Significant events during the quarter Period 2026-04-01 – 2026-06-30 1 April 2026 Supplementary notice of the Annual General Meeting The company published a supplement to the notice of the Annual General Meeting 2026, with supplementary documents and proposals for resolutions for the Annual General Meeting on 6 May. 1 April 2026 Planned geophysical surveys within the Tuna-Hästberg licences The company announced that ground-based magnetic surveys were planned within the exploration permits Tuna Hästberg no. 1 and 2 in Borlänge municipality, as part of mapping the iron ore-bearing structure in the area prior to continued sampling and drilling. 15 April 2026 Annual Report for the financial year 2024/2025 published The company published its annual report including the Board of Directors' Report for the extended financial year 1 July 2024–31 December 2025 on the company's website, together with the notice documents for the Annual General Meeting. 21 April 2026 Strong magnetic anomaly confirmed at the Sellnäs field A ground-based magnetic survey of the exploration permit Sellnäsfältet (51 ha) in Borlänge municipality, carried out in the second week of April, confirmed a clear and coherent magnetic anomaly with a main northwest-southeast orientation. The structure extends 800–1,100 metres with a width of 150–200 metres. The anomaly values were mainly between 53,000 and 54,500 nT , with a measured peak value of 57,300 nT. The highest values coincide with historically producing iron ore mines, indicating continuity in the iron- bearing rock. April 23, 2026 Klintberget shows magnetic anomalies as well as elevated levels of molybdenum, copper and silver The company announced that the Klintberget exploration area shows a clear combination of local magnetic anomalies and historically confirmed high concentrations of molybdenum, copper and silver, which strengthens the basis for continued exploration in the area. 30 April 2026 Large and coherent magnetic structure confirmed at Tuna Hästberg Ground-based magnetic surveys over the main part of Tuna Hästberg 1 and parts of Tuna Hästberg 2 showed a clear, strong and continuous magnetic anomaly over large parts of the license area. The structure extends over more than 1,500 meters in a southwest-northeast direction, with a width varying between about 30 and 600 meters. The highest magnetic values coincide with areas where historical mining was carried out until 1968. SGU's aeromagnetic maps have previously shown a very strong and coherent anomaly over the
Page 4
Nidhogg Resources Holding AB, Slottsgatan 14, 553 22 JÖNKÖPING, www.nidhoggresources.se conditions, with indicated iron concentrations of 30–40 percent and manganese concentrations of 4–5 percent. The next step is sampling of the tailings and bedrock, a drilling program to determine the geometry and grade of the mineralization, a test mining plan, and a continued permit and consultation process. 6 May 2026 Annual General Meeting completed The Annual General Meeting was held at the company's office in Jönköping. All resolutions were made unanimously in accordance with the Board's proposal. The income statement and balance sheet were adopted and the Board of Directors and the CEO were discharged from liability for the financial year 2024/2025. Steven Din, Niclas Biörnstad and Per Skaug were re-elected as members of the Board of Directors, with Per Skaug re-elected as Chairman of the Board. Johan Kaijser was re-elected as auditor. The AGM resolved to amend the Articles of Association regarding share capital limits, number of shares, the size of the Board of Directors (minimum reduced from four to three members) and a new provision regarding collection of proxies and postal voting. The AGM also resolved on a reduction of the share capital by SEK 9,779,051.10, from SEK 10,293,738 to SEK 514,686.90, for allocation to non-restricted equity, carried out without cancellation of shares (quota value reduced from SEK 1 to SEK 0.05 per share). The Board of Directors was authorized to resolve on a new issue of shares, convertibles and/or warrants until the next Annual General Meeting. 22 May 2026 Extended agreement on properties in Vintjärn The agreement from 7 November 2024 to acquire the properties Falun Vintjärn 6:47 and 6:49 from Lundgrens Åkeri i Svärdsjö AB was extended by a further six months. Final payment and transfer of ownership must now take place no later than 6 November 2026. Other terms and conditions remain unchanged and the company retains the right to conduct business on the properties until closing. 26 May 2026 Interim report for the period 1 January–31 March 2026 published The company published its interim report for the first quarter of 2026 (1 January–31 March 2026). 23 June 2026 Extended exploration permits for the Sellnäs field, Tuna Hästberg and Klintberget no. 3 The company announced that the Mining Inspectorate had granted an extension of the exploration permits for three of the company's areas in Dalarna: the Sellnäs field, Tuna Hästberg and Klintberget no. 3. The extensions ensure continued exclusive rights to investigate and evaluate each area for future sampling and drilling programs. Significant events after the end of the quarter:

Nidhogg Resources Holding AB, Slottsgatan 14, 553 22 JÖNKÖPING, www.nidhoggresources.se A word from the CEO Dear shareholders, partners and stakeholders: During the second quarter, we have taken several concrete steps that strengthen our project portfolio and bring the company closer to the next operational phase, while at the same time laying the foundation for a more appropriate capital structure. In Vintjärn, we have secured more time to complete the transaction with the properties Falun Vintjärn 6:47 and 6:49. The agreement with Lundgrens Åkeri i Svärdsjö AB has been extended for a further six months, with a new upper limit for final payment and transfer of ownership on 6 November 2026, while the company retains the right to conduct business on the properties. At the same time, I want to be clear that the financing of the tailings project in Vintjärn is not yet in place. The process has taken longer than we hoped, and uncertainty about when and on what terms the financing can be secured. We continue to actively seek solutions to get the business financed, and the extended time frame gives us continued room to solve this. On May 6, we held our Annual General Meeting in Jönköping, where all proposals were adopted unanimously. Steven Din, myself and Per Skaug were re-elected to the Board of Directors, with Per Skaug continuing as Chairman, and the AGM resolved to reduce the share capital from approximately SEK 10.3 million to SEK 514,687 through allocation to non-restricted equity, without cancellation of shares. The decision, which was formalised through registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 16 July, gives us a more appropriate capital structure and a better starting point for future funding rounds. We also significantly strengthened our technical knowledge base during the quarter. The ground-based magnetic surveys at the Sellnäs field and Tuna Hästberg have confirmed clear, coherent anomalies that in both cases coincide with historically producing and mined iron ore areas, and at Tuna Hästberg the structure is also stronger than the one we previously found at Vintjärn-Kölen. At Klintberget, we have also seen a combination of local magnetic anomalies and historically confirmed high levels of molybdenum, copper and silver. In June, the Mining Inspectorate extended the exploration permits for all three areas – the Sellnäs field, Tuna Hästberg and Klintberget no. 3 – which ensures our exclusive right to proceed with sampling and planning of drilling programs. Financially, the quarter has been about cleaning up the balance sheet. The capital reduction that was decided at the Annual General Meeting, and which has now been
Page 7
Nidhogg Resources Holding AB, Slottsgatan 14, 553 22 JÖNKÖPING, www.nidhoggresources.se registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, gives a more accurate picture of the company's share capital in relation to its size and creates room in the unrestricted equity, without affecting the number of shares or the owners' relative holdings. In addition to the work in our existing projects, we also continue to actively evaluate new opportunities, both in Sweden and internationally. The focus is on projects that fit into our dynamic growth strategy and that can act as catalysts for further financing and value creation in the company. This work is ongoing and is an important part of our long-term strategy. Thank you for your trust and support. Best regards, Niclas Biörnstad CEO, Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ).
