increase compared to the previous year is attributable to the acquisition of Syntagon. Results Operating income during the quarter was positively impacted by SEK 13,479 thousand (90), mainly due to an increase in product inventory as a result of completed production of silica. Costs for raw materials and consumables increased to SEK -17,916 thousand (-275) for the quarter and to SEK -28,198 thousand (-5,908) for the half-year, which is attributable to both of the Group's business areas. Personnel costs increased to SEK -19,838 thousand (-6,177) for the quarter and SEK -34,600 thousand (-12,050) for the half-year, a result of an increased number of employees in the Group following the acquisition of Syntagon. Operating profit for the second quarter amounted to SEK -18,073 thousand (-11,280) and for the half- year to SEK 48,999 thousand (-20,521). During the quarter, operating profit was impacted by non- recurring costs corresponding to approx. SEK 3.6 million attributable to the separation of systems and administrative processes from Syntagon's previous owners in connection with the acquisition. Operating profit for the first half of the year is affected by the fact that the acquisition of Syntagon is recorded as a non-recurring operating income in the form of negative goodwill. Net financial items for the quarter amounted to SEK -622 thousand (-1,549) and for the half-year to SEK -1,920 thousand (-2,479). Net financial items were positively impacted by lower interest expenses as the loan of SEK 47.9 million from Flerie Invest was offset against newly issued shares and a short-term loan of SEK 15 million was repaid in April. Profit after tax for the quarter amounted to SEK – 18,696 thousand (-12,829) and for the half-year to SEK 47,079 thousand (-23,000). Earnings per share before and after dilution for the quarter were SEK -0.06 (-0.15) and for the half- year SEK 0.66 (-0.28). Financial position As of June 30, tangible fixed assets amounted to SEK 50,478 thousand compared to SEK 3,529 thousand at the beginning of the year. The difference is mainly made up of production equipment at Syntagon. Right-of-use assets amounted to SEK 60,682 thousand compared to SEK 7,450 thousand at the beginning of the year, where the increase is mainly attributable to leasing contracts for equipment with Syntagon. Inventory on June 30 amounted to SEK 55,484 thousand compared to SEK 27,724 thousand at the beginning of the year, of which finished goods inventory corresponded to SEK 47,082 thousand compared to SEK 26,344 thousand at the beginning of the year. The finished goods inventory consists mainly of the silica media NLAB Saga®, but partly also of the purification media NLAB® Siv. During the quarter, finished goods inventories increased as a result of silica production. Prepaid costs related to production amounted to SEK 23,830 thousand on the balance sheet date, compared to SEK 30,862 thousand at the beginning of the year. This mainly refers to advances to Nanologica's manufacturers for ongoing production of silica. Cash and cash equivalents on the balance sheet date amounted to SEK 19,061 thousand, compared FINANCIAL OVERVIEW GROUP Interim Report Q2 2026 Nanologica AB (publ) 7

Cash flow from operating activities amounted to SEK -30,533 thousand (-552) for the second quarter and to SEK -36,750 thousand (-19,746) for the half-year. Cash flow from operating activities has been negatively impacted by an increase in inventories as a result of silica production. Total cash flow for the quarter amounted to SEK -20,130 thousand (-1,459) and for the half-year to SEK - 16,166 thousand (-21,514). Equity The Group's reported equity at the balance sheet date amounted to SEK 156,431 thousand, compared to SEK 22,645 thousand at the beginning of the year. Minutes from the Annual General Meeting are available on the company's website . Future prospects This report contains forward-looking statements. Actual outcomes may differ from those statements. Internal and external factors may affect the Group's results. Since 2018, significant investments have been made in a modern equipment park at Syntagon, which has laid the foundation for the company to grow profitably in the future. With an increased focus on sales and business development, primarily through a strengthened sales organization, the business is expected to have good opportunities to grow. Nanologica's large-scale production of silica is now stable, which means that larger product volumes can be delivered to customers with well-defined and market-based delivery times. This is expected to significantly facilitate the commercialization of NLAB Saga®. The company's opportunities to initiate significantly higher sales of silica media for chromatography with continued sales growth in the coming years are therefore considered to be good. Risks and uncertainties The Group makes assumptions, assessments and estimates that affect the content of the financial statements. Actual results may differ from these estimates and estimates, as is also reflected in the accounting policies. No significant changes to material risks or uncertainties have occurred during the reporting period other than those described under the section "External factors". period other than those described under the section "External factors". External factors The geopolitical situation as well as the trade tensions between the United States and other countries did not have any direct impact on the Group's operations during the quarter. However, there is a risk that the supply of raw materials and consumables may become negatively affected as well as that prices of raw materials may rise. As sales and purchases are made in different currencies, exchange rates may affect the Group's earnings. Regarding fluctuations in exchange rates, the Group's manufacturing and commitments are mainly in British pounds and sales mainly in euros and US dollars. The Group has not hedged any exchange rates at present. The company works continuously to identify, evaluate and manage external factors that have an impact on the operational activities.
