Interim Report April-June 20263 CEO’s Statement MobiMed - the digital platform for a changing healthcare landscape The UK Government’s policy report Fit for the future: 10 Year Health Plan for England identifies three critical shifts for the NHS: from hospital to community care, from analogue to digital ways of working, and from treating illness to preventing it. For ambulance services, this transformation means a shift from transport to treatment. It is no longer solely about transporting patients quickly to the emergency department, but on being able to assess their care needs at the pre-hospital stage, make well-informed decisions and, where appropriate, provide the required care at the scene. This shift is already under way in both the UK and Singapore, delivering very significant savings for these healthcare systems each year. For this transformation to succeed fully, more than individual digital tools are required. It depends on ambulance services, community care, social care and virtual wards being able to work more closely together and in real time. When the right information is available to the right healthcare professional, there is greater scope to identify deterioration at an early stage, provide appropriate care in the patient’s home and avoid unnecessary hospital admissions. It is in this context that MobiMed is already creating value for our customers in the UK, Sweden and Singapore. The MobiMed platform is designed around the workflows of mobile healthcare, connecting information, people and processes throughout the entire care pathway. By making relevant patient information and clinical decision support available even in environments with limited connectivity, MobiMed can reduce administrative burden, strengthen patient safety and facilitate handovers between healthcare professionals and organisations. It also enables ambulance personnel to return to operational readiness and take their next call more quickly, supporting both patient safety and productivity while contributing to more efficient use of public funds. The platform addresses healthcare needs through a range of practical applications. With MobiMed Pocket, for example, community healthcare professionals, as well as doctors, can access essential information directly on their mobile phones. Through MobiMed Video Decision Support, enabled by our integration with Pexip, healthcare professionals can communicate and collaborate remotely when the situation requires it. In the UK, we are also partnering with Tortus AI, with MobiMed AVT (Ambient Voice Technology) automatically transcribing and summarising conversations with patients directly into the electronic patient care record. This saves time while helping ensure that essential information is documented and that nothing important is lost during handover. This autumn, we are also launching MobiMed Insight, a module within the MobiMed platform for data-driven operational management and performance monitoring. By leveraging operational data, MobiMed Insight highlights further opportunities to save time and costs, as well as opportunities for clinical improvement. Ortivus continues to invest in the MobiMed platform and can now offer customers faster and simpler implementation through a SaaS application for both Windows and iOS. This enables us to roll out MobiMed more rapidly across new geographical markets. Australia is one example, where we now have established a presence, and we are also evaluating opportunities in other English-speaking markets. In Sweden, the rollout of the latest generation of MobiMed continues according to plan and will continue into 2027. At the same time as we continue to invest in our development organisation, we are seeing how rapid advances in AI are continually creating new opportunities for Ortivus. AI allows us to work faster and more efficiently, while improving quality and accelerating the development and testing of new functionality. For an organisation with deep domain expertise and a strong understanding of its customers, AI is a particularly powerful tool. We are already seeing a significant increase in productivity and how the technology can help us translate our expertise into tangible customer value more quickly. Ortivus’ deep domain knowledge and advancements in AI mean that we, with the MobiMed platform, are well positioned to meet the healthcare sector’s urgent need for increased efficiency.
