Swedish Logistic Property – Interim Report January – June 2025, presentation 3 Summary of January to June -25 Net asset value (NAV) per share increased by 7% in the period and amounted to SEK 31.38. Value changes for investment properties totalled SEK 249 m. Eleven properties, of which one is an ongoing new construction project, were acquired and taken into ownership. Acquisition of a logistics property in Gothenburg with a property value of SEK 625 m, with transfer of ownership scheduled for the third quarter 2025. Refinancing of a substantial share of its loan portfolio ahead of maturity, resulting in improved financing terms. SLP has appointed Filip Persson as its new CEO effective 1 September 2025. A new building of approximately 38,500 square metres will be constructed and the total investment is estimated to amount to approximately SEK 430 million. A 12-year lease for the entire building has been signed with Speed Logistics, that performs so-called third-party logistics. The total annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 28 million.
